The purple paralysis didn't come up and was dead. I noticed a day after she was put in the dirt that she had "floated" to the top...well close to the top. So I put a litte soil on her and thought she would be fine. But no. So tonight we put a Heavyweight Strawberry Cake in for a little swim.

Wow great journal guys! I have a lot to read up on, I had a quick look through and some of the pictures I saw were absolutely amazing, you guys are very good at what you do! ^_^

I just wanted to stop by, introduce my self and thank Canna for the help you gave me last week! I have had my name changed since we last talked but you helped me with my Blueberry Auto plant. I still haven't been able to get any calmag but I did do some research and decided to make some potash out of some pine logs I cut down a few months ago and add it to the last feed I gave her, She has literally doubled in size since I first started worrying about her being too small. I still don't expect the yield to be great but this has been such a fun side project! Heres a lil pic shes now 2 days away from being 1 month old! :)

If you are "lucky" enough that your tap water is loaded with calcium, then you could supplement with Epsom Salt for the magnesium (or mix up some in a spray bottle and foliar feed now and then).

And this is why I will strive to be the kind of man my new little girl can look up to and feel secure in the knowledge that I love her and will always be there for her. Too many douchebag fathers out there. (what is up with that?) I love her so much, and I hope to never disappoint her when it counts.

Ok, I'm going to do it again and jump into an old convo about quitting ciggies. I quit when my daughter was born, but I've been using a vape. (Kangertech) It works really well to mitigate cravings as well as help with the actual habit. It's been a breeze. It's not quite the same as smoking a cigarette, but it's close enough to be a huge help.

Canna, if you're still struggling with quitting, then maybe try that.

Oh... and my favourite flavour is grape. ;)
 
Yeppers blaze, I too quit a 2 pack a day habit and a couple cigars a day as well. I've an Aspire Mega Tank. Massive clouds. And the juice, A Quiet Morning by Alice in Vapeland. I SERIOUSLY WONDER WHY I EVER SMOKED TOBACCO!
My wife and I walked a close friend through lung cancer last year. She asked us to take care of her as she died. IT WAS EXTREMELY HORRIFIC. I had nights, wife had days. She died in 3 months. She smoked til she til almost the end. Despite our plea to get treatment and quit smoking. Was a life changing ordeal for both of us. Sooo, you gotta do this CM, your family needs you. I'm definitely pulling for you and Nis. I'm sure he wants you around for a long time! Much love for you guys, definitely in my prayers and thoughts.

I came in on a serious note, well my roundness can roll like that. I was three packs a day and put them down. For me cold turkey was best but I sure would have loved a vape! There is a store near here with tons of flavors and will make it any strength you want.

I don't smoke anymore but I have to clean my AC filter with alcohol :cheesygrinsmiley:
