Tacoing is when the leaf surface cups up to form a u shape it kinda looks like a taco shell. Think it’s where the plant reduces leaf surface to protect itself during peak heat / light.
MC used to be a sponsor but for now it’s the nute with no name only initials. So MrSauga is like the pro at usage & dosing. But in a nutshell you start at like 2 grams per gallon and then you read the plant if it’s green and lovely then you can stay at same dose next time around but if plant looks hungry then next dose bump up half a gram. Need good electronic kitchen scale & helps to mix in warm water to dissolve the particles. Most hang tight at 4 grams per gallon for veg that way in flower you have some headroom and can bump up to 5 g per gallon. Around 6 g per gallon is kinda the ceiling but I’m pretty confident Carcass can guide you thru it all. Dunno proper dose for seedling but prolly 1 g per gallon.
