Tutankhamon & Pineapple Chunk Outdoors In Massachusetts

This mornings find is little inch worms. Eating away at leaves and buds. I found one in a bud and it pooped in it (all black) I plucked it off and read up on it. Dam things are going to be the start of bud rot! Pooping in the bud,it collects moisture and rots. Bad juju there. Did more looking up and folks here have luck with something called B.T. a caterpillar killer an omri listed pesticide. The zon'll have it here tomorrow. somebody talk to me if that's a horrible choice. Apparently those cute white moths that I've been squishing when I could have been depositing eggs on my ladies. Squished half dozen inch worms yesterday and 2 today. @Kingjoe83 have you had these these little nasties in your garden?

This morning I'm seeing this on a small percentage of the tut. As I can look at pics to ID it, looks like calcium def. from my inexperienced house. Anyone have an opinion? Unless coached otherwise I'm going to give her a dose of cal mag with the rest of her feedings. I think her home is getting small.

So here's another thought on the excess. I was looking at some pics in the Cannabis Encyclopedia and have another rookie diagnosis that I'm not going to act on because it may be out of my control and not too bad a problem so far. That is an excess in P. I put 2 whole bags of Papa's perfect poop @ 5-10-2. I'ts a lot of guano, stone dust, and other things I don't remember but 10 on the P is a ton and in a pot time released might be the problem. It's a top dressing. I used on 7/10 and 8/24 or so.

Also today I found the same pattern on the pineapple chunk. On one or two branches a few leaves are slightly affected. She's in the ground too, not a 25 gal pot. Average first frost Oct 11 to 20. Lots of little (hopefully) things going on. Looks like it's all coming together.

Years past we'd plant outdoors and check them when they would start to bloom to pull any males. Other than that they were on their own.
There's something to be said about that method. Everything is free! With us here needing the meds etc. especially since I shut the tent down for the summer. As much as I get nervy sometimes (calm down) this is a lot of fun and learning first hand is priceless. Normally I have to read something several times to get it. Seeing it is a gift even if it's eating my plant.

How's the Pineapple Chunk doing?
She smells like heaven and her buds are starting to look like thumb size or finger i Guess. Pm is a minimum and inch worms are starting. I'm picking them off by hand. I have an omri listed spray in the mailbox now. I'm not sure I want to use more sprays. B.T. is the product. Ever use it?
