what an idiot mate, cant believe he trying to use your address, you should be ok though as they can clearly see its a different property, if it was the same then their would only be 1 property and not the 2 so you should be ok about that, chances are he dropped you in it in the first place, sounds to me like they was less interested in him and more interested in you, probably jealous mate about the size of your plants, go round and drop some weed killer in his soil, just enough to stress the plants but not enough to kill them, might teach him a lesson,
hope everything is ok mate and you and yarrow are both good, hope it did not cause to much stress for your wife, like you said you was within the limit, 25 plants is 25 plants no matter how big they are, so you are clearly within the law, if their is no limit on total yields then you have no problems what so ever, even if it went to court which it wont but if it did you would still be within the law and have nothing to worry about, after all you complied and only had 25 plants, not 26 or 27, just 25 so their is very little they can do, i cant believe they asked you to take the plants down when your within your limit.
is their a total yield they dont want you to go over, i just dont know about the laws over where you are, but at the end of the day 25 plants is 25 plants and im sure if all the plants where 1ft high then they would not of told you to take any down, your not over your plant limit, your not modifying the plants, your growing them as they grow in the wild so you are clearly not giving them some magic medicine to turn them into monsters,

Nothing shakes up the day better than cops knocking at the door. Happened here acouple time over nonrelated issiues. The cops asked if we had a permit which we do for 3 cards, then started to leave. I even asked them to come look at them but they ran off. They didn't give a rats ass. I wanted someone to look at my cards after all the money we've spent over the years. But that first knock and the door opens. You start a inventory of the livingroom real fast. Did I put this or that away. Well I'm glad they up held your rights to grow. They hit a friends house in Washington, and they took acouple samples for some reason. Maybe they wanted a taste. Well he was on the numbers so they just thanked him and drove off.. Great grow I wish I had ya'lls seasons again instead of all this wet weather we get here. Keepem Green

Still Cannot Figure Out If I Should End This Journal, Or Keep it Open, So People Can See What Happens After Harvest In This World Of Ours(CANNABIS WORLD)??? There Is So Much More That Goes On After Growing And Harvesting, Manicuring, Finding Patients That Need It,The Toll It Takes On Ones Private Life, How To Travel With It, ETC, ETC, ETC. I Also Have Problems being Able to Leave The Area, Because There is No One To Keep An Eye On Things(RELIABLY) When I/We Are Gone??? That Is Why No One Realizes All That Is Sacrificed Life Wise For Their Medicine!!! Most People Just think We Throw A few Seeds Out Every Year, And Voila!!! Six Or Seven Months Later, We Have Copious Amounts Of Herb Just Laying All Over, Harvested By Santa's Elves, And The Easiest Job In The World!!! Hell, They Do Not Even Consider It Work, It's Like They Think We Can Snap Our Fingers, And Everything Just Happens On It's Own, BALDERDASH!!! I Want To Post More Pictures As Well, But Everything Is All Down And Curing ATM, Maybe I Should Take Pictures Of The Entire Harvested Crop, In It's Storage Bins And Containers, I Just Do Not Think It Gives It Much Justice!!!
