Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team Up!

Ha, it's a normal late flower occurrence. Stoma's showing mature structure. Flower's look amazing, you two are quick studies in this game.

Cheers

Lookin super duper up in here my friends! And good work on that diy reflector brother Nis! I kow ive made me a good few and handy things from some left over flashing metal. :high-five:

Hey there Nis and Canna, I finally got all caught up on your new journal! Hope there is still room in a corner somewhere for me to watch, I brought goodies I made this afternoon!! Have a couple dabs of some amnesia haze + candy cane oil Roorrip Made it from my trim when I defoliated the 2nd time in my girls, it had some pretty frosty trim in there and is really good!

Can't believe there are so many pages in such a short time, you 2 really have a show going on over here :) Took me 3 or 4 different days of reading to get here throughout almost 2 weeks while trying to get around to all my subscriptions, my journal and as well my garden, busy busy!!

You 2 have a wonderful thing going on here, I am very happy for you both. Also congrats on the sponsors, your harvests and the MotM nomination!

I see no one had chimed in on the DWC ph rising. I have no experience with DWC but use hempy buckets and if I were to take a stab at it I would have to say that the ph rising like that may be from the plant taking up the given nutrients. Once the plant takes in some of the fed nutrients from the reservoir, the ph will start to rise back up from where you originally had it. Since the nutrients we put in the water makes the ph go down, as the plant takes them in the ph goes back up.

I see you 2 also made a decent batch of oil yourselves! Good job on that, way better than my first attempt ever was haha! I might mention that straining the solution 2 or 3 times always makes all that fine sediment filter out before heating. I use a reusable coffee filter with fine screen for the first couple of filters and then use a double normal coffee filter for the next filter through and you will get some nice clean smoke this way :)

Keep up the great work over here, I could keep going on for another hour since I have read so much but I will keep it at that for tonight. Take care you 2!

Thanks for the kind words and the tips! Truly means a lot that people enjoy stopping over here to hang out with us on this journey. It is entirely way too much fun and enjoyable.
Bubbling drives out CO2 so ph is raising up.
At least that happens in my fish tank.
She seems to be happy with everything so far, granted it's been almost 48 hours since she got in there, but I am going to check it again later tonight to see what it is. If anything I'll have to add some more water and a touch of nutrients and get it back down to 6.0.

Last night we took a couple clones from the Carnival and they will be going into the breeding tent with a dark devil Auto. Plan on spraying a couple branches of the DDA with collodial silver and letting it pollinate itself and the carnival. So we will have a bundle of DDA seeds and some carnival/Dark devil Auto seeds. Now that'll be a treat. Just trying to think of a name....Devil's carnival Auto? Have to sit and smoke up a name for that one. :woohoo: :passitleft:

Nice, them should be some awesome genetics put together. What about carnival of dark devil's? Haha or even just carnival of devil's? I do like your choice though!

Last night while giving the girls in flower their major haircuts and watering, we noticed roots coming out of the bottom of the smart pots. Kinda cool to see that. But it also made me think if the tree that we have is in a big enough pot. It is in a 7 now, just thinking if we should put her in a bigger one before we move her to flower. 10 gallon? She is the same age as the ones in flower currently. She measured 36" across on Saturday and is 3' tall as well. Thoughts and feedback?

Rule of thumb, 1 gal per month in pot. #5 will give 5 months. Seeing roots is common even in larger pots. I see #25 and #40's in garage grows here that will turn twice a year. It's very possible to pull 200 gram dry off #5 without the added cost of more nutes that are needed for larger pots. My clone grows cycle be every 80 days. Able to grow more strains.

Cheers

See I knew that rule of thumb that's why I planned a 7 would be enough. The autos are in 5s and we veg in 3s and put in 7s before flower. But I think I'll pick up a 10 or 15 for her. She is definitely the biggest we have grown so I was unsure. Just don't want to get roots bound and have to water constanly. Already watering and feeding every 3 days. They look pissed off and sad when we water so we probably could water sooner.

PHOTOPERIOD UPDATE

Today was a quick trip through the garden. Not much going on today other than adjusting the tie downs on the flux, checking the ph of the reservoir, and of course to take pictures.

First up we have our little seedlings. It is quite amazing that they such tight node spacing. Some of them will be topped a little later in the week I have a feeling. Then once the new tops start to take off, they will be put into their 3 gallons.

Then we have our group shot. All growth underneath the scog was taken a couple days ago. A little more will be taken on a regular basis this week before she goes to the flower room this weekend. A 15 gallon smart pot was ordered so she will go in to that on Wednesday. On the left we have an OG Kush, two Heavyweight fruit punch, and the Northern Lights Blue. The reveg clone purple kush has really exploded with growth the last week or so. In the back on the mushroom is the Carnival.

The pH of the res was 6.6 so I added a touch of grow big and water. The new clones got a misting and back under the light they went.

For the flower room here they are sporting their new hair cuts and some bud shots. They are 4 weeks into 12/12 and 3 weeks of flowering.

Then lastly we have the lanky CKS Super Silver Haze. Tons of fan leaves were removed so more light can get down to her. I noticed today even after raising the light a week ago, she has stretched up and hit the reflector. So the light went up even more today.

That's all I have this evening, Canna will be by shortly to tell us what is going on with the autos! Stay classy everyone! :passitleft:

Auto update time again!

Early Miss Audrey is packing on the thick, dense buds. They are covered in sugar. Even the fan leaves are forming sugar. I've never seen a plant so young with this many frosty areas. :bravo:

And now here is Green Crack Shante. We put her in the flower room tonight. She already is flowering, but we needed to open up space in the veg room.

Well that is it for the evening from me. We had the leftover Cannabutter garbage noodles with dinner and I can hear my pillow calling my name. Lol.

Looking well in there. EM looks close, lots of work, nice job you two.

You have come a long way Canna. You are chugging along with one of the best in Nismo. Live watching you two grow together. I don't think me and my weezy could do it. We are too competitive. Lol

Cheers

RoorRip
Oh we are competitive not to worry. :laughtwo:

It's nice to come home from work and she is sitting on the floor running her hands through the girls. It is definitely a loving relationship. Raises the mood throughout and gives us a hobby to share. I wish everyone could experience it. Her holding the steamroller while I tend to the plants is a great moment lol. Thanks for dropping in noob. I'll be over in the morning, I'm in outer space right now. :lot-o-toke:

I love the variety of stages of growth in your garden!:cheertwo:
Seedlings to full breasted flowering.:bravo:
