Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team Up!

Re: Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team Up!

Good morning Nis and Canna, hope you enjoyed the long weekend. Guess what Nis? I have more questions surprise, surprise. Well I ordered some auto seeds to get me thru to the my next harvest. What size pot should I start them in should I up pot or start in my final pot and what size should that be(will be growing them outside) I use General Hydroponics trio and Cal-Magic should I feed the same as the photos. How long is the veg and flower periods and how should I adjust the nutes schedule accordingly and lastly top or not to top?. Sorry i am in a pinch and will only have one shot at this.

Can't wait for the next update. I've not been around lately I've been in the hospital I fell out Friday ambulance e.r. The whole nine yards I found out and was diagnosed diabetic my sugar was 609 so two days in the hospital now I've gotta see specialist and do all this shit so it's slowed my hobby down that I love so very much. Weirdest part is I'm vegetarian almost vegan I've not had a pop I bet in 10 years I guess it's just in my blood no pun intended sorry to hijack your journal but is there anything marijuana I can make that'll help bring my sugar down that anyone knows about I would really appreciate it. Thank you all very much #global420

That sucks man. Diabetes runs in my family as well and I hope I don't end up with it. It's surprising that you blood sugar spiked like that since your sugar intake shouldn't be all that high. If anyone would have an answer for ya it would be sweetsue. I hope you get some answers you are looking for.

For our autos we start them in the fun pot. Last time we didn't to see if starting in a 1 gallon and forming a good root ball first was a good plan and it turned out it wasn't. We currently have 3 autos going and they are in 7 gallon pots. They are 420 babies and one has started flowering. The other two are chugging right along growing quite well. I'll get some pictures tonight of them. As for topping, if you can get it done right around the 2 week mark from seed, then you should be in pretty good shape.

As for feeding, stay on the veg nutes until you have a good amount of pistils and that will keep them growing bigger into early flower. Then switch to bloom nutes. Also since these are going outside, the more soil the better. From what I've read and experienced, when the roots hit the bottom, they flower.
Hope this helps. I always started autos in final pot. I haven't had much luck topping. I've only grown autos 4 times and seems like they start showing early, 3 weeks or so from seed. Also had to cut back nutes to 50%. But they are easy to grow, fun to watch because seems like the veg and flower runs together

Sorry nis, I'm sitting in damn dr's office bored out of my mind, didn't mean to jump on your thread. Sorry .
No problem buck. Thanks for jumping in and lending a hand. :thumb:

Good morning everyone! Snapped a couple pictures this morning to share.

Panama haze day 16. She handled the training session quite well I would say. Had to SC the big one in the back. Stems are quite stiff and was happy not to break it. Still no real pistils popping out yet.

DC day 30. Just got a GE drench and we will start the alternating water and GE from here on out.

Birds of paradise day 30. These trichomes are getting out of hand. Honestly lol. If they start stacking like shiggity's plants do I'll be jumping for joy. I'll be even more excited seeing troughs full of this.

Hope everyone has a great day. I'll get some more pictures and a video up later tonight.

Dang I really want to try some Dynasty beans. But I need a larger grow area to mess with Reg beans (or a bigger backup stash :cheesygrinsmiley:) as I can't afford to not have a female in my small grow right now.

I think a cutting of this one will stick around for a while. Definitely going to make some feminized seeds as well. I'm sold on their genetics, that's for sure.

Funny you said that nis. After talking with shiggs and seeing his garden. I went ahead ordered huckleberry kush and cherry vanilla cookies. All their strains look great. In past month I've blown my seed budget up.

If your worried about space and males, it's kind of costly but you can get test kits to check male or female, test it at 7 to 10 days from germ, and have results with in a week. That was my reasoning for always growing fems, but gonna give it a try

I've looked at those kits and have contemplated doing it. But we have the space and the time so just decided to sex them the old fashioned way.

I think we will make our way through dynasty's line-up at some point. If the smoke is as good as it looks, we will have a winner.

Tonight we have some pictures to share of the blue dream and Tutankhamon. Also took a few pictures for the autos we have. Wanted to upload a video but the computer isn't in the mood to transfer video so pictures will have to do. Tonight was a brix way ahead day.

Blue dream +11

Tut +11

Northern lights auto day 33

Great white auto day 33

Cash crop auto day 33. She popped out of the soil with two tops so we just went with it. Not going to get much from her but hey, it was cool to see.

On another note the seeds for the sponsored grow with the perfect Sun cob have been put into the dirt today so a journal will be started this week.

Have a great night everyone.

Thanks for the info and the auto pics Nis, this is uncharted territory for me so I hope they are all successful I only ordered 4 seeds. I heard that if I LST them I really makes them flourish. What is your take on this? Also I am using outdoor raised beds, so would it be okay to go right from germination into these beds? Thanks so much Nis you are a wealth of knowledge, and thanks for taking the time to help the little guy like me.:thankyou:

Not a problem at all. If you plant then directly in those beds then you should be able to top them. They will have plenty of time to recover. LST is perfect for autos as it's relatively the only way to get a decent yield. I'm going to throw some tethers on them tomorrow since it looks like they are starting to show. So yeah that's what I would do, put then in the beds at germination. Weather permitting. Autos tend to do better being grown outdoors so you should be happy. :thumb:

Hit the panama with a strong transplant drench, she'll throw some pistols soon.
Just out of curiosity do you just do growth drenches in veg? I have been flipping between GE and Transplant in veg. The plants seem to really like some transplant in veg too. It keeps the microbes happy.

Transplant is the primary drench I use in veg. GE gets used when I think they need a kick in the ass. The PH hasn't had a drink in almost a week so I'll mix her up a cocktail tonight and serve it to her. Normal drench strong or super drench strong?

Who would have thought that our co2 levels without supplementing were so high?

Well now we will double that and take it to 1500 with the help of a co2 generator. Decided to go with the natural gas version since we had a gas line already there. Thought about a water cooled burner but this thing really doesn't produce much heat. With the air conditioner and plenty of air movement, it won't be a problem. It also raises the humidity so the dehuey is running full bore and we get about 4 gallons a day to maintain 55%.

After a couple mins it started climbing... Then the lights turned off. The controller has a photo sensor on it so it will not supplement co2 when the lights are off. Going to setup the exhaust on a timer to turn on at night.

Now we are set. I'm happy. Time to grow some giant buds.
