Toast's 2016 Indoor/Outdoor Grow Journal

UDs look very strong :bong:

So you know the other day, how I got those broken bags of Coco fiber for $5.00 a bag. Then mixed 1/2 and 1/2 with my soil mix, well check out the roots, like over night

I think I 'm gona like this stuff. TOAST

I'd like to try a full on coco coir grow, and a soil grow side by side, using the same strain, and same nutes...just to see if there would be a noticeable difference in yield. If there was a truly noticeable difference then it could be worth swapping to coco coir permanently...think it would be worth my effort toast?

Tarheel, its to soon to tell. This is my first time using coco. Like I said before, alls I was doing was tring to make my containers lighter. If the plants do better and get bigger because of it, that's a big plus. I went yesterday and got 5 more 3 cubic ft bags and I plan to fill the bottom half of all the holes on the hill that I plant with it so I will know more about plant size after about a month. If there is going to be significant grow increase it should show its self, in relation to previous years. We just have to wait and see. Its just 15 more days is your weather going to let you be in the ground by then. Good luck my friend, from the land of perfect weather every day. LOL TOAST

Yeah two more weeks should be right about when my ladies go in the ground, I'm shooting for 4/20 to be the day they get introduced to mother nature. Last year I had a late start and germinated my seeds on 4/20 so I hope to produce some bigger girls this year by having them introduced to mother nature earlier.... And I have stepped up my genetics for sure. I'll likely end up doing some autos outside too...I ordered way too many to run in my tent at one time lol

Looking great old timer! Looks like this year is gonna be one for the record books ;)
I got my outdoor journal up and going, it isn't yet technically an outdoor journal but they will be outdoor permanently in the next few weeks...old man winter doesn't wanna leave quite yet lol

Short Indoor Update: Yesterday it sprinkled on and off until around 2:30 am, when it started to lite rain to rain continuously ever sense. So the girls stay in side today and probably tomorrow and the next day and were back to 80 degrees and sunny. So here they are inside. 16 days, counting the 72 Hour Black Out. I usually start counting after they come out, so I say they have been flowering at 13:30 off and 10:30 on for 13 days. You get the idea. The 13 plants flowering,

Thank you for following the instinct to share TOAST. Mighty vigorous, which shouldn't surprise me at all, considering they're under your charge, eh?

I'd forgotten that you throw your's into 72 hours of darkness before flipping. What a timely mention, since I'm within 10 days of flipping my two photos. That timeliness deserves a hug. The emoticon will have to suffice. LOL! :hugs:

So a couple different friends kicked me some Seeds. I was gona wait til later, but its not to late to start seeds, its only mid April. I soaked em over night and put them in paper towels and zip locks.

Blueberry Kush, Blueberry X Lemon Haze, White widow (it will be interesting to see what the difference, if any, between this White Widow and the ones I have going already), Azura Haze, and Black Water OG. Man I got a lot of strains. JohnnyBlaze, I cant speak for this current batch, but so far none of my Jack Dawg plants have been any thing like Lester's. I keep hoping and praying I find one. Its just not fair, I made the seeds and I didn't get any, DAMN LMAO. Just have to wait and see if one shows up. You know those were only pictures of the really good plants, there is a bunch more that look like CRAP, but they wont after I get them in there final resting place. Later TOAST

I figured you were showing off the best, a common human response. They were the ones you were proudest of. :battingeyelashes: Nice seed lineup. May they all sprout and be monster plants at harvest. :circle-of-love:
