Vetsmoke's Mars Hydro Hempy Happening - Powered By The FC3000

I know mate. It's annoying me too. Unfortunately the Mrs has been watching the Marvel films again so the 9 year old has wanted to watch them with us. Makes it hard for me to slope off and play around with it all. He's a nosey little bugger. Ha ha.

Something like this light baffle but rectangular and lightweight that could just attach to the velcro on the outside of the windows. Let me know if they already exist. If not, @Mars Hydro I'm sure designing and manufacturing something wouldn't be too difficult and would be a handy thing for us to have available.

Is this light baffle for blocking light inside the tent? It looks easy to make, but we don't know if growers need it very much.

Yes to stop light getting into the tent from outside. Some of the tents only have the mesh windows at the bottom which will let light in if they are open.
This post shows the problem and solution.

If the mesh windows are closed then the only other way to have fresh air coming into the tent is by running ducting from an upper port which then takes up space inside the tent. As you see on my setup in this journal.

So that's why those tubes are hanging in there!(I figured there was a good reason :) )
It sure would save a lot of space if you could intake the air from down low...
Sounds like a light baffle kit would be a money maker for someone...
I've got 4 homemade ones on the box, couldn't do 12/12 without 'em...

I might have to knock something together soon so I can get rid of that ducting. It's not exactly bright in the garage during the day but I wouldn't like to chance it.

The Skunks have hit 23" now. I've raised the others up to level the canopy a little. Just the Med in the back left corner needs something a bit taller. I'll stick her on an upside down plastic pot tomorrow.

Stuff keeps getting in the way of me doing the final test and installing the dripper system. Will be in before the end of the weekend.
Canopy looks good. :thumb:
Happy ladies.
Hope your good Vet.

Stay safe

Put the inside tent part of the drip system in. Just a couple of halos at the front to connect up and then connect the reservoir parts outside tomorrow. For the drain to go through the 3" port at the back I've had to elevate the tray a fair bit which has eaten into my headroom. May have to rethink that. The ladies are looking awesome though.

My thoughts exactly!
Great minds think alike😉
The way the Skunks are growing that's probably a good use of a rethink!
Yeah just need to decide whether I'll run it out the front at the end of the zipper (may let a small amount of light in), or cut a small hole lower down in the back that can be taped up if I'm not using the drip system.

Here's some more green for the day.

Life good?!

I think of you every time I look after a DKA lollll!
Hey T! I'm loving how happy these girls are.

Yeah sorry I haven't been around much. Been trying to cut down a bit on screen time. I'm thinking this might be my last journal for a little while so I can spend time on here getting around people's journals and helping out where I can.

Day 12 of 12/12. Thinking this batch of grow nutrients will be the last before switching to flower nutrients in a couple of days. Not sure exactly when to start polinating but I'm thinking the two skunks might be in that window before too long.
