Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team Up!

I squished some white cookies from last grow. I had temps set at 210, I need a meat thermometer to check accuracy. I need to do some more to experiment, see what works best. I think the pre press helped a lot.

The taste was great, earthy and little piney, but tasted real clean. Can't wait to try some high brix rosin.

As soon as I get my room straightened out, try to make one corner dedicated for a monster. I think it would be fun, especially if one could get couple lb off one plant

Re: Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team Up!

We did some much needed transplanting today of the birds of paradise and the hula haze. These plants have been tortured and kept alive as mothers. Since they are not going to be moms, they got put into 20 gallon pots from their 5 gallon pots. Training will start tomorrow after they get settled in to their new pots.

Roots!

Hula haze a couple days ago while she was happy lol

Then we have 2 more transplants into 20 gals to document, the deep cheese and the dream machine. These ladies will be all by their lonesome inside of the 4x4. It's a good thing since I never thought a 4x4 would be considered small but with these pots, it's tight lol. These will be trained until you can't see the floor of the tent anymore. Hoping to hit 24 oz since that would be 1 gpw. Claims are said to be 2+ lbs for this light but I am assuming that is with a SOG or SCROG. May throw a net in there to hold then down initially. Who knows.

Makes the pots look even bigger with a 1 gallon hole in the center lol.

Strong stems!

We got a PAR meter the other day so now the lights will be set using this. It'll be easier to document for future grows on what plants can handle what light intensity without stressing out. I think we have it set pretty good for now. :thumb:

Dont mind us, we will just be over here smoking on some HB weed all weekend. Have a great day everyone.

Did you finish trimming yet, I just finished, sucked ass lol.

Hoping everyone is having a great Monday
Hey fellas! We have been done harvesting for about a week now. The Blue Dream's nodes were pretty spaced out, and the buds weren't very big. So what we did was, cut down, wash, and strip the stems of the nugs. We then removed the big non sugary fan leaves, bagged up the buds and sugar leaves in gallon freezer bags, then froze it until we either make rosin, or run it through the bubble bags. We have no harvest weight, or dry weight from those plants. We had to cut our losses there, but the kilo of Tut will hold us over for quite some time. Lol
Hey C and N , top of the day to you guys! How goes the battle with the scissors? cheers.:high-five:
Hey Duggs. How are you? I'm sure you will read the above post about the Blue Dream. What a shame, ya know. I did forget to mention how ended up getting 6 huge gallon bags full of the nugs and sugar leaves, so it's not a total loss.

We took your advice. We got out of the house yesterday, just us (kids were having fun elsewhere), and we got Nis some much needed work boots. After that we had some lunch at a place I can actually eat at. Yay!! Then we played some games at the local arcade. We got home and hung out with our son and watched a movie. It was an amazing day for all of us. Thanks for the "Day Date" suggestion. It was just what the Dr. Ordered.

I was glad to see you and Ziggs having fun! You two are like a couple of kids when you get together. You have all the perks of being an adult, but are able to be kids at heart. That's a true friendship there. Have a great day bud!
Ps. Toe Toes!!!

What you mean by press some?

Rosin press.

What we ended up doing is a test run of some bubble hash. Only did one of the dozen gallon bags we have, just to have some for now.

Looking pretty good if say. :thumb:

A bit of the 90 micron

A scoop of the 45 micron

More to follow.

Got any questions ,..or queries?

So it's hash with bubble bags? I wasn't sure. I thought I had read somewhere of people pressing a nug with a hair straightener or something.
Yes it is. How it works is, the icy cold water freezes the oil (hash) on the plant. Then the mixer beaters help separate the hash from plant material. Then we dump it through the bubble bags with the different sized filters. Then we use a spoon to collect the hash from the screen. We let it dry on parchment. Some people use cardboard, but the hash stuck to it when we did it that way.

Now that we have hash, we can put it in some rosin bags and squish it between two hot plates to make rosin (oil). You can use that oil in many things like edibles, dabs, tincture, capsules, suppositories, etc.
