Sure does. I watered a tiny bit today and it ALL seemed to drip on her.

The upsie downie is so shit, the holes on the outside are supposed to let water drip out along the edges,

but all the water comes out the middle, around the "seal" where the plastic bit holds the sponge and stem.

No idea how they got a patent for it, except for maybe as a mould accelerator...
