Thanks buddy. Sounds like you had a great time with the family. Much needed I'm sure. The realisation that we could lose him was the worst feeling I've experienced by a long shot. Thankfully he's a tough kid and the medical staff did an incredible job. He was in a very severe state of ketoacidosis. Normal blood sugar should be 4-7 and his was greater than 40. Ketone levels over 3 requires urgent medical treatment, his was greater than 15. He was in a bad way. Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes now. So we can manage it but it's going to be tough for us all to manage for a while until it becomes second nature.I'm glad to hear your son has recovered- I took a week off, and missed the whole thing, but it's great that he
won the battle- I know there's not much that's more worrisome than a sick child
Sorry to hear your plants have been giving you some problems- I'm sure you don't need that on top of everything else...but at least you'll end up with some good cbd smoke from them.
You just never know with those damn autos....sometimes they surprise you in a good way, sometimes not so much...
They are making significant advances in diabetes research, so,hopefully by the time he gets a little older,So we can manage it but it's going to be tough for us all to manage for a while until it becomes second nature.
I've grown a couple of photos in the box- being small is not a problem you'll have with them-Looking forward to getting the gorilla glue photo started in a few weeks.
Hah, you're as silly as me, naming the plants and all... Good names though. I've been lucky to see the Red Arrows a few times at air shows. From here on out the girls will be referred to as Red Leader & Red 2 after the world famous Red Arrows. Pilots tend to be divas too
The Dead Sparrows, as we often used to call them are very impressive. Got some nuts on them that's for sure. Got to be a bit silly in life. I grew up watching Monty Python with my mum so that probably explains a bit Yeah it's annoying I haven't managed to get to the root cause of it but I've got more important things to deal with right now. As long as they're still alive that's a bonus. Appreciate the good vibes mate. He's doing well. Just getting annoyed with all the injections etc but that's to be expected.Hah, you're as silly as me, naming the plants and all... Good names though. I've also had inexplicable "loss of green" a couple of times. The plants made it all the way. I've come to accept that it just happens some times.
Sending good vibes to your son!
Ca. double the height of your old one, but a little narrower. Are you going for taller plants?Dimensions are 38x38x137cm. Guessing without the feet the height will be 120.
Yeah would be nice to have something taller. May even keep both and have the old one for vegging and the new one for flowering. Got to scrape together some funds first.Ca. double the height of your old one, but a little narrower. Are you going for taller plants?
It would be fun for sure. I think the planning is a bit of a distraction from everything else. Takes my mind off the shit for a while. Was thinking I could chuck a mars ts600 in one of those cabinets. But then my technician brain goes 'build something custom'. Probably cost me more but would be more fun to do.Yeah man. Once you guys have chopped your health hurdles down to size it would be good to see you running a perpetual setup in your stealth cabs.
Sure I'll figure something out. Worth a go before buying more kit. He's doing really well now thanks. Starting back at school for a half day tomorrow.Sounds just the right size.
making it work. I’m sure you’ll sort it.
I hope the boy’s doing ok?
