nismo12 are cool, but... I have the feeling that my long rambling post in their thread might be pushing it (sorry, you two!).
kinda makes me skeerd' tho' what's in the future when you harvest and start consuming some Hi-Test.
Well, it's like this, old bud: The last school environment I was in, I was there (high) from the time I awoke to some point after I started snoring, every day. A couple years into it, I hit a two week (or so) dry spell - and more than a handful of people decided that I was suddenly "on something." Which is kind of ironic: "That boy aint right." "Yeah, no kidding - he's out of herb!"
Jobs that I worked at for more than a year or so were the same. People would gossip to me about how this or that person must be "doing stuff" and I'd be about half wasted the entire time. Then I'd come in without any mental modification one day and the same people would start giving me funny looks (and/or walking on eggshells, IDK).
You know how they give people with <COUGH>certain issues<COUGH> all kinds of pills so they don't wig out? Sativa is all the medication my head has ever needed. Doesn't flatline my emotions, DOES make the depression go up in smoke, throttles back the rage, and generally helps me put up with other people's sh!t (they haven't really made a pill for that last one, yet). I can reign in my 90 MPH runaway thoughts at will, and my brain actually slows down when I'm trying to sleep instead of continuing along in 27th gear. It also gets the creative juices going (now if I could benefit from sending editors a lid along with a novel submission
) - which
ought to be a contradiction, but somehow it's not. And I've never understood the whole "sativas make me paranoid and give me anxiety" thing, because they chill me the <BLEEP> out and I start thinking that anxiety is for other people when I climb aboard the express. It
doesn't make me any less likely to fall off of ladders, nor does it reduce the aching urge to discover what flying feels like whenever I find myself at the edge of a tall structure but, hey, you can't have everything (where would ya put it?).
I don't have any real sativas, though.
Sensi's Jack Herer is only 50% and Serious' Kali Mist is
supposed to be a 90% sativa - but it's also supposed to only flower for 12 to 14 weeks, so I tend to doubt it. I need a good landrace sativa that stretches for the first 52 (or a little more) days of flower, grows all over the room in the process, and makes me regret giving it 18 hours of light during the vegetative phase instead of something closer to the 12 to 13 hours/day it'd get in its natural environment. But that doesn't do a thing for pain (well... it's lets you not give a rat's and get on with your life instead of focusing on it), and the only reason I started up again was a few people were asking me to help them, so I'm doing the hybrid thing. I might pick a bud or two early and pretend it's a sativa. But the bulk of my harvest will be given away this time to family and friends. Like they say, bro, death is lighter than a feather - but
duty is heavier than a mountain.

(I think?), lol. And I tried to start a discussion over at TH3 8R0+H3RH00D about whether or not light might actually have a mass of at least 1/∞ and how, if it does, it could account for the question of how this universe can act like it does
without positing the existence of "dark matter" (which we have, of course, never actually observed) to account for the huge amount of "unknown" mass... Vis-Ã -vis, the question of why the amount of observed luminous mass in everything from solar systems to galaxies and galactic clusters seems to only be a fraction of the gravitational mass. I even used the term "Ockham's razor" thinking our... robotic friend might rise to the challenge and school me on why my theory isn't the simplest, most logical possibility after all (and, in the process, give me some meat for a storyline I'm sort of considering). I even had another theory ready to fire off, basically something about how small(+/-) black holes are a
whole lot more common than we assume - and even a tiny one the size of an atom can, of course, mass as much as, say, a good-sized mountain. But
apparently, the mice haven't learned to dance on keyboards as of yet and people are "somewhat" scarce at da 'Hood these days. So my need to type went unfulfilled and I figured I'd hit a journal or two, space out on the pictures, post a comment or two about how nice things look (and things definitely
DO look fabulous in this journal!) - only to realize that I'm rambling
again. I'll just... yeah, I'll go sit quietly in the corner (on my hands!) for a little while, shall I?
