Welcome To Our New Sponsor GROWant

Our drivers are remotely mounted. So yes they can be placed outside the tent. How are you liking the CLW? I've seen some good grows with it. I hear ya about wanting to be able to dial in that perfect spectrum. That's what we try to bring to the table. Giving the grower full control of whatever light recipe he or her decides is working best for them.

I've had clw a couple years, got it as a tester light before they were released. It does a great job. With the osrams I can pull lb off 400 watts with minimal effort.

Why I'm a big fan of osrams, they make some good diodes, last, I've had zero troubles.

I like how you made driver to be remotely wired if needed. Some drivers put off some serious heat.

Definitely read up on far red applications. You can use it as a flower initiator( only applying it for 10 min after lights out) or as part of your spectrum to get the benefits of the Emerson effect. I feel you'll start seeing noticeable results esp if you are familiar with the strain. You should def. add some far red to ur next build. Your plants will love you for it.

One of our members, Icemud, has done a far-red journal where he tested a few theories/concepts. He's probably tested/thrashed more different LED grow light products than many members have tested different strains, lol, and I'd suggest him as a (more than worthy) candidate as a tester for your products - both because of his experience with so many products and his huge wealth of related knowledge - but he's usually pretty busy, and I don't know whether or not he'd have the time. But he'd certainly remove the "grower talent" variable from the equation, because he drips talent and knowledge. And he'd be able to critique your products and make valid suggestions for improvement.

Actually... As I mentioned, he's probably pretty busy. But you might want to send him a PM to see if he'd be interested. Just don't tell him I suggested it because I pester him enough asking questions about LED technology as it is ;) .

You guys got Some awesome leds! I really need to save for one of those.

I'm going to check him out now. Sounds perfect. We definitely accept constructive criticism and are always looking for ways to improve. Sounds like he can help with both.

Hey guys, any beneficial effects happen between 850nm and 940nm? I use the 940 spectrum at work for covert infrared surveillance, and wonder if it has any effect. Cheers!

To be completely honest I'm not sure how effective they would be.

Giveaways to noobs won't be such a bad thing. Just saying growant.

I hear ya, and completely agree. However grower experience is not our main focus though. What we are truly looking for are growers who can complete a full grow ( and document it) from start to finish and have a good, trustworthy reputation amongst the community.

I got the time .

Having said that. What newish members meet your criteria?

Right now we have only 2 models left, that we need sponsors for. Our G3 HiPar gr240 & gr480. They are our smaller models. With max being 3x3 and Core coverage being 2x2
That's our challenge now. Someone who has that specific grow area. A plus would be having completed a grow journal or have a long going thread.

That could be a problem sometimes, people get the light, do good documenting for first few weeks, then kinda disappear. When I did the clw fixture, I had to send them updates with pics on weekly basis. Damn journals can be time consuming. After I finish new veg room, idk what I'm going to do with my 3x3. I'm gonna keep up with your testers, want to see how they do from start to finish.

Hope everyone is having a great Sunday ..

LB07 had some killer compact grow space. I bet he would run the bigger of the two and make you proud in his smaller, currently unused tent, just a thought.

I will have to check him out. It's always nice when they are recommended by another member.
