White Widow Halloween Grow With 315 Watt CMH Light Journal

Don't worry about width. Once flipped, they will stretch up toward the light. Yes, they will bulk up, but not really get much wider.

Thanks everyone. I think I got a chubby when I opened the tent and seen how full it was getting. Gonna hold out.
Here is a question if anyone feels like tackling it for me.
From how they are now to what they could be with lets say another week of veg, will it really effect my yield? Some say its all about the light and a particular light will only grow so much bud. I here 1 big plant or a few smaller ones will yield the same. Well that sounds legit if the 4 plants was only a quarter the size of the one big one. What if the person decided to let the 4 quarter sized plants grow to about half the size of the 1 big plant? would they still yield the same amount or more? Now I'm making myself confused lol.

Just like slowpuffer says, 3 more days isn't going to matter. If it doesn't then why veg longer? Or does it matter to yield but not the size of my tent? Just trying to figure out what the sweet spot is for flipping and what determines when you flip.

Most journals I have read, there plants grew tall during veg. besides some manifolds and a few other slick grows. The majority of grows the plants look pretty normal even after getting topped. Mine are supper low and I never let them grow high. Did I lst way too much? Or are my plants just so messed up that they stayed low lol

Every day matters ... a little.
Every aspect of the grow matters ... a little (or a lot).
It is true when it comes to yield, the amount of light matters. But so does how big you let the plants get, assuming the plant growth still gets light.
IMO, stick to your plan unless you have a new plan that makes more sense.

I pulled them down one more time. I couldn't help it. I may have issues.
Also checked out my clones and seen a root coming through on one so that's sweet.

Tie them down and 2 weeks into 12/12, I remove all restraints. Supercrop here and there to keep canopy as level as possible. You gonna scrog ?

No scrog. It's hard enough to water the back ones with them so low and I only have front access
I feel like the reward doesn't justify the extra work. I like to take my ladies out of their tent, take them out to dinner, visit the beauty parlor, sing to them, If I feel like it !! Once you hang that net, it's like all that can't happen. I may try it at some point, just so I can speak with hands on knowledge ! My daughter bought wife & I an elec. snow shovel, and we're getting ready to take it for a little test drive !! About two inches and coming down. SOG light is light is on, which keeps the room warm for my sleeping beauty's about 5 foot away, then when the light comes on over there, it keeps the SOG warm.

I'm rdy for another grow. This one is testing my patience. Today they got fed and I had no choice but to pour it in the center. Damn ties all around the outside kept my watering can from watering from the side. I may have to start taking them out one by one to water because there just isn't any room to do it in the tent. I must be in a bad mood because at this point I'm just getting frustrated.
Next ones I do I will let them get higher before lst. Now I have not done any pruning so its pretty full and that may be a big reason why its been a pita. 2 months worth of work and it feels like I'm 3 months behind.
Plants also have some yellowing on the leaves with the veins remaining darker green. Kinda been this way for a good week or 2

5ml Cal-Mag plus
3 tsp Big Bloom
3 tsp Grow big
PH water to 6.3

The above is per gallon which between the 4 plants used the full gallon. I am usually right at 6.5 for ph but took the advice of the guy at the grow store and did this one at 6.3

So after calming down and doing a little soul searching I went back to the room and re watered the plants again. Same nutes. Same amount. This time I took them out one by one and watered them better around the sides. Was easier once I got them up on a bench and untied while I water. Hurt my knee so its hard to water them while they are in the tent anyways. So 3 gallon fabric pots take about a half gallon each of water it seems. Not a quarter gallon each. I didn't get 20% run off but I could feel that they was thoroughly soaked. Nice and heavy and now I'm confident they are fully watered. I think I may have fallen back into not giving enough water syndrome.

I water till i get about 10-20 per cent back and I cheac ppm of run off, if it's high, then i water till the ppm goes down to whatever ppm that I'm pouring in. Otherwise salts from the nutes build up in the root system and will become unexceptable over time. Now's the perfect time for you to do a full flush (about 6-9 gal thru each 3 gal pot), and switch over to bloom nutes. And I like that you're getting up close and personal with your lady's. Mark the pots with piece of tape and everytime you take them out to feed and water, turn them 1/2 turn. The fun part is coming !! :goodjob:

Today I'm proud to say I have had a very successful clone attempt. All 6 have sprouted roots and have been put into solo cups filled with FFOF with about 30% perlite. Some great white added and away we go. Soaked well with plenty of drainage holes. Excited to try my new light out on them as well. An agrobrite T5 2 foot, 4 bulb system. Perfect fit for the 2 by 2 foot tent. Have a fan blowing against the tent for some circulation but honestly I need a smaller fan for in the tent. For now it will be ok. The cups are sitting on a wire shelf that's laying on the drip plates. Perfect for more air circulation.
The white widow will live on!

Maybe I should start another journal for these ladies. hopefully all will grow nicely so I can have another 4 to flower and the other 2 for mothers.

Perfect timing !! Keep them healthy !!

Yeah really! Was hoping to get at least 3 clones. I knew one had a root from checking a cpl days ago but none of the other had any showing. Today all of them had some sort of root showing. Some more than others but all looks great.
Super pumped to be able to flower right after my first crop is done. This will ensure me to have enough of a stash to last awhile and to basically get my investment back. That's always a plus. I'm not a seller and I don't want to. Just want to save and not depend on a dealer.

Happy new years eve everyone! Tonight not only marks the last night of 2016 but also the last might of veg or should I say the first night of flower for my white widow? Either way this is a very special night for me. I'm so impatient at everything I do and some how the good Lord blessed me with enough patients to wait and take my time. Doesn't hurt to have a few friends on here to help guide me as well.
I'm so excited. Almost emotional to get this far. Been wanting to do this for years but for one reason or another I haven't until now. I didn't get to flush yet as the bags are still heavy and needs another day or two. Plan is to flush all of them next watering. After the flush is complete ill re nute them and start tiger bloom. Question, When I flush, should I then add my nutes OR do you flush then go nutes on next watering? Seems from what ive ready I should flush completely then go ahead and start nutes right away. The flushing should have pretty much stripped away everything that's in the soil as far as salts and what ever ive been feeding.
