I didn't get a chance to up pot yesterday! I was so tired I fell asleep on the couch with a glass of milk in my hand.
From cooking to cleaning to yard sales to organizing the attic, making hash and everything else...phew!! So tired in fact, I
Didn't even check the dehumidifer or humidiifer water. This weekend got me! But now it is Monday....

What's that I said? I made hash? Yep with trim bestie! She came over and we got a bunch of strips done

I think so!! Thank you, my little happy girls!
How tall is the tent?
100 x 100 x 71. They sent me a 120 x 60 for this light but I wanted the taller tent rather than the extra width since I was running 3.

Maybe next grow I will use the wider tent.

Thank you and them both! :cheer: :green_heart: :cheer: .
Figuring out plants for my 4x4 and placement is a game im enjoying but nervous about my 7 and half ft ceilings. I thought they were 8.

Maybe next grow I will use the wider tent.
Connotatively speaking, wider is more comfy lol

It will fit! If you build it, they will come!

I think I wrote that wrong. This is a 100 x 100. I felt they would be more comfy, 2 sativas and an indica in this rather than the 120 x 60.

May regret that decision later but hey, looks like ample space to grow in here for now at least! I am pretty good at making the best out of my space!

Going to probably stick with autos and maybe 1 photo and get a 7 ft tent. I think. Maybe. Hopefully... its possible!

Ah I see.. that might have been my misinterpretation not your writing lol

Could have been our weed that day!

We all will...we have room for improvement!

Just like these girls did when it came to moving up to the 3gl water reserve second homes!

Curly absolutely rocked the switch, as my auto, her fast moving self wanted the amendments I put in my soil and she seems just dandy!

Mo and Larry, same! Speaking of Larry with that stripe, I now have inspiration for the names of my next set of girls going into the 4 x 4 tent. An 80s classic and Spike will be one of the names...another hint, one will be Gizmo.

Here they are today, 2 days from 2 weeks!

I grew up in England... can confirm, very Bri' ish.

I want to do photos very muchly but also have fears of overgrowing for some reason lol. Im always going to love these autos though, so much personality, crazy genetics... theres just this inherent element of chaos with them. Like cats as weed plants.
Could have been our weed that day!
Definitely!

It keeps it fun and us growing outside and in.

Oh yes, of course a Mogwai
Coming along them three stooges are . here is the outdoor grow I’ve been passing around I know you’ll enjoy.
I went there and now I'm super jealous and awe struck. I need to be able to go outside. In another life I was a commercial farmer. I swear to you. Be it an Aztec in a hemp mini skirt carrying ceramic hand made jugs of water from the mountains to the girls, I was a farmer

I know you have the stripers up there where you live and there four times bigger !
We do, you should see the fish my cousin Nino catches up in Mantauk Bay....ridiculous. just massive but he's got a line for everything!

Twas a sleepless night in NJ.

Pics early for these girls today!

Yesterday they got a red solo cup filled with @Prescription Blend Week 1 Veg feed right at their center stem. Made sure it reached out 2 inches from there, adding a little extra droplet or two if necessary to make that happen.

They were transplanted with seedling @Prescription Blend mix and their amendments on Monday so tomorrow they will receive their 1st true full feed.

I anticipate this lasting them about 3/4 days (maybe a cup full of water in between) before they get their 1st full silica water run off.

Run offs are easy with my water reserve pots, another reason why I love them so-Easy to not over or under water and much less sloppy!

PPFD will increase to 325 on Friday as well, sitting at 305 right now on this early Thursday morning.

Have a great grow day and remember to get a nomination for a deserving MOTM in this month!

Love fishing. Love crabbing. Love fishing shows. Love crabbing shows. Love the water. Mermaid status. Take me to the fish! I also wish I had someone to tend to the girls so I could go on vacation!

Growing pot is just like being a prisoner or farmer of animals. Can't get away too easy to do the other things we love. My wife has not been much help tending my plants when I'm away. She'll water them but nothing much beyond that. When I was working and away for weeks in the bush I've come back to everything wiped out by mites, total crop pollination by a rogue male and general chaos. Now if I want to go out to BC for a month I have to time things so there is little for her to do but water a few plants. I like to go in early October so we can go to the cabin on the Thanksgiving weekend to shut it down for the winter. My b-day is on the 14th and the coho salmon run starts around the middle of the month too. Haven't fished up here for the last 3 or 4 years as I find pike pretty boring unless on the fly rod and even then they're nothing like coho on light tackle.

Thing is she's an avid gardener during the summer. No house plants tho so she seems to shut that part off once her crops are in. 2500 garlic this year and I think she's planning more for next year. One lousy 40' row of peas tho and I love fresh peas and don't mind picking and shelling those. :)

Hip? Like the house design?

This one here. I have a support beam in the basement that limits my height to 77.5" and most tents are 80" so a no-go there unless I take 3" off the bottom of the beam and I'm a little reluctant to do that. I could have got it for about $180 with a discount code but they have none in Canada so I'm probably going to just frame in a space down there and sheet it with panda film on the outside and clear plastic on the inside. 3/8" plywood is $100/sht and I'd need 5 of them. Already have the panda film, plastic and most of the lumber so a lot cheaper than either option.

I would be concerned I would fail at this. Is it easily done? The single branch pollination?

You just take the plant out of the room, put a bag over the whole plant just leaving out the branch to be pollinated then dust all the buds on that branch with a little paint brush or Q-Tip. Leave it overnight then spray everything down with water to deactivate any stray pollen before removing the bag then put it back in the grow room. To get the pollen you can just cut a branch or more off a male plant and set them up in a glass of water in a closet somewhere away from the plants with some tinfoil under the branches to collect the pollen on and one or two 9W 2700K bulbs on a 12/12 timer overhead.

Right now I have 3 small autos in the grow room with 3 vegging pink kush plants. One of the autos got sprayed with STS to produce male flowers and the other two have been totally pollinated now while I take the donor plant upstairs to pick the open 'nanners off and dry well to save for later if I need it. I have seeds popping out already and they got their first dusting on Aug. 28. Some on the donor plant for some S2 seeds as well. The others will be F2s.

I've been parking the donor in front of the two recipients since first pollinating them so any missed flowers get a dose.

MazF1Breeders020922A.JPG

If you look close you can find some lime-green seeds busting out already and it's only been 5 days since the initial pollination. They could have got a bit of pollen a few days before that and that's what I think happened. Just too soon for full-sized beans to be showing. They aren't ripe yet tho.

You sure do a great job with your plants! That tent full of colas looks pretty tasty indeed. :)
