I wasn't necessarily referring to you or your plant. I was thinking more along the lines of animal urine/feces, high school locker room, decomposing corpse, and such. A smell of onion, by contrast, smells positively benign. Then again, I like onions (and might be a little unusual - I just drank half a glass of dill pickle juice for breakfast).
I used to have hash oil that smelled like a combination of fried pork sausage and fish. It wasn't too offensive. Not something I would have asked for, mind you - but definitely not bad enough to throw it away when you could warm it up, drop it on a bowl of ground bud (or pretty much anything, I suppose), and have over a dozen massively strong hits. Was a big hit at parties (just add a gravity bong(?) made out of a three-liter cola bottle, a bucket of hot water... and something soft to fall down onto, lol).
I have often wondered why, with an estimated 2,000+ strains extant, people will grow one that smells and/or tastes noxious more than once. Maybe they have a secret fetish for the odor, lol? Someone once offered me a cutting of a strain that he called "Cat P!ss." I said no thanks - and then told him that if he liked such things, he could come over and change my cat's litter regularly for free or not a lot of money . He declined to take me up on my kind offer...
When you're looking for something specific, and in a specific section, you can do a site search.
Completed journals containing "SNS" are here:
Ongoing (Current) journals containing "SNS" are here:
Obviously, there will be some searches where the term is only mentioned in passing. But it ought to cut down the number of threads that you'll have to wade through. If you wish to search for one of SNS's specific products, just add to or modify the search term. And remember that you can add "site:" (sans quotation marks) to the beginning of any https: (etc.) address, then add your own search terms, and it will perform the search only on that website (assuming that it hasn't blocked Google's spiders). It can be a very helpful function from time to time, and you can perform more advanced searches than most forum/website search routines are able to handle.
BtW, Sierra Natural Science's tag-line(?) is "Natural & Organic Products for Garden & Farm." The message at the top of their main web page states:
...and if anyone wants to try their products out - but does not look likely to win one of our contests in the near future - they have four sample packages: A fungicide sample kit, a pesticide sample kit, and a plant stimulant sample kit, and a broad mite kit. Each one is free (just pay S&H). Their website is:

If you get the primary growing tip so that it's the lowest part of the plant it'll redistribute auxins, and most strains will start producing secondary (et cetera) branches without the need for chopping parts off. It's a survival mechanism.
My cat just heaved out a hairball <SHAKES FIST>. (LOL)
I am very brand new to the bong game. It has been 20 years since I used one. But brought me one the other day....going to have to take it back. My son picked it up for me and it has no bowl...just the stem...been sitting on my dresser for two days....going back todayHaha! I had forgotten about my days with the 3 liter gravity bong
There was an art to the pull. If you did it just right you had 3 liters of thick Milky smoke, and yes you needed something soft to fall on.
Thanks for the memory!
TS, I really appreciate your input on SNS. Really.
The info is spectacular on the searching. Thanks man.
Damn cats. Lol

I think the insecticides are (right now) what I'm excited about. I have only used tobacco juiceThe SNS product for insects I used and gave to a friend worked great! It worked on outdoor insects beautifully.
I used SNS 209(supposedly works well on fungus gnats!) which help control whatever was eating my veggies.., I gave my 244 away(Fungus, molds, mildew) and the 217(Spider mites and their eggs) which worked great on an indoor grow away too.
They do give samples...
Great customer service too
Not that I've had any other problems other than a minor gnat problem. Old baccy juice knocked that Right out. Just wonder if it hurts bennies in soil.I think the insecticides are (right now) what I'm excited about. I have only used tobacco juice

Oh ya. I plan to. Tobacco was in the budget unfortunately. While tobacco juice is a great deterrent for pests, IMHO, I would avoid it on MMJ due to the SLIGHT possibility of passing TMV. Stick with the SNS!
Got it!Yo Nis....hit this and pass it to Canna.
Good afternoon and High everyone!
I don't regret stop smoking.... I just hate the afternoon cravings for a cigarette...nasty nasty drug
Oh ya. I plan to. Tobacco was in the budget unfortunately.
Speaking of which.
Canna Congrats on quitting. I've done it all. ALL.
The ONLY thing I can't seem to shake is this lethal, noxious and disgusting habit.
Way to go.

I mean what does it help you with? What are the positives of smoking for you?
Jacob...ya know what's comin don't ya!!! I'l say sorry right now , cuz when it comes to friends of mine smoking ...i show no mercy! Lets get that perfectly clear. Ya , that's right...i'm on your case. What do ya think your doing , by smoking?? Eh...what is so good about it...nothing , that's what. If ya keep doing it , it may kill you....now how ya like it. OK, so ya don't like it....THEN QUIT! Canna did....she's on day 10-11 or something like that. She feels better and has earned a lot of respect for it....especially from me. Wanna hear a story....you see my Avatar pic... those were my bestest friends ...and i miss them so much. Max died from lung cancer , from inhaling MY second hand smoke for so many years...Duggan died from cancer too....did i cause them to die...dunno but i'm thinkin i did ! I will never forgive myself for it, never. When i took Max into the vet one day cuz he was in a bad way and couldn't breath...i held him while they xrayed his chest. His lungs were full of cancer ....from second hand smoke over the years. I cried for days thinking of holding him while his life long vet put him to sleep. Not a day passes where i don't think of my "lads".
Cigarettes killed both my mother and father...Dad at 50 and mom at 68...way too early and i miss them so much! Please Jacob , just quit my brotha....please. just do it , but do it with resolve and will...look at your life...look at it...is it worth living...i 'm sayin yes , it is...well ya better stop smoking cigarettes cuz every time you light one up...your gonna think of this story! Cheers Jacob and please forgive my way! Duggs.
Increases wakefulness, motivation, alertness, and creativity. Improves attention, memory, and fine motor skills. Can help with ADHD. Acts as a neuroprotective. Decreased rates of Parkinson's and Alzheimer's Disease. Potential treatment for the latter... Has been proven to treat cognitive impairments associated with Alzheimer's, schizophrenia, and ADHD. Anti-inflammatory. Pain-relief. Helps the gut. Activates POMC neurons, which then go on to activate the melanocortin MC4R receptors - which increases metabolism and decreases hunger (/helps control/prevent obesity). Helps repair tissue. Helps stabilize chaotic dopaminergic activity, which is another way that it helps schizophrenics by improving their functionality. Enhances the efficacy of Tourette’s Syndrome treatment drugs. Antidote to strychnine poisoning, lol. Lower incidence of: uterine fibroids, canker sores, endometriosis and endometriosis cancer, vomiting during pregnancy, venous thrombosis, and fatality in heart attacks (although the last two are probably not causal).
But I'll give you the "it'll kill ya" argument. My father's father smoked Kools every day of his life (although some decades after they introduced a filter-tip option, he switched to those from Kool Regulars (non-filters). And he died of cancer. Poor guy was only 93 .
Ya.....what a load of crap! That's what i think of ANYTHING said good of smoking!! You can throw all those things out the window....they mean absolutely nothing to me , anyhow! TS, do you really feel this way about smoking. Have ya ever wondered how much ya stink after a smoke...lemmy tell ya ...it stinks and people that smoke cigs...stink ...end of story! If ya put 100 long term smokers in a room , ya one or two are gonna live to be 90+ ...what about the other 98?? Oh wait their dead!
