Tutankharmon - 400HPS - Soil Coco Mix - Grow

I assume u could veg a long long time with it.
I generally only veg 30 days. End of my last grow there was a root ball maybe the size of a size 5 soccer ball with loose roots wandering out further. Was a bit overkill for me really but I think ur better with more root space than less. As long as drainage is ok

Hey everyone, very quick post as no time. Im in 25 litres. Checked today so had that wrong. Doh! Gert has Mag def quite bad. Will buy some Epsom salts tomoz. Not sure of dose ? Will be about in a few days properly again just hectic. Also WW sprouted!

U go with 1/4 - 1 TSP of Epsom per gallon of water when I feed for deficiencies! Miwa also suggests foliar feeding for the quickest results in deficiency.

buds of plenty, well done mate,

foliar feeding is the quickest way to feed plants, they take in nutrients quicker at the leaves so if their is problems in the soil then you can foliar feed to help get it back on track,
are you sure its a mag/def and not just over watered which stops the roots taking in the nutrients it needs, over watering can lock out nutrients so usually letting the soil dry out will help sort the problem out. mag def can also look like to much mag so its hard to tell until you find out what gets the plant back on track

ive not used epsom salts so cant comment on dose, miwa may be the best to ask as he uses it or even Arican Grower might know, just not something ive used, i found when i had cal/mag issues i flushed and the problem went away, my only problem was it happened late in flower and the plant never had time to recover, i was testing some off the shelf plant food and caused me major problems and very low doses so that plant ended up producing very poor fluffy buds, if i had epsom salts then i would of used it but problem got bad really quick so had no option but to flush as i had leaves falling off every day.

I have never foliar fed my plants before, so I as well cannot give you a dosage on the amount. Miwa would be you best bet here. For fixing the deficiency with the feed, I usually supplement 1/4-1 TSP of Epsom salt per gallon depending on the severity of the degradation. But now I use CaMg in my hydro setup at a dose of 1.25ml/gal of tap water (175PPMs).

Best of the greenest, meanest, tough and vibrant plants to all!

Ok today's update is more training to get all heads some even space in the canopy. Also some top and center of plant gets woven and tied back down, to even out the height a little of the canopy. This took an hour or so today, so you can tell I've been neglecting her a little the past couple of days' lol. I am pretty sure now that I'll have her completely even across top soon, as she's still growing nicely at mo!
Pics are before I gave her some filtered ph'd water with a dose of Epsom salts for her Mag deficiency.

OH! BIG TIP FOR TAKING PICS WITH HPS LIGHTS!; use your sun glasses lens in front of cameras and you get rid of lines!

Here is little WW yet to be named?

INSPIRATIONAL.... LA TRULY INSPIRATIONAL :thumb:

Hey LA,
you have just given me the answer to keeping my canopy even in my SCRoG. I'm going to do what you are doing with the tying down to keep them growing evenly. :thanks:
The underside of your plants reminds me of wandering through some scary forest in the darkness............LOL
Excellent stuff you got going...as usual.
