Tutorial: Homemade Pipe Made From Your Plant Remains

Here's a quick pic update of my latest pipe. It was made with my White Widow plant:

Something a little different that I tried this time was to slightly burn it with my dabbing torch to give it a "distressed" look. I'm pretty happy with the results:

I like to also include the year and yield of the plant on each pipe I make.

Thanks, Shed. I like to try something a little different with each pipe.

Thanks Agemon!
Here's some pics of the torch work on another pipe I've just made for a friend of mine.

Here's the finishing coat I use. Just something I already had on hand, but works pretty well.
The twine is guide-wrapping thread from my fly fishing rod rebuild kit.

Wow very nice work and yield! How does it smoke?

Thank you! Well if you're referring to the White Widow, it smokes really good - it's my son's "go-to" smoke right now. If you're referring to the pipe, to be honest I haven't smoked anything in it yet. It's still in mint condition. Contemplating giving it away as a gift.
Another winner! :bravo:
Like Shed says... amazeballs pipes Luiz!  I just love the joint holder :passitleft: Very “now”
Thanks a bunch! Those autos I grew last year were pretty small plants so I didn't have enough material to make a traditional pipe. This design ended up working out pretty well this time.

What size bit did you use for the joint holder part?
For the mouthpiece opening, I used the largest drill bit possible considering the branch diameter, which was about 5mm (close to 3/16").

For the joint holder end, I used 7/32" drill bit (I'm pretty sure 1/4" would work too) which allowed the joint to fit snug about 1/2 way up the filter. My son uses the Raw cones to pack his joints so that's what I based the size of the opening. If you are using rolled joints without the filter/mouthpiece part, then maybe a little larger opening would be better.
