I got all of my Mandatory Training done, and completed my 2022 and 2023 photo albums for printing and I was on with my jam so there was lots of lewd inappropriateness. How’s this for cool, my work GBFF is flying back to Wales next week and he’s gonna fill a turkey baster with his glitter to try and help a good friend of his have a baby! Omg his face when I said “you gonna fuck or what..?” He looked paled! Lolling!

Veg Girls

My youngest is 21 days so I’ll be taking a seed out tonight to thaw. I’m taking stinkers recommendation and going a Barney’s Farm Gelato. Fingers crossed I can wake her. So I don’t top my plants. I find it so much easier to create a faux CarCanopy if I leave the cola site intact. My plants just get too leggy topped and I need to try and train and control two branches rather than one. I’m really happy with my training atm.

Ter is big smiling sing her uppot. She will Flippity Doo Dah next Sunday. She will be ready.

Omg! Well Tuesday can eat a bag of dicks! I legit had the most frightening experience today. The adrenaline dump post was so jittery. I reckon my hands shook for an hour and I’m not even joking. I had an 18 year old patient in with a CAP. Not even a serious one, like mild. IV AB downgraded to a PO. Query pm discharge.

So I go in to tell her it’s time for her salbutamol puffer and she’s totes unresponsive. I’m talking Code Blue. Faint pulse, look it felt faint, but to be fair it can be hard to feel when your heightened. Her lips and fingertips were pink and well perfused, which was a good not dead sign. I hit that emergency buzzer and every cell in my body was on high alert. She did regain consciousness, I think the Med Team were leaning towards a silent seizure. So it ended well, well hopefully it will, she was being Keppra loaded as I was leaving, but omg. It was awful. So awful. And yeah, no pm discharge for her today lol.

I am pondering life. It’s so unpredictable aye. Like fragile and unpredictable. If your health is okay, you really are so fortunate, I say as I sip a red wine and toke on my vape lol. Jokes aside I think my health is quite good, that said it can change in the blink of an eye. Seize today!

Tonight is like a shit Friday night for me. I’m another nightshift tomorrow. Upside I can seize the night and get a bit zooted tonight.

I’m the day before the nightshift and I’m determined to make the most of it and pack a shitload in! It’s almost 8am and I’ve already started on my jobs. I’m gonna take my boys to the beach and give them a run, then yoga, then cooking, then I’m gonna binge watch a new show, and I might squeeze some reading in too. I just love a day to myself. Even if it’s followed by staying up all night lol.

Here’s the rooms. And moves will be made. Teri is getting Flippity Doo Da’ed today. She’s just too phat for the veg tent. And I’m pleased to report, so far so good with the coco. I’ve decided I’m just gonna do me and wing it. I think I’ve got the basics and I’ve always got a back up plan. And I like a challenge.

I’m a 10 hour tonight so hopefully I get to collide with you at some point. If not thanks for looking in I hope we all get to live a great Wednesday Xo
