Hey my friend I never noticed that.@Bill284 what's in your garden any nice pics? Your my only friend on here thanks for that
Thank you so much my friend @Rexer .Thanks @Bill284
Looks like you got quite the handful of ladies, and doing your own fertilizer!! Great job!
I think they're doing pretty good, Bill as always has steered you very well (great guy isn't he?).
My biggest suggestion would be to avoid anymore defoliation unless absolutely necessary. I like to think of them as solar panels, when you remove one- your taking away from the whole end product.
Feel free to tag me anytime! Especially if you see I haven't been around, I loose myself easily
We're a very friendly bunch on here, don't be shy to subscribe and follow some journals, you'll pick up tons of great info, and in the process of asking- you'll make many new friends! We're all proud of our grows and love to talk about them!
I feel ya! I'm setting up right now for my next grow. Can't wait to pop the bean- it's the system build and assembly I'm dragging my feet on. I think I'm gonna be using a sort of Dutch bucket setup for my next run.Thank you so much my friend @Rexer .
I really appreciate you taking the time to help out.
I went to the post office today, no sign of Herbies Seeds yet.
I'm dieing to pop a bean.
Soon hopefully.
I'll let you know.
Thanks again.

Hopefully Herbies is just delayed due to the Christmas volume at the post offices. Did they give a tracking?
Oh no dag man I'm really sorry to hear that but no one was hurt right I'm hopeful that all things get back going for you because boy are those girls beautifulHey my friend I never noticed that.

I don’t know if you know but I had a fire in my grow room.
So presently I have to build a fire proof grow room away from the house.
I ran about 50 girls at a time.
Perpetual harvest every 4 weeks.
All gone now.
Insurance company threw everything in a dumpster.
But here are a couple high lights.

You got it @Bill284 and @Dank777, I'm following now. @Bill284 regarding your fire-proof grow. Maybe a small shipping container? Metal sides but could be insulated with fire proof material easily. Grow some shrubs around it, or landscape it, there you go...Hey my friend I never noticed that.

Is that pine straw? Not the best for fire resistance. A different top-mulch would be better. Plus, pine straw will bring in unwanted bugs to the 420 party.@Bill284 here they are and the light is 18 6 feeds the same I made some organic fertilize and boy is it's strong so I was thinking maybe that's why but I gave it to all of them I also have three transplant but they look kind of stressed out so I'm not going to put them up here
As @Bill284 says, that looks like a perfectly healthy plant. You might try peat/perlite mixtures or peat/perlite/coco mixtures. They are more "forgiving" than pure coco.I don't like to dump any girls.
And she isn't terrible.
My theory is unless she has pests I try and keep her alive and healthy.
As you can imagine I had some issues when first starting.
So any problem ladies were an opportunity to learn what to do.IMO.
But I had a ton of room to to keep them.
I'd just get her on a proper diet for coco and she will make you proud.

Water technique! See @Emilya 's thread on watering technique. Water the edges - make you roots reach for H2O. Best to saturate completely and dry out well (not completely though). I do very little "minor" waterings.I was going to replace her with the one I toped a 7 days
Patience is a virtue - I found best wait and ask your 420 girls and they will answer in time.Yeah but the one i topped has to got to stay in that pot and it's just like the one I showed you isn't even filling up the pot I just thought that my top one would probably do better in it but I'll wait it out
Buy a small bag of peat and top dress an inch of peat or and inch-or-two peat/pertlite. That way you can toss the pine straw. A "wetting agent" helps keep the peat from "crusting" - or you can just stir it up the top dress once in a while to resist crusting. Sometimes it is good to leave a little pot room at the top. If you are using organic fertilizer you can top dress by adding peat/fertilizer or peat/perlite/fertilizer mixes to little-by-little fill up the container.Short on Cocoa @Bill284
I just use the "instant" powdered compost tea. Probably not as good - but I am old and lame-brained.I brew tea with Bokashi, insect frass and molasses.
Microbes and fungi, that's the future of pot.
I've tried prepackaged ones also, but like my own.
What do you make yours with?

I agree with @Bill284 when I purchase seeds I buy feminized seeds. Doesn't guarantee perfection (I had a "hermie" in one recently), however, better than a 50/50 shot with "normal" seed. I have had good luck on some free seeds I got 4-for-4 female recently. What luck!Fek so sorry.
Fem short for feminized seeds.
Seeds from a female plant that only produces female seeds.
Never end up wasting a month taking care of a male.

Sterilize it first - cook it.I just got some soil but it's full of rolly pollies should I use it and risk them getting my other plants or should I not use it @Bill284 but I must say this is the most brownish soil I ever seen
You can run temps of 80-85 deg F for LEDs. Mid-70's are too cold when using LEDs.This is what I struggled with on my last garden this time I think I got her right on time and I'm reaping the benefits
