It sure looks like it! I squeezed one while it was hanging and I couldn't let go due to the sticky!
Yeah we had issues with heat and it is amazing what an AC will do. The girls are growing faster and healthier now. It's amazing.

Let me tell you, it is very enjoyable doing it and getting the recognition from the community is amazing. But we still have tons to learn with this hobby. Tuesday I topped a bunch of them of their 3rd time and new growth is flying out already. They are doing all of the hard work while we just watch them and guide them to their glorious harvest.Great job as always. I sure enjoy watching you two. You're having too much fun.

Dropping by to spread some love to you and yours, and let your know fruit punch has started pollinating. Probably has been for a day or three since I have not been watching her too closely. Anyhow, today is day 31 from flip and first STS app. So I'll be timing future FP seed making at 10 days apart. Flip the seed host plant 10 days after flipping the pollen maker. And I'm planning for 4 applications. For me that's about 100ml total STS solution. Enough for my 1 foot plant to pollinate way more than I need.
Have a friend who is going to get the pollen plant when I'm done. He's so excited. Calls me everyday to see how she's doing, lol.

Yeah we are now making the breeding grounds our last stop of the day thinking that she will be bursting any day now. But pistils have not started showing up on the donors yet so the pollen will fly for a week or so before pollination takes I'm guessing.Good morning C&N.

You are 31 days in and just now starting the STS? I thought you would want to start the day you flip. I'll have to swing over to your place and check it out since I have been slacking on my appearance over there. But it's getting exciting since there are double the sacs everyday when I look at her.

I keep watching that death star. Epic already. Looks like a waning moon! I am thinking of nurturing a girl through some serious training to get a good POTM contender. I set up my grow for a big garden, not individual. Maybe this fall I will do a special room with its own LED and train the crap out of her. Still deciding on strain. At this point probably pineapple fields or Twister but so many good strains going in to flower in the next few grows so maybe I will change that.
Doing some quick math I came up with this....
Silver Nitrate is the expensive component. Per 1 gram Silver N I should be able to reverse 15ish plants doing it the way I do. That's a lot of fem seeds from 1g of AgNO3 (Silver N) and 6.25g of Na2S2O3 (Sodium T) and some distilled water.

No, no, 31 days since flip AND STS started 31 days ago.. Sorry to confuse. 4 apps over 21 days 0, 7, 14, 21.
So the 10 grams I got of it will last a while huh?
That tent will always have a few ladies and she-men in there. After the pollination is done, I think we can put another one in there and reverse it. Since there would be no reason to wait until they are done before starting again. Hmmmm what to do next....
I missed the fact LA made it into the triple crown club. Congratz LA!

She was 9 weeks from seed when we flipped to flower. We kept her about 2' tall and just spread her out horizontally instead of going up. Since when we started these in veg they were in a 2x4 tent. I'm glad we have 2 more seeds of her so she is in line for a self pollination that's for sure!

could you explain self pollination to a newbie or point me to the right journal sounds interesting. also what size pot is your flux in think I'm ready to take that plunge

As for our fluxing she is in a 7 gallon smart pot. She is 3 months in so it takes plenty of patience to do it. We have witnessed what it can produce so we thought we would give it a shot. LA made it a popular style of training and it easy to control. If a top is growing faster than the others you just lower it and the others will catch up. Hope this helped bud.
Well for the self pollination you need to spray a female plant with colloidal silver or silver thiosulfate from the beginning of flower so that the female grows pollen sacs and pollinates itself or other females. The resulting seeds will be feminized seeds. There are numerous people on here doing it like heirloom, Dr ziggy, feral9x and ShiggityFlip name a few. We are crossing sweet seeds dark devil Auto x ministry of seeds carnival and cks purple kush. It's an exciting time!you guys are doing a great job

man I'm blown away. So you can take an auto strain Self pollinate it to make seeds so you dont have to keep buying them? and also create your own strains man I got a lot to learn would love to create my own strain. Thanks for the info

That's exactly what we are doing right now breeding hoping for some self pollination of the dda. The plan is not have to buy the strains we have currently again.man I'm blown away. I have also read that GA3/ Gibberellic acid used similarly as colloidal silver can create male flowers as well on a female. I have some GA3 and might give it a try in my breeding box this winter I have had males so I havent needed to force pollen.
Just thought I would add that GA3 also contains the hormone that is used to start the germination process in a seed so if you have difficult or old seeds GA3 in small doses can increase germination rates if you use to much it can create a stretched out monster that can get huge and grow weird.
