Tomula's Living Organics In Soil With Olla Irrigation Perpetual Indoor Garden

Damn I hope that pic is extra distorted o_O It looks like breakfast :)

To be honest I did masked my fingertips and did not wanna put the cob there because the heatsink falls on it's side. So used were my painting skills and bam, breakfast is done! :)

But that's the future, now I got some photos, all looking pretty good:

Herer:

P1000494.JPG

Thanks for watching! :high-five:  :Namaste:

Hey there T... I'm looking at this Herer... she looks to be a Polyploid flower... front center right in the pics closest to the camera, this one is special if that's the case.

Looks to be a bunch of single leaves radiating out in a circle... evenly.. if that makes any sense.

Doe's this one look different than your other flowers .. look at leaf structure and flower.... she's special!

You're also special! keep up the work and sub'd for the COB build! :thumb:

Edit:
I'm running some Vero 29 cobs .. if you want me to take a pic or 2 of the setup up close and personal let me know... heat sinks are important.. there's a lot of voltage going thru those little gizmos, it's amazing really!

I'm running with heat sinks and no fans - coolest running lamps I've ran so far.. the science keeps getting better and better every 3 months something new! Gotta pic your poison as they say, eh?

All caught up now congrats on your last harvest and the other plants looking super tasty too! Youve got this one locked down now haven't you!

Cant wait to see the cob build aswell, sounds like you have some ingenious solutions to problems. Thinking outside the box.... Or tent? Haha
Happy growing tho!

Yo bob, thank you very much! I'm gonna check that flowers out more, bud damn I was sickly recently and my new job suck, so I'm on a hunt again. That's just me, haha! But! I got an offer for tree branch chopping from the crowns of the trees. I'm really exited about that one!
I got the 12 clips in making and the frame is gonna be done hopefully next week. Then I need to save up like 250$ for the power supply and UVB and rests. I'm still on lookout for some far red 10W 36V chips as I got one 48W driver lying around. So month maximum and then tests and fiddling, man It's gonna be great time. All M5 nuts and bolts. Haha. Please I would be happy to see your fixture, thank you for the offer! I want to put the heatsinks in tubes and have few fans (oh and I need a driver for that also, haha) blowing through them. Those heatsinks can pull around 150W of heat in active, so I went super overkill for my 45W of heat :) It's all far from being here yet, but it's all in my head. If I got even the reds, my bro will make me processor timer and switching board. It's gonna be perpetual build and then I might get sponsors at Cannafest in Prague! Holy smokes this summer is gonna be epic! And I wish epic summer to all epic ppl here including you! Cheers! :thanks: :thanks: :thanks:    :Namaste:

She could really use bigger pot, but the Shark shall get bigger one! Thank you, Manic and happy growing! :thanks: :circle-of-love:

Thats is a special looking bud!

Yes, they trully are just like bob said.

So I did discover molding bud from one of dried leaves in the same corner the Shark was at- big temp differences, since is near window? I'm going away for a while, so I did chop the rest of the biggest LED buds, the trichs were mostly cloudy already, but still lil early. Well, better be safe than sorry. The Shark is in flower to be ready until the pause of the flower tent due to reconstruction. New pots are in next week, so no new soil for Shark, but I think she will make it no fuzz. The Herer is pretty picky lady :) I got only few photos, sorry- hurry. No Shark, she grew just a bit.

That being said I think I will move this journal to completed after the Shark and make new one with the COBs and new place. What you think guys? I will also try to blog all the milestones to make it easy to navigate in. Plans, plans, plans and so little time. I got long list of things I will need for the laboratory (yes white overcoats and clean slippers are one of them).

Have a great weekend! :Namaste:

Hey T ... wishing you well for the job hunt. I just got a new lamp package in the mail today. I will take some pics and send them your way.. pretty much DIY COBs but got them from Timber .. I'll get you closeups. I've worked with electronics for a pretty long time. This is pretty easy but I'm lazy.. it's $50 more for them to build it for me. I'm busy building gardens... but I do love to solder!

Hopefully you caught the mold early and hasn't spread... Them stagnant corners suck.. Kind of why I always stay away from anything that tie my plants up to be stationary.. I like to rotate mine around to much. So I use bamboo and tie wire. Alot of PM going around in my area and it alwats starts in the corner or next to my intake. Haven't seen any since I started using a dustshroom over my intake. If I ever see it again I will upgrade to a hepa filter. These Dustshroom block 0% airflow and are sized drown to PM spore size.. Least the claims are but hey,, been working for me.. I have bushes out front that are major PM magnets.. GL and Keepem Green

All caught up again (I've retired HiddenHobbyist back into his corner) Tomula nice to see some bud weights coming in for you. Those lights still not done yet? Come on man I'm waiting to see what they look like. I agree that Kapton tape would work at keeping the COB's on the heatsinks, I used it myself but to hold the drivers onto the lights and they run cool to touch with the fans in the tent blowing over them. I can't work out how to add active cooling without taking up more plug sockets but hey these passive heatsinks work tremendously well. I'm pretty sure you will have seen my DIY builds floating around here so you'll know what I mean, look like dogshit but doing their job as intended and that's what we all want, all for £25 per each single driven 50w fixture (rounded up to cover tape and solder etc). COB is now a reality for everyone and all my CFL's and Blurple LED's have now been retired although I have had to add some UV to increase resin production.

Hurry up then, let's see these lights :)

Glad to be back folks! Harvest on Saturday! Pics coming then! Love ya all! :circle-of-love:

Well, to be honest you sold me on the filters, gotta look into that.

Passing through. All looking nice I see.

Oh yes Sir, hello again and carry on gardening!

Well Kriaze, when I do something I do it the best I can. Let's say my wallet is getting dusty and the power supplies, fans and CPU are pricey. So the fixture is gonna be done when it's gonna be done and it will kick ass. I hurry slowly and there will be pause after the Shark.

:passitleft: looking forward to the new journal T! Sorry to hear about the mold but hope you caught it fast enough! Gorgeous buds.

Yes, I might make me a new one with the new light. The mold was minimal now. Still some nice buds there, thank you I'm pleased with this one so far.

Looking good tom..

Flushing buds since 2002

Welcome HerbChild and thank you!

Oh man T I can't wait for your harvest! I may have missed it but do you flush for organic? I was thinking of not and just harvesting. I don't think vegetables or anything like that are flushed before they harvest organic or not.

What is "flushing"?

Oh and I got me made some 22 gal smartpots, muhahaha. No way I will fill it full, but I got space for 2-4 ollas in it! That thing saves water like nothing. And with the Mars 300 for vegging they will grow fast and thick. I also recommend to check out Quantum boards and chilledgrowlights. Those can interest everyone with a need of some serious quality and powerful led panels. Great for those who are limited by height of their room and anyone with a need for adjustable side lightning. I'm off to vape some White Russian trim.

Can't wait to see it all comes together T 22 gallons sounds pretty big!

It's huge pot and I love it.

Hey guys, I messed up. I did not bring a camera for the harvest. So no pics. There way one more moldy bud, nothing serious. I dunno what to say, I will try to make some budshots ASAP. The Shark is stretching some. Thank you and have fun gardening! :Namaste:
