Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team Up!

When we would walk in the house from outside, we could smell the drying buds. His parents were there the night before and didn't say anything, so we must be good. Lol

Or they must be good... LOL.
Morning guys. What a great looking pull C&N. I wasn't expecting anything different coming from you two after seeing all you're capable of since I been comin thru reading your journal. But, I was still shocked at how freakin good it looks anyway. I wish I was one of those jars. Get in my belly.
Thanks for the early morning wake n bake.
Matter of fact I wanna share some of this PC I got from our buddy Far East Buds yesterday. So, here you go :passitleft: Pass it along this is some fine stuff, enjoy.
Have a great day all.

Hey C & N , nice job you two! looks like some tasty treats . Your DBHBB soil cookin yet? Cheers .:high-five:
It's going to happen this afternoon when the soil gets here. UPS doesn't deliver on weekends so we had to wait. It's 10 miles away and has been for 3 days but we have to wait. Damn.

Have a few questions for ya about watering with the kit. Now I have read through the instructions and nothing is said on just giving plain water. I know we will be using distilled water. Do you always have to give a drench or can you just give a splash of tea and water? Cat drench you wait for buds to set, transplant....well that's self explanatory, but when and how much is what i'm confused on with the GE drench. We have a month to figure this out but my curious mind has been wanting to know. :thanks:

Re: Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team Up!

Alright you guys, I gave my Dad some of my Cco caps. He liked them enough to send me home with a half Oz to make him some. I finished making the capsules yesterday. 139 caps for him will last a long time at 2 a day.

Here is the oil after chilling over night.

Here is decided to bring it to room temp in a water bath.

My Dad has had 3 back surgeries. The last one was a 12 hr surgery where they fused 4 discs and those 4, and the 4 above have been mobilized by a steel ladder (if you will) in his back. He has residual pain all the time. Poor guy. I'm hoping these capsules will help him internally, as well as with the pain and discomfort.

There is his incision bandage.

Nis, here's a link I had saved for myself on the kit:

The Basics of Doc Bud's High Brix Blend Kit w/ Instructions

It's a good consolidated overview on the kit and how to use it.

I hope it helps!

I've read that numerous times and it really doesn't clarify. It has amounts but by reading that you drench and tea everytime. If that's the case then I'm cool with it but just want to clarify.

Also since we ordered two kits and got one big bag of ammendment one can only assume that you split it in half. I will say I'm glad the support for the kit is on 420 magazine. Otherwise we would be lost lol.

Mornin Nis, with watering , feeding and the "kit". Doc's original instructions are the one's i recommend people follow...they are quite clear on this stuff. A typical watering/feeding schedule would look something like this .....water, water, GE Drench w/Tea,water , water, Transplant Drench w/Tea , water , water, G.E. Drench w/Tea, water , water........got it. We want to alternate the two main Drenches and only give the Tea with a Drench OK! Stick to the quantities Doc laid out in his instructions. Nothing is written in stone but it's wise to follow this schedule. In the last couple yrs. we've found out that giving a little (1/4) Transplant between Drenches with the "just water' drinks is beneficial but NOT necessary. DBHBB soil is extremely consistent in delivering outstanding quality...before it gets too difficult balancing it out in later runs than 3. Cheers Nis....it's so easy...you'll see...no PHing, no feeding with bottled stuff....just fish juice and rocks ...great stuff.:circle-of-love::high-five:

I would let the Doc give you the definitive answer, but the way I read it was that ALL "waterings" are done as drenches or foliars with NO top-watering happening. The idea would be to let the pots dry out until it stresses the plants, then use one of the drenches to re-saturate the pot.

Use the schedule at the bottom of the article to determine the "rotation", but frequency, unless it's a foliar, I believe will depend on how quick the soil dries out from the last drench. The foliars (Destress & Brix) are regularly scheduled:

For example, the schedule at the bottom for a one gallon veg is:

Growth Energy (0.5 mL + 0.1 mL Tea) >> Water (+ 0.25 mL Transplant Drench) >> Growth Energy (0.5 mL + 0.1 mL Tea) >> Water (+ 0.25 mL Transplant Drench) >> repeat.

De-Stress Tuesdays & Thursdays // Brix Fridays -- @ 1 to 30 mL ratio.

Again, I'd let Doc or one of the DBHBB growers give the definitive answer, but that's how I read the instructions! :)

Thanks Krip,.....i just wanna say one thing ...you don't have to "bottom" water AT ALL. I have never done it , you just don't need to do it. You can just water from the top....how would i ever dunk a 26 gal. pot...or for that matter even a ten gal. one. Doc only dunks his pots when he's using the smaller one gal. one's....before he transplants into his big ones. bottom watering is ONLY done to make sure the whole root ball and all the soil gets water...you can achieve this just as good by top watering. Everyone seems so enamored to dunk their pots...it's just not necessary....don't worry about it! Follow the amounts laid out by Doc...it's easy. Wanna know how i measure the drenches out......just measure how much a "cap full" from the bottle is and just do it that way....1/2 cap...or full cap...or just a lil in the cap....it's farkin easy. Measure it out and get a very good estimate to what one of the caps holds, then ya don't have to get all the measuring crap out every time ya wanna give them something. I do it with the Sprays too.....what odds...it works great...unless of course you thing a drop or two one way or the other makes a difference...it doesn't! Cheers eh!

The bottom watering I think we planned to do it only for the one gallons. I'm sure when we start it in a month we will have plenty of help along the way. I'll go trolling through yours and other pro kit users journals' and see how it's done. I've been paying attention and it seems quite simple. Thanks for the help and I wish I could roll ya guys a thank you joint.

:thanks: :passitleft:

Canna, I hope the capsules help your dad. His surgeries, at least that last one was much more invasive than the two I've had. I've turned down two other surgeries that were suggested because I couldn't handle the psychological part of recovery again. I also turned down a morphine pump implanted into my stomach. At the time I was so screwed up on narcotics I was seeing colored mice running around the house. On my own I've weened off 99% of narcotics only taking something when I was without cannabis.
My guess is your dad hurts worse than he lets on. I pray you can find ways to help him get relief. I believe different strains will give him different results. You're a great daughter!!

High Canna and Nis,
I'm back.
Please dont get up. :passitleft:
Just passin thru....

Hi Canna, just wanted to say what Stage said there too...your a fantastic daughter and your dad is so grateful your there for him , i'm sure. Let us know how the gel caps work would ya....I'm sure there are a few strains out there that would meet all his needs ...the trick is to find them , then grow them out....we all know you can do that! :thumb::Namaste:
We have a CBDUTCH treat going right now that is going to be great for pain and such. It's a 2:1 strain that should help tremendously.

Also since we ordered two kits and got one big bag of ammendment one can only assume that you split it in half.

...or that the packer simply made a mistake (IOW, if you had placed two separate orders, would you have received two big bags of ammendments... or two "half bags?" The odds are that it was just consolidated into one bag. But that might not have been the case, and if it were me, I'd send an email to make sure. Who knows, you might have been ordering for both yourself and a neighbor (unless, during the ordering process, you were asked if the entire order was for one person) or something.

I'll shoot him a PM now before we go mixing everything up tonight just to make sure.
