Okay ALL, I am Back, After Stressing Out For The Past Week!!! And Being A Little To Paranoid To Write. I Guess I Should Explain What Happened. On Monday Of Last Week, I Get A Knock On My Door, IT'S THE SHERIFFS' DEPT!!! But They Were Here(OR SO THEY SAID), To Get Info From Me Regarding A Check That Someone Stole Out Of My Mail And Tried To Cash(THEY WERE UNSUCCESSFUL(THE THIEVES) AS I HAVE FRAUD ALERT!!!) The Mail(CHECK) Was Attempted To Have Been Cashed On The 15th Of August. I Squared Away Everything With The Bank Regarding The Check On August 16th, And Was Told That This Was The End Of It!!! Then The SHERIFFS Show Up On Monday The 15th Of October!!! I Was Quite Startled When I Opened My Door, I Was Shirtless(NOT AS PRETTY A SITE AS IT USED TO BE,LOL!!!) And To Have Two Sheriffs Sitting On My Doorstep Was Certainly An Eyeopener!!! They Went Over The Check BS With Me, Then Wanted To Check My Garden For Compliance!!! First They Asked How Many Plants Were In My Garden, I Said The Legal Limit, 25 Plants. They Then Asked To Enter The Garden, And I Agreed(I AM IN COMPLIANCE AFTER ALL!!!), (AND THEY WERE NOT THE FIRST SHERIFFS TO HAVE ENTERED A GARDEN OF MINE), So They Asked A Second Time, How Many Plants Are In Your Garden, And I Replied 25. They Said People Throw That Number At Them All Day Long, And If We Wished To Get Started Out On The Right Foot, I Needed To Tell Them The Real Amount Of Plants In My Garden, Before They Counted Them, And If There Were More, It Would Give Me The Opportunity To Be Honest First, And Start Out On The Right Foot With Them??? I Said No Sirs, 25 Plants Is All, And Let Them Into The Garden. They Quickly Verified That I Only Had 25 Plants(THEY ACTUALLY THANKED ME FOR BEING HONEST WITH THEM!!!) They Said That They Never Come To A Garden, That Did Not Have At Least A Couple More Plants, If Not Many More.
They Told Me My Garden Was Spectacular, But Due To The Size Of The Plants Involved, I Was Out Of Compliance?!? So Basically They Said That I Had To Get Rid Of Everything Else!!! I Had 5 Plants Left To Do Only, And 20 Plants, That Had Been Harvested But For The Buds Left On Them For Gleaming. That Is Why I Took The Entire Garden Down In Three Days Time!!! It Is Kinda Strange Though, The Other LEO'S That I Have Let In To See The Garden, Never, Never Mentioned I Was Out Of Compliance Due To The Size Of The Plants. They Must Have Realized, That If You Are Growing, You Cannot Mess With Your Plant To The Point It Will KILL THEM, In Trying To Keep The Size Down On Them, It Cannot Be Done, Unless Your Just Gonna Throw Some Seeds In Dirt, Never Fertilize, Water Sparingly, Then I Could Keep My Plants Sick(DEAD), Unhealthy, With A Yield That Would Get Us Through Till Thanksgiving(IF WE WERE LUCKY!!!)
So I Was In Compliance For The Plant Numbers, But This 1 Sheriff Said I Had Way Too Much Herb On These Plants, In His Years Of Work, He Said, He Could Tell, Just By The Size Of My Plants, That They Were At Least Many LBS Plants,And I Needed To Destroy What Was Left. But The Really Upsetting Part, Were My Asinine Neighbors Plants, He Had Like 66 BIG Plants(WAY MORE THAN HE NEEDS, PERIOD,AS THEY ARE NOT FOR MMJ) So They Went Over To Him, Asked Him How Many He Had, And He Replied 30(THEY HAD ALREADY ASKED ME, AND I SAID I BELIEVE 60), So Right Off The Bat, He Starts Out By Lying To Them!!!
They Never Enter His Garden, Nor Take His Name. He Asks Them What It Is They Want Him To Do, The Lead Officer Said To Him, You Can Keep 25!!! I Gotta Take My Garden Down, My 25 Plant Garden Mind You!!! And My Neighbor Gets To Keep 25, As The Majority Of His Were Already Harvested Too. I Just Do Not Understand Why, I Had To Bring All Of My Things Down, And He Got To Keep A 25 Plant Garden, With Plants That Will Yield At Least 2-4 Per Plant??? I Guess I Am Confused, I Know How To Talk With Officers, Be They Civilian Or Military Officers, And I Was All Yes Sir, No Sir, That Is True Sir, You Get The Idea I Think!!! I Just Cannot Figure Out How He Was Allowed To Keep His 25, And Mine Had To Be Gone In A Few Days Time??? Leaves One Scratching They're Head(ME and WIFE).
So I Blew Through Everything Real Quickly, Then Knocked Down Everything In The Garden That Had Been Standing, To Please The Officers, But Damn, It Was Traumatic!!! And Not Worth Fighting For To Just Piss Off The Police!!! I Just Cannot Figure Out Why Mine Had To Go, And His Got To Stay??? They Asked Him His Address, He Did Not Know His Address, And Told Them That It Must Be The Same As Ours(IT MOST DEF IS NOT!!!), I Did Not Know He Had Said That About The Address Until After The LEO'S Left. This Flipped Me The F..k Out!!! Now The Police Think That His Garden Has Something To Do With My Property!!! And That "SCARES THE SHIT OUT OF ME!!!" Because I Do Not Hardly Even Know This Guy, And He Is Including Me In His Relationship With The LEO'S By Stating He Thinks It's The Same As Mine!!! Unforgivable, IMHO, Of Him To Have Done That With The Address, Shows No Care For Others, And An, I Am Only Looking Out For My Self Attitude!!! Well This Is What Has Been Happening Here, TRUTHFULLY, And I Am Pissed Off By It!!! So This Is The Trauma(DRAMA) On The Mountain, ATM. I Hope All Of My Friends Are Doing Well, And I Am Still Here(FREE), I Suppose I Should Have Forced Y To Come Out In Her Condition, So That They Could Actually See That SHE and I Use It As Medicine. When They Realized Who I Was, They Became Much More Respectful, Did Not Arrest Anyone, And Basically Told Me To Knock It All Down, Even Though I Only Had 25 And Was In Compliance, Maybe They Let Him Keep His 25, Because They thought We Were In Cahoots, And They Thought They Were Being Nice To Me As Well???Because Of The Address Flop By My Neighbor??? I Just Do Not Want Them Thinking I Am Growing 80 Some Odd Plants!!!
I Do Not Know, But If They Come Back(THEY MAY) I Need Them To Unequivocally Know That The Other Garden Is Not Mine, PERIOD!!! I Grow For My Wife, And Me And Family, NO ONE, Unless They Have The Proper Documentation Proving They Are Real Cannabis MMJ Users. That Is How One Keeps Out Of Trouble.It Is Pretty Simple, And Has Kept Us Out Of Trouble For Many Years, Because We Do It This Way. I Would Not Grow Still, If I Could Not Do It Legally!!! I Just Hope The Officers Were Wanting To Throw Their Weight Around A Bit, And Scare Everyone, Which They Succeeded In Doing!!! Take Care My Friends!!! SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.
And That Is As It Should Be, As The Journal Is Not Near To Closing Quite Yet, Or Changing Names, But I Know I Have A Decision Coming, Fast!!!
