Solo cups to Air Pots

I start with
Canna Coco washed & buffered

Before I use it I add Bokashi, Frass & DYNOMYCO then Mist to Activate it
I use a mild kelp solution with water

I also added 5 gallons of perlite to the coco

I give it 24 hrs to incubate

I give it 24 hrs to grow some microbes & fungi

Filling Air Pots

Add coco then another layer of perlite

Sprinkle Bokashi & Frass and mist to activate

I’m repeating this process to the top this time

We are going to start with Purple Kush

To save time I filled the pots



I took a solo cup and made a cup shaped indent to set the root ball into

I squeeze the clear cup to loosen the root ball



Then cut the bottom to save the roots that stick out



I mist the entire root ball



Then sprinkle DYNOMYCO directly on the root ball



Another little mist then cover the entire root ball in Bokashi & Frass


Note my Frass is 0-0-0


Purple Kush 1-29-24



I leave the root ball high in the center

When feeding , nutrients are forced to the outside



Once in place I feed @Remo Nutrients 900 ppm

Untill all the coco is wet and nutrients pour out the bottom

We are going to start with Purple Kush

The size of your plants in those cups is amazing. Can you tell me why the layer of perlite at the bottom or direct to a link you have? Always trying to do things a little better. Haven't tried putting the DYNOMYCO in the layers. Store near me has Cyco coco coir with no peat mentioned and the Canna coco is about 90min away.

Put a little coco around it and it’s ready for @Remo Nutrients

They will automatically flow to the outside edges getting the roots to follow

I soak the entire pot to start
