Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team Up!

Sounds like your ballast is having intermittent issues. Apollo is the company that made the ballast? Then yes they will probably let you know if it needs to be returned and where to do that. Either way it couldn't hurt to try. If you bought online or in a hydro store they should be able to help you out too. Emails or phone calls can take 2 days for a response from online companies though

Gonna get on the horn with them momentarily

Hi C&N.

Ever wonder what goes on inside my head?

Lately it's been Karn Evil 9.

Thanks. Don't know how long I can take it. Have been trying to get 7 virgins and a mule out of my head for days.

:loopy:

:hippy:
Now we are listening to it...it is now stuck in my head. Now to sit back and enjoy the music... :passitleft:

Hey Jacob, get a magnetic ballast for a back up...they don't break! (30 years Electrician):)
Evenin C and N...got home at 4;30 ...it's now 6;25 and i'm still sitting at my PC....E-mailing and PMing. I gotta get a life....:circle-of-love:
Good evening Duggs. Have a taste of the thunder bloody Mary. Her smell is piney yet a little sweet. Or would you prefer a taster from our pineapple chunk? Just plucked her off tonight so it's a little green...but maybe in the vape...the choice is yours.

:passitleft: or :volcano-smiley:

Either way :thumb:

What else is running on same circuit? I run same setup Apollo 1050S. Never flickers ever, I've run 400, 600, 750, 1050, with out one issue both MH, and HPS. I'm even running 750's at 800 watts without issue. Make sure fans, AC, and any non ballast is not plugged in to same outlit. Only run lights off one plug. Fans and HID lighting are very different voltage draws. Yes, 400 watt light and 200 watts of fans will not trip breaker but it will cause voltage wave issues that will flicker light and heat up wall outlit.

Cheers

Evenin Miller, OK then, here's the thing . I've been a journeyman Electrician for a very long time, and i have worked very hard for a lot of years in my trade. First thing,...the voltage DOES NOT change, it remains as constant as it's supply transformer at the street can deliver. Amperage draw will fluctuate when fans and motor driven appliances cycle on and off. It is however common practice in commercial and industrial wiring to put "lighting" and "power" on separate circuits, even different panels. If someone's light doesn't work, do a simple test, check the voltage at the receptacle, if it's 110-120 your golden , for anything ...at that voltage. The appliance is failing...i don't believe it's because it shared a circuit with a few fans , timers etc. Miller is right in sayin to put them on different circuits though, it's better, for sure. Cheers you guys...:circle-of-love:

That's all I'm saying. I'm running everything i have under one 16 amp breaker. Negative resistance ballasts (HID) will voltage lag, or current wave is leading signal. Coil wrapped fans will current lag or voltage signal leads wave front. Pulling from same outlit (while still under 16 amp) will disrupt ballast wave and cause lamp flicker. Since, his lamp is lit and he can run MH, HPS it makes sense that he could be overloading a wall outlit. I always look for simple fix. Apollo ballasts are built at Lumatech or something, their off brand but built well.

Cheers

Update time!

Good evening everyone! Tonight we will take a stroll through the garden. Today I have no problems showing them off since they look a ton better than they did a couple days ago. To fix the entire heat issue, tomorrow a 14,000 or 15,000 AC unit will be purchased and installed. It is said to be able to cool 500 SQ FT so that should do nicely. The flower room doesn't get hot due to having an 8" exhaust (750 CFM) and a 6" exhaust (440 CFM) and running LEDs and an air cooled hood. They are showing a bit of damage from the incident but they will be just fine. :thumb:

On to the girls in the VEG room

We shall start off with the young ladies!

On the breeding side of things we are still spraying the CS and awaiting for the sacs to show up. Through some conversation today with Shiggity and Heirloom about what they are using with their projects and they are using STS. Silver Thiosulfate. Sounds to me like that is the way to go. So about an hour ago an order was placed for some silver nitrate and some sodium thiosulfate. I will get into that when it gets here and if she doesn't start doing her thing! But I did put my TDS meter in our CS solution just to see what PPM our solution was. It fluctuated from 46 - 51.

That's all we have going on tonight. Smoked a joint of the early miss and I am stoned lol. Its nice to smoke something different after 2 months of smoking the purple kush. Good timing also since we are down to a half ounce of it. Hope everyone has had a wonderful evening. We sure are. Stay classy.

Great work :bravo:

You both did a great job of recognizing there was an issue and taking action before it became a bad issue. +REPS for reading the plants and doing something about it! :welldone:

The rest of the girls look great, too! :thumb:
