Tomula's Living Organics In Soil With Olla Irrigation Perpetual Indoor Garden

Shout out to ppl in Cali. May the God be with all of you near the Oroville. If they manage to fix it, get yourself a pan folks:

UPDATE A NEWS ALERT Oroville Dam Outflow to be Stopped Today How Much Gold Will They Quietly Disco - YouTube

thats my back yard Tomula. Im probably 60 miles down stream. Ive been fishing on that lake years ago and its crazy deep! It was half full and over 1000ft I think. Its holding alot of water. Thats not the area for gold. Theres going to be lots of gold washed out all over the Sierra Nevada. This summer it might pay to go up and fuck around with a pan in a stream. The dude on the video is right though as far as the possibility of gold. They probably are going through the bottom for gold no doubt. Nothing on the news here about gold there. Its hushed if so.
Your plants look wonderful Tomula and have a great day!

Hey there T - congrats on yet another harvest. The Herer big fatty freshies.. party at T place.... reserving couch for the sleep over!!

I'll help chop veggies for brunch!

On your Herer and mold... I got a little tip for ya's. Make some Horsetail Fern tea and spray the girls in VEG a few times. That will help. The Horsetail fern is very high in silica, which strengthens and works with the plants immune system to fend of pests including mold/PM etc.

You can also spray in flower but spraying water even teas on buds with high RH is a sorta stand off.. best to get the leaves before they get real tight in the buds. Those leaves actually catch the mold spores and they eventually migrate down to the stems and where the bud is very tight with no air and boom, mold. The Horsetail Fern tea will mitigate that process.

It's tough to grow real big colas with high THC and Terpines with high RH... we walk a fine line much like the grape growers in wine country.

Horsetail Fern tea has a natural ability to kill off mold and keep it that way. Reason I know this ... it's a constant battle for me. Ever since I began growing canna with high (20%+) THC content, I have to battle with it. Never going to get rid of mold spores - they are everywhere in the air floating around on the ground walking in on our shoes etc... only real defense is genetics and IPM ... with mold you need to start early before the flowers are set.

Anyways /rant... I'm always battling some sort of pests... its part of gardening. The hard part is seeing whats going to happen before it happens and be pro-active about it.

Hey T, nice looking buds there buddy! :thumb:

What a beautiful harvest, such delectable looking buds and your descriptions sound wonderful as well! :bravo:

That Herer you have in bloom looks magnificent! :cheer: I have a couple questions for you since I will be trying my hand at soil for the first time:

1.) What length would you say those main colas are? From the image I am guessing about 2 feet but I was just curious for scale to get a sense of what to shoot for with my own soil plant :cheesygrinsmiley:

2.) How long did she spend in veg before you flipped her to flower? She looks like she has a very well established structure (I will start scrolling back through to find how you trained her) and I am curious how long in veg it took to achieve this shape.

Congratz again on your amazing harvest and I look forward to learning from you :circle-of-love:

Yo Frizz. The colas are lil over foot long, nothing extra, I'm working with limited light (half of her was in the shade) and also I think the pots should be bigger (30% more to be safe) for 6+ weeks of veg time. I need more ollas as they can really make the plant go big with roots. She has 16 main tops.

man thosefirst 1s r off 2 a great start and those buds jus look good as fuk i cant wait till im pumping out big juicey buds liike tht great job man congrats

Thank you! The Herer is a great specimen indeed!

That shark looks awesome man

She is the best I got now. Given the minimal amount of time I'm putting there. It'll be amazing after the rework. :thanks:

Nice fat yummy buds.

Thanks man! The flat LED panel has the best penetration. I like what it's doing :) I wish I could get me some quantum boards, but the COB's should do. I'm few days from buying them. Then the power source and I'll be busy building. :circle-of-love:

And the kicker is the buds will only get better with time.

I hope so, she needs some boosts!

Hey Dutchess! I found it interesting that they let the water wash down whole side of a hill. Good that it's still holding up. Thank you for the kind words and have fun!

Hey T, nice looking buds there buddy! :thumb:

Hello Bob I'll give her some cal/mag and fresh tea. I think she will perk up a bit. I did too much defoil for the big nugs and did not left enough leaves for her to make some nutrient backups. Also the pot is just too small for a plant that can get so big. The mold will be history with the new floor and UVB light. Thank you for your support I love you man! :thanks:  :Namaste:

I was thinking Tomula the only gold there would come from the area washed out which aint shit. All the gold gets dumped into the lake. All the pools in the feeder streams/rivers is where the gold is. Ive heard when I was young after a big water year it pays to go panning. There is a big state wide construction co. here with a huge gravel pit that rumor has it that they pull enough gold out of their gravel to finance their construction co. and all else is profit. I saw them in Vegas when I worked there so theyre a BIG co.
Your plants look great Tomula!

So I have fan blowing into the egg crates no problemo. Harvested the Shark and one tip of one of the colas was rotting. I expect 100g+ from it! I only have handful of photos (a pair to be exact). The rest was put into a rack with newspapers. Cleaning the tent some tomorrow and more pics and update! The Herers are lookers (and smellers, haha)! The airflow is on maximum and I hope my wet place is gonna make me happy.

Fancy some flowers?

I really dunno what to make out of it. I wish you all dry times (and high times). Thank you and I will tell them you said that! :)

Thank you! The Shark had some great flowers! More body heavy, but great chilling herb. :thanks:  :Namaste:

I also got a flower room update. The new tea is brewing and she was given some magnesium salts (I do not own proper calmag, how uncool is that). But I got Alfalfa, poppy and date in the tea brewing and I think this one is gonna be sweet with the added forest soil and compost with worm casting. The microbes are gonna make some work in the garden. Also the Shark is gonna get bigger pot in a week. She is gonna be big. And also LEDs are few clicks from being ordered. Lucky me, I love you all for the support!

The dry and not so dry Herers:

Also I got final weight in: Lil over 250g or a quarter pound. I think that is as much as the pots will give me with the limited tea income they had (I'll be brewing more after upgrade for sure). I also got some nice bud shots of my Shark Shock with proper sunlight:

My hands are medium size:

I used paper bags this time. .

Good for you! :)

The LEDs are ordered and now :woohoo: I'm making money to buy the power source :D What a life of a self made man. Cheers to all of you! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

What did you go with? Cree? Citizen? Vero?

Great question I was just wondering the same thing

What did you go with? Cree? Citizen? Vero?

Well, CREE is out of the COB league. Vero gen. 7 looks promising but I went with Citizen. I like Made in Japan products and they are top of the market right now. The CLU-058 1825 chip to be exact, there is one even more powerful (500W) and efficient (model 3618), but it is pricey. The 1825 can handle up to 300W and I will be putting max. of 100W through it. Plus the UVB bulb in the middle. And then just far red sleeping light (around 40-30W) and off to the soil building and tea brewing :D That's the general idea. :circle-of-love:

Ok, so I got a gen. 6 of Citizen 1825 for the price of gen. 5 in 80 CRI (lucky me they were out of the stock). I do not know the difference in them EDIT: It's marginal. Six of them for 250 dollars with shipping. Well, now I just cannot w8 to see them :) Cheers! :Namaste:
