Soil is a little different than coco.As you know :Namaste:
I keep the coco wet all the time.
Soil I'd let sit a couple days between watering.
The perlite will keep air in there.
So you just need to make sure the tap root has something to chase and be fed by.
Fell the weight after 2 days and see 3 might be appropriate at first. :thumb:

I almost got the HP pro mix when I got some bulk soil it most certainly isnt cheap so I ended up buying 160 lb/80 Kilos (man it sounds like im talking about coke here in the states lol) of Fox Farm Ocean forest and half Happy frog that was I get all the fish shit from OF and the Mycorrhiza of happy frog to give me a good start on the Super Soil. your coco is also organic right? thats a lesson for 2024 I have enough soil now to last me all yr unless VA up's the number of plants I can grow. I dont know why but as I was browsing your journal I was just thinking about the Mr Bill show you remember from SNL oh nooooooo Mr Bill those days were the so innocent all it took was Mr Sluggo beating Mr bill to a pancake to make an entire generation laugh

They are apparently sending me a few litres.
I'm looking for a permanent nutrient supplier.
I love the ones I've been using don't get me wrong they are terrific.
If I had a steady supply and some support I'd keep using them, but alas. :rolleyes:

Last Summer I ordered seeds from Michigan and it took a week to get here. It’s prolly less than 200 miles to Chicago.Smh CL🍀

I need a nutrient sponsor too, just worried about what to go for, @Remo Nutrients looked nice, but they're not doing sponsorships, so I thought maybe just giving them a try anyways but the whole box is 100$USD O_O, and the next step down is only 25% of that (250ML) for 50$!!!??

I don't know what to do, all I know is I need to get off Advanced Nutrients! Some people are suggesting Jacks 321, and something else, but I want to know what the bigwigs at 420 are running, cause I trust the opinions of y'all the most!

I think they’re pretty good. But the reliability and bulk volume is the thing. I needed to learn how to use them. Maybe there’s some better. For sure there’s way worse. Imagine not growing in coco🤣

But yeah get something middle of the road that you can always get more of in 3 days max. The most consistently delivered nute is the best nute.

Give me coco, dynomyco, banging reliably delivered nutes, loadsa gas, huge lights and (relatively) hassle free.

What was always the issue was the amount of water that was needed for the upkeep of coco, I'm a broke boi, and I might be switching to the good ole tap like everyone else x'D

I dunno mate - you’re getting nothing out of the medium with Coco so unless you’re growing with water direct from the magic lake you’ll need to be adding something. Its great when its in. Not too hard to learn but in coco you gotta be adding fert in quantity.

too much acid the topic was coco I found a sweet spot with soil especially super soil after I constantly start growing Top Shelf Ill venture into coco but for now Ill toil the soil lol
