I feed to runoff to start, then I keep the cup wet.
So maby every other day at first.
Until they start drinking regularly then it's daily.
Always just a little on top.
Then around the parameter in the moat.
I'm running coco so it has to stay moist.
Soil is a bit longer in between if you have the layers.
How many do you have so far?

All 3 popped but only 1 sprouted. It’s 7 days tomorrow that they went in solos. CL🍀 :morenutes: :ciao::cheesygrinsmiley::Namaste:

They usually take two to three days, do you have more seeds ?

Did you put them a fingernail length deep ?

Might as well have a look and see what they are doing....

Sorry big error in the above. It should be 80L 20L each of Veg A/B and Bloom A/B

Assuming around 20 plants. Obviously they are in Veg much less time than in Flower. So 10x grows Veg I reckon. 4x Flower. Plus Calmag, Root Booster, Total, Bloom Explode and my filler.

I’m going to give them a couple more days. I’ve heard of some taking 10 days. I don’t have anymore GT seeds. CL🍀

How deep did you plant them ?

This crop I planted them as soon as they cracked and the tap root had just emerged. 4/4

And gently taking a look won't kill them....

1/4” and about a day after they popped. I like the taproot to be a little longer. But they were kept in a warm dark place until then. CL🍀 :morenutes: :passitleft::420::Namaste:

Must have been a watering/moisture problem then ?

I feel your pain/stress CL. I hate the popped to viable bit. Hardest of all.

I just put 24 in bags and now will be a ball of stress for 10 days 😂

I never used the Bill284 method and being used to regular soil I didn’t want to overwater. CL🍀

I wait until the seed cracks in moist paper towel.
Then plant it at the surface tap root down.
The next day I had 3" tall babies.
Not perfect but my fault for leaving the light too high.
Regardless I still got 15/15.
That way I'm not waiting wondering what it's doing.
If it doesn't pop after soaking for 18 hrs then going into paper towel for a couple days it's probably a dud.
I can pop more right away if I need to.
Fortunately all 15 popped and are still alive.
I dropped a solo last night upside-down. :rolleyes:
That dam roll bar saved it from snapping off.
That's probably the 3rd one I would have broken but was saved by the horseshoe pins.
No fingers, I'm all thumbs. :rofl:

@CaptainLucky my golden rule is if by day 3, they've yet to break the soil, on day 4 it's time to go digging gently uncovering the dirt where you remember the seed being placed, until you slowly find it, if they need help, I help them; but 7 days they most likely are shriveled up in there, D:!

What's that mean?
I spent the day yesterday drilling in concrete lags.
4 drills and 25 trips to the tool shed later I finally finished.
That ate a whole day and nothing completed on the VIVOHUT. :rolleyes:
I need to splash on a quick coat of sky blue before I can finish the shelving.
Then I can get my crap out of the 5x5 and finish the wiring.
If I don't have to shovel too much snow today I should do well.
Snow is crippling for me.
Sets me back a couple days every time.
How are the sprouts doing?
