@Lady Cannafan the best thing I can tell you about starting is have everything organize and laded out.
It's not hard to inoculate, but you do want to spend to much time doing it.
If the plunger sticks back off a little on the syringe and then push forward. That way you will only use the amount of spores you intend to use.

Yeah, I'm prepared for sticky plungers.
I will definitely tag you when I get the thread going. Disinfecting this morning and I have an ionizer air cleaner I am putting in the kitchen just for an extra measure. Don't worry....I will turn it off before I start inoculating. No moving air!

I want to understand the system before I get to fruiting.
Also, I forgot to mention; when you buy a kit you will get a access of the same information I am posting.

Also, the jars that I re-inoculate on the 10/13 a second time worked. They are now in the Mycelial Growth Phase

PF Tek stands for Professor Fantasimo, a Dutch pioneer of shrooms in the 70s/80s.
And yes, almost. It refers to the substrate and processes used to colonise rye grain. Basically inoculated jars but can use any container. Professor Fantasimo was the inventor of this method used by companies today, hence the name PF Tek

Everything is moving along nicely Mycelial Growth Phase. The three jars that did not inoculate the first time worked the second time. I had inoculated two more jars incase the re-inoculation did not work. The status below are the ones in the Mycelial Growth Phase and two of them will be ready to be birthing and cake, and dunking. another on will be ready in the next couple of days.
The tub will have some jars in the Mycelial Growth Phase and other jar's will be flowering at the same time.
By the way the jars numbering system
1 - A+ Albino - Mycelial Growth Phase started
1A - Red Boy - Mycelial Growth Phase started -10-01 Ready to birthing the cake and dunking
2 - Blue Marine - Mycelial Growth Phase started
2A - Blue Marine - Mycelial Growth Phase started
3 - A+ Albino - Mycelial Growth Phase started -Almost ready to birthing the cake and dunking
