Those leaves say she is a happy girl. I would check out the Quantum board DIY lights for the penthouse.

The crotch picture looks to be anatomically/genetically correct vents and all. The dimples on each check are so uniform.

Well one of my former plants turned yellow under the Dwarf Star, I mean bananas . yellow. Obviously I didn't use enough cal/mag.

Now Toasty's plants are yellow, nutrient dificiency?

Now hoping to see that your plant crosses the bloom threshold without turning yellow???

I'm thinking we are just missing the perfect nute formula for such a powerful light? The buds get super frosty and the plant continues to produce nicely despite the yellowing.

I'm just starting to research the ultimate formula for this beauty, cause I did everything right up to bloom stage, but it's got to be my error. I just want to learn and fix it while growing my clones.

No pressure btw...hahahahaha I'm rooting you on.

If you don't mind me adding...After more reviewing Vex, I think you're on the right track with your thoughts. I am going to raise my 2ml cal/mag directly to 5ml before the flip. It's great to learn from your journal, going back, easy visuals for sure. Have a great Saturday...

That's a good point, these lights are pretty intense. I will monitor her going forward.

I figure she's drinking up so much water, and it does appear I had some slight CalMag deficiency, raising it should help. I won't go too crazy though. I may raise it a bit more once I start feeding her bloom nutes after the signs of pistols. .

I also love going back and looking at the older photos. Such a great reference..

Look at what I found on Dobewan's thread...boom...the answer to my mistakes. (For you too toasty?)

"From what I've watched of Neil / LEDRF he pretty strongly advocates feeding only CalMag, a standard A+B like Micro/Bloom, and a PK booster like KoolBloom - he uses other brands but the concept is the same. I saw his approach as a good justification to my line of thinking."

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but cal/mag should be a minimum of 5ml at all times, with the possibility to increase with flower. That's my error in a nut shell. I have read this before and I didn't figure that out in ml, until I saw Dobewan's list. I guess I learn slow, but I just have to keep reading and I'll get there. Just wanted to share if this has a positive impact, or justifies your own thoughts, great. Over and out!
