Trala’s Tent

Tra, Can you post pics of the seedling and other plants?

On the seedling, most commong newb mistake is over-watering. You want the vegging plants to go through wet/dry cycles to force the roots to search for the water. If the medium is too wet, the young roots can't uptake the water quick enough and the roots start to rot. Pics will help diagnose the over-watering.

For the re-veg plants, they go through a lot of stress revegging and will look pretty bad until they're back in full-on veg. They first start throwing 1-bladed and 3-bladed leaves (signs a mature plant is under stress) and will look pretty ugly. When she starts throwing 5-bladed leaves again, she'll be over the stress period.

Hope that helps! ;)
I am on a dreaded night shift tonight, and I’m about to go and try and day sleep. This usually involves me laying with my eyes closed mentally screaming at myself to go to sleep while not sleeping for a second.

I‘ll take some pics first thing in the morning when I get home.

I don’t know why I am even trying to reveg Minx, while she smelled the best and her green was pretty and Kermit like, she was by far the most unwell looking plant. Lots of brown on her sugar leaves, and signs of a weak disposition. I should have had a crack at Trix. As far as plants go she was the stronger of the two.

My Poppy looks like an extremely unhappy seedling. I paid no attention to my original seeds. I even left them outside without a second thought. But I hover around this seed like its a premmie newborn. I have been mindful not to overwater, and I only water with a spray bottle of purified humidity water. Anyway I’ll get pics tomorrow and hopefully you can set me right.

I love my little humidity thingys btw. Thank you for suggesting them.

Thanks G.

Minxies jar is 58%
not too far off the 6.2. You can also buy terpenes in a spray now . this could flavour it any way you choose if it has totally lost taste from the quick dry. jarring can bring some back too. This IS the reason I dry plants whole. easier to control the drying. I think there is a sponsor here that sells terps to spray on too. @Mr Krip will know.

I used to be an exceptional napper, but quit cold turkey for that reason! Worst sort of mindf*ckery laying there awake mentally screaming.
Really hope it went much better!

Th waiting is the hardest skill to learn T. drives me nuts popping seeds now and after my last batch of shit rqs beans that did nothing at all , it can be worrying. be patient is the best advice ever in this game. l As Mr Krip says. reveg is a frankenstien affair and they get so fugly as they switch round. Good on ya for going with it. Dont worry , you have got this.

Ok so I started the day thinking my grow was going to shit, but the birth of a new seedling brings such joy and hope!

Minxie Grand Two has become a dry bowl of stale noodles with some wilted garnish. Breaks my heart.

Twiggy is 30 days into reveg and she is an absolute clonestar. No signs of balls. When would I flip?

The I was going to say Fab Five, but that’s a stretch. Fab one, maybe a half if I don’t ruin Billy.

You usually won't see balls/hermies until you try to put a plant in flower (assuming she's gonna hermie, at all). Twiggy looks to me like she might still be putting out 3-fingered leaves. You really want to wait until it's 5+ fingered leaves. If she was putting out 7 or 9 bladed leaves on the last run, it's best to wait for those, but once she starts putting out 5+, she should be out of stress period and have significantly reduced risk of hermying once you put her into flower. ;)

that is good news T. woohoo and we are off again. wirhbthe reveg. the same rule apllies as normal on when to flip. She will be bushier as you can see so no need for topping and straight to the pinning out of the mains you want to flower with.

Do you know I literally forgot about pinning out! I’ll do it after work tomorrow

Time to get my sparkles out again :)

Hi Trala! I'll jump in here and follow along. A great lineup of members you have floating around here. Nice!!
Hello :)

If you are looking for professionalism, correct terminology and a scientific approach you‘re in the wrong thread :laughtwo: :laughtwo: :laughtwo:

If I use history as my guide my grows tend to be a clusterfuck of errors, but I get better after each one.

You will see my team of advisers keep me from killing my plants, and I would be super stoked to add you to my little army of mint grow guides. Without you all I will fuck it up fo sho. Lollingggg!

:) :) :)
