Tutankharmon - 400HPS - Soil Coco Mix - Grow

OK Hello to everyone far and wide, May gargantuan buddage appear upon your plants, so heavy set with trichomes that they look as if they are bowing to you to say good day!

OK Massive update today with everything as promised.

Firstly were starting with Mr Spimps request of the CO2 generator, a quick nod to Donpaul for his design Idea.

Here goes; Simple get your self this kit. You want pop bottles, tubing, Knife, blue-tack, insulation tape, I also used some spare rubber earphone buds. PICS

Ok now I simply use the little ear bud rubbers to creat a tight seal they go on then are filled around the edge with blue tack

Hope you have enjoyed, a plant defol post tomoz or day after! Best of blooming and beautifull buds to one and all.

nice c02 rig.. awesome shade of green on the big girl. how often do you feed?

Look @ that setup, LA built himself a three-banger! Like a Geo Metro! :)

Love the slim profile for limited footprint, should be high output too!

I was making strong sugar and yeast mixes for my sprouts using pop bottles but never got that fancy I like your setup! What I did was put them in a large coleman cooler with the plants and the co2 level would rise inside the cooler and sort of stay trapped. It worked great but be careful when you handle yeast solutions if some falls on the floor and your in socks or barefoot it will create foot fungus a lot like a yeast infection... Happened to me and taught me a 8 month painful lesson lmao...

thanks for the MSDS WildRosebud!
LOL! No problem haha just hated 8 months of rotten feet that smelled like bread doh lmao..... I fixed it using a most peculiar method too... I used my Wilsons root stimulator a few times onthe pads of my feet and it worked! I saw "Fungicide" and thought what the heck give it a try... Worked but dunno how safe that is ;)

Hey LA you do clean work reps to you eh!

Good Weed Sir and great DIY. +reps for sure. But Heres a thought I have for ya.

CO2 is heavier than air. So how is it going to go 'up the tube'? Eventually the pressure will push it out, but the thickest most benificial co2 will never leave the bottle. Ive seen similar designs but I always thought they were better than nothing but not super efficient. I think taking a larger bottle with top cut off, put smaller bottle with 'mixture' in side it. Then put the co2 tube at the bottom of the bigger bottle. That way the cascade effect of dense co2 is used and the weight of the co2 + gravity ensures the highest concentration possible.
Everyone says 1500ppm is the most they can absorb. But to me that means the air should be like 2000ppm so when they plants breath in, they dont lower the ppm below ideal levels as they exhale o2.
:hmmmm:

I think a 'bottom feed' design would be much more efficient. But Im also a hack so who knows

Cheers for that input spimp I get what you mean it makes sense. The little bugger is pushing so much through it at mo though, its going nuts. With my design it does rely on pressure. The tiny little bottle thats fed into is bubbling away at a silly speed and because I made sure all seals are airtight. The pressure should push it nicely, also I think having 3 big going into 1 tiny bottle creates better pressure.
I also made a small mix first and shook, then poured more sugar and yeast in layers. I used cold water as the light was going to heat it up and kick start the yeast. The layers mean I get a longer run out of them.

Great DIY! Thanks for posting that! I have added it in a folder called "C02 DIY" in my settings. :thanks:

Every other watering you feed.. im gonna try that. I think I need to get new nutes. For some reason the biobizz just isnt working out for me. I lost fan leaves and im not happy, and I want my girls to DRINK up if you know what I mean. thanks! :high-five:

Very nice DIY tutorial on the CO2 generator! I really do appreciate this design. +Reps.

I am looking at the pic of your lady and the branching is so dense you can hardly see where each one is coming from! You are definitely going to hit your mark!
