You must be feeling pretty good today because trimming is the worst!
Good luck @Trala... Keep the blades away from your fingers.

They have those cute names... will you feel bad when you set them on fire?Day 40 of Veg
I finally feel like I’m cooking with gas. WillE still isn’t banging, I can see a considerable improvement tho, and Halle is defshaping up. I think they are now prolly a bit too bushy. I am continuing to CarhookTM them. My aim is an even canopy, and lush foliage. All advice welcome.

Good morningT Diddy!
What's going on between your legs!
They don't mention it, but don't run with the scissors either...according toI bought new scissors and I am taking their warning seriously
I took that little lock thing off of mine- they kept locking while I was using them, which gets real annoying, real fast...these scissors I broke em first cut life time warranty didn't last 5 mins
It makes me so sad when I harvest them. Mental I know but true. They have those cute names... will you feel bad when you set them on fire?
Good morning C DudeThe 2 ladies that got trimmed are looking great- and congrats on the harvest !
They don't mention it, but don't run with the scissors either...according tomyeveryone's mom, you'll fall down, stab yourself in the heart, and die if you do....

Hey when do you flip and what do you base flipping on?
I think I usually flip about now, but I'm not sure. For outdoors things are entirely based on the weather for me, we only get the one season here. The deciding factor for my recent indoor grow was filling the tent and SCROG. Tough question. I think I'd flip them soon because it's going to be a pain to train them... If you get lazy on the training for long enough you'll end up with looser node spacing and won't get as big of colas. See what @Carcass suggests.
Good morning C SideThanks for the tag, @Regrowth !
45 to 50 days is when I've flipped so far- when the plant is apx. half as big as I want it to end up.
I may start waiting a little longer (55days+), because my last two plants came out a bit small (17")
I leave the existing restraints on, but I don't do any further training after the flip (except for minor adjustments)...I'll supercrop any "too tall" branches if necessary, but haven't had to do that yet...
I leave the shackles on to keep the buds separated- they seem to do a little better if they're not crowded together and touching each other...but, if the middle of the plant gets too congested, you can always re-shackle a few branches later onI prefer to unshackle them and let them soar.
