I thought the packaging was pretty nice too.. The little jar with a cork was pretty creative and the foam insert to keep them safe sealed the deal.

I really like buying seeds. I keep seeing new drops that usually run out pretty quick and i feel like if i dont grab what i want for future use they wont be avaliable when i want them...

I know the feeling! Did you say you got those Mimosas at a show? Do you know any bank that carries Symbiotic online? I can't seem to find them anywhere. I need one of those little Zelda potion bottles of beans!

They finally came in a little less than a week from ordering. I an pumped they are 11 packs instead of 7 packs and I got a free 5 pack.

This is my Querkle I have talked about. She is only just in flower. I figured I would show em to you and see if you see any similarities with your Urkles.

Congrats on the 11 packs, especially at the price you got them for.
And a freebie?, to cool.. all 3 packs look fire, I bet that mendo cross has some beautiful colors..

Oh ya, I see some similarities.. The thick curley pistols, the light colored leaves with their slender shape, the stalkless trichomes, purple leaf stems.. Nice looking plant by the way..

The Symbiotics sold out 15 minutes after they were released. I sat there pressing the refresh button until they updated and bought a pack as fast as I could. I got them from seed bank of humanity. They remove strains from there store when they're sold out. The last time I saw them was in a auction for over $400. I'm expecting another release here soon so if your interested keep a eye on this journal, I'll give a heads up once I find more.. I still want that Purple Punch F2.

Search Symbiotic Genetics on Instagram to see their other crosses. No banks have them listed at the moment. They released them at a couple dispensaries before the online drop. Here are some off the top of my head. Only 2 strains were sold online, Mimosa and Orangenade.

That is the same seed bank I had seen that said they sold them I cannot remember if I could find them on IG, I will have to look again I plan to pop the Mendo first. I have wanted to run Flo for a while so it is awesome to get an unexpected free cross with her in it

What's up 420...

My veg tent is getting a little tight so I pulled out 2 Slurricanes and put them into flower.. the other 3 will hit flower next week. The first batch will get 10 weeks if need and the batch of 3 will get 9. They are growing really fast and my light height is maxes out... This is going to be a little to close for comfort..

Candy Urkle the day before her chop.. I have some pics I'll upload later but I wanted to get this update handled first..

The 3 different phenos of TrapStar... They have a cherry pine smell to them now.. I'm hoping the pine smell fades into more of a kush smell. The cherry smell is really sweet though and I have one pheno lacking the pine smell... Can't wait to see what the other 3 do.

Og13... These poor ladies are about 4 inches from the light and started burning soon after there flush... too damn tall.. They did well most of the grow until the Haines some weight and started leaning towards the light.. I'm noticing grow after grow that i have a hot spot at the back of my tent and need to get my shorter plants back there.

Some lower nugs on the tall Purple Envy... She is super sticky. I kept her clone so I can run her again if she smokes well

This is the shorter envy.. She is taking Forever...Ill probably trim her up and put her in a corner to finish.. We have schedules to keep and she's not finishing as fast as I would have liked.

The other TrapStars... These 3 are about 2 and a half weeks behind the other 3..

The tall ladies getting burned to a crisp. The issues are all right in the middle against the back wall.. The plants in the corners are still green.. Same thing happened last run to my Birthday cakes in the same spot... Overall, they will still get smoked.. One of the OG13s smells like gym socks... gross, I can't wait to smoke it..

Mimosas just getting started... This Strain won best overall flower and best sativa today at the Chalice Festival. Congrats to Symbiotic Genetics for breeding fire..

Looking really good Twox! I see that PE is coming good. Both mine seem to be budding up well. They're also quite frosty and have a beautiful tropical fruit and dairy smell.

Nice update Twox. Did you end up going to Chalice or did you see this on their IG? I would have loved to have gone to Chalice and been able to get some cuts from IHG. What a great opportunity it would be to get cuts that a breeder such as them uses in their crosses! Im pretty sure though I would have had to have brought a lot of money just to leave broke .

It sucks when your plants out grow your space. I need to get some risers to put under smaller plants so they do not get shadowed by the plants that decide to double or triple in size when I put them in flower. I am excited to see how those Slurrys flower! I am kinda holding off on ordering them until I see how they do for you. I cant remember what thread I was reading but someone else described the smell of one strain as being off putting yet they couldnt wait to try it and someone pointed out how funny it is that we enjoy those weird smells. Your description of your OG13 made me think of that. Gym Socks so doesnt sound appealing

Im not sure how much there charging but i would have probably got a clone of each and a ton of seeds from all the breeders plus herb and dabs... Oh ya, and water... heard it was hot all weekend..

I had some durban poision back in the day that smelled like puke and baby shit. I remember the smell making me think about why anybody would want to grow this? I wish I had some right now...lol..

I saw on IG that they also got 3rd place in the sativa category. That is pretty bad ass getting 1st and 3rd with the same strain. I have tried some Purple Punch and it was pretty decent. My buddy says the taste and smell are where it is at with the strain and both really are pretty nice. I have found better but still feel it is worth the grow or finding a good cross with it. Yeah they had the Jelly Breath and some OGKB cuts along with some others. It sounds like it would have been an awesome place to be other than getting cooked by the sun there

I had synchronization problems trying to grow batches of two (different strains.)
I wouldn't even attempt to synchronize 5 plants.

Hey Twox, I love how you use every inch of that veg area, I totally get it...

Hugs not Bugs: I used to use hydrogen peroxide, just a small cap full into the water feeding early in the veg process. I only did that once per grow and no bugs. Now I don't use it all but I swore by it. No explanation for soil bugs, weird eh.

Also, love the packaging with the cork bottle. Now I'm understanding consistency is everything with genetic brands. Even the jaws logo and t-shirt is bad ass. If I saw someone wearing that I would probably blow shhhmoke their way...lol. Definitely boutique is unique! Tired of dodgy seeds and sketchy seed banks. Have a shhhmokey day!

Cat piss smell is my favorite kind of smoke its fruity, skunky, and ammonia smell all mixed together, LOVE IT!

Cat piss is an odd one for me. It can go either way. I cannot say that puke or baby shit is at the top of my list of smells I look for I grew out some Incredible Bulk a couple of times and it smelt like hotdogs during flower! It has to be one of the weirdest smells I have come across. My favorite terps are always berry leaning. I grew Widow Berry for a few years and it smelt of blueberries most of the time. The best smell I got from one batch was sour blueberry yogurt. It was fantastic!

I have had a few bags I have gotten that smelt of Pickles and it was never all that great. I love pickles so I would think it would be a good thing. I was never sure if it smelt that way due to curing in a pickle jar or if its the actual strains terps.
