This Year's Outdoor 2012 Garden Diary - By JTG & My Wife

:bravo::bravo::welldone::welldone::bravo::bravo:

MAN ITS GREAT TO SEE SUCH PHAT BUDS:) Im itchin til Cindy s limbs are swaying in the breeze!
The way she is growing and the potential for her having rather shitty bud if this dry/rusty crap continues will further force my hand to pull her soon. Ill probably flush her in couple days, let her dry and chop her. Ive got some seeds germinating now so i can start straight up again.
But this time im going to have to be more strict on things like kids leaving doors open so bugs can mess my shit up, and also will go back to how i usually grow my girls so fingers crossed ill have minimal probs nxt time around??
I wish i had a few of your coat hangers chock a block with buds on hand atm.. Id be a little happier!! So yeah, top job on all your Dr. Greenthumb style work - you have shown one and all how much difference growing outdoors can give as opposed to indoors. Sure its a longer grow time, but when youre pulling 15lb off 1 plant, i think all will agree - ITS WORTH THE WAIT.. ESPECIALLY IF YA HAVE A JUNGLE AS YOU DO!!! Awsumness matey.. Have a good one and chat soon. Smokemupm8;)

thems pinecones not buds you airbrushed that photo:)
that jar is a fitting trophy! well done my freind well done indeed!!!

Thank You Jimmy,OMM,M8 and FC, I Did Not Air Brush, I Swear, LOL:high-five: I went Out And Watered Today, All But One Plant Did Not Get Watered, My Last Heirloom Kush(GRAPEY, HER NAME BE!!!), But Several Gleaming Plants And 4 of The 5 Plants Left In The Ground Growing(RIPENING!!!) They Were A Highland Kush, And 3 Hog X Orange Krush Plants(SATIVA PHENOTYPE) Got Well Watered!!!

The Weather Has Been Great, But A 20% Chance Of Rain Tomorrow, OUCH!!!!:thedoubletake: At Least The House Is Ready To Go, We Will Not Be till Tuesday, Probably!!! Remember, It's A Marathon, Not A Sprint!!! I Also Took Some Pictures As Well, Enjoy!!! Last Of The Live Plants!!! I Took Some Of The Gleamers as Well, The Last Couple Of Bud shots Are Of Buds That Have Grown In Size Since The Plant Was Harvested First!!! I May Have To Do Two Screenings, I Think I Shot 58 Pictures, So Look For Two(I THINK!!!) Screenings.

HAPPY HARVEST ALL!!!:yahoo::slide::goof: SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.:thumb:PS, IN CASE YOU WERE WONDERING, THE REST OF THE PICTURES ARE ONE PAGE BEHIND THIS ONE, HERE THERES 11, THERE 47, JUST A HEADS UP!!!

i cant imagine how busy you have both been, plus the small army you had helping, just make sure you have a good break after all the harvesting and spend some time relaxing, it would be a nightmare harvesting and trimming all that, it takes me a couple of hours to do a 3ft plant, god knows how long it would take to do a 14 ft plant,

you deserve the contest win after all the work you and yarrow have been doing, plus you did all this while you was going hospitals and stuff, mate you need a medal,

take care mate

Well Don, We Only Actually Had Two People Helping, Family Of Course, They Did/Do Great!!!:high-five: When A SYSTEM Gets Worked Out That Works, Things Run Smooth As Hell!!! We Some Times Work With Different Family, But All That Come To Work, Know The drill from Prior Harvests. That Is Obvious I Guess!!! Weather Was Exceptionally Warm today, I would Guess Mid 70's Fahrenheit. And SUNNY!!!:bravo:Could Not Ask For A Finer Fall Day!!! Anybody Notice On My Purple Plant(UN HARVESTED ONE,GRAPEY!!!), That She Is At Least 4-7 Days From Being Ready??? And Rain May Be Coming!!! But I Want Her Ripe, And So Far No Mold, I Guess I am Asking For Anyones Opinions On This??? Should I Risk The Rain, Or Just Get Her In, As She Is Ripe Enough, In Some Neck Of The Woods!!!:thedoubletake:

Oh Well, Any Thoughts Would Be Appreciated, Just For The Sake Of Conversation, LOL!!! No, I Am Just Stressing The Rain, And A Bud Can Only Stay Mold Resistant For So Long!!!:hmmm: Take Care Y'all, SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.:thumb:

yep i sure did notice, im doing my best to get some purps, i got a bluematic that wont go purp, but we had our first frost this morning so i put it outside over night in a big bucket to keep prying eyes away, i only got a balcony on my 2nd floor flat/apartment, so i cant put my plants out their, but i had a big bucket and my auto has gone in it, i harvested most of it so im only really seeing if i can get it to go purple, it never gave me much, just the main bud which will give me over an 1/8th, yep thats all its given me, id say it was the growing medium i use but my other plants grow big enough so the only thing it can be is these autos, so i harvested the best part and left the other buds on the plant and put it outside to get some cold temps, i did have it on a window sill every night with the window open but it made no difference, the breeder packet shows clear purple buds and they look almost pink, its a bluematic from royal queen seeds,

this is why im breeding autos, i want an auto that yields well every time, plus i want a few auto seeds to grow outdoors next year, i got a family members back garden to use so my plan is to plant a few autos as these come from colder climates like russia so they will do well in the climate i get,

you must have a great system mate, it would take me weeks to get through all that, plus i dont like been sticky so with plants like that id end up in a right mess,

James I just wanted to inform you that I have started a new business to help growers like you.

"Do you have lots of unwanted trimmings? Do you have hundreds of pounds of dry, crystally, sticky leaves just begging to be hashed that get in your way? Are you sick of having barrel after barrel of soon to be buckets of hash?

Well then call me, Jimmy Cricket. I take the headaches away and I do it for free!!! All those unwanted truckloads of leaves and puny buds can now be hauled away at no cost to you, by yours truely, Jimmy C.

Call Today!"

That is my commercial lines. What do ya think? Did it convince ya to get rid of all that pesky trim? ;) I just need the trim James, only the trim and I am content :thanks:

do you collect from the uk,

Jimmy Cs Hash Emporium.... err :cough: rather "worthless trimmings disposal services" Is happy to take all cannabis trimmings. From the UK one must simply mail everything to us and we shall gladly dispose of it for you :lot-o-toke:

HaHA Jimmy!!! Everyone Either seems To Want Our trim, Or To Gleam The Garden!!! Hell With All Our Trim, Going Back At Least A Decade!!! I Could Make A Lot Of Hash, Thats For Sure, We Actually Would Like To Have Someone Come And Deal With All This Old Bud, Sugar Leaf Manicure, No Leaves Bigger Than A Sugar Leaf!!! All Crystally, And Ready To Be Turned Into Something Y Can Use!!!:high-five: She Is Another Hash Hound(NO OFFENSE HASH HOUND), And To Get Rid Of It All, At One Time, Would Be A Miracle, Ready To Throw A Lot Of It Over The Cliff!!! And Don, Usually Plants Gotta Get Left Out All Night, For A Good, Temperature Induced Color Change, In My Experience!!! Take Care. SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.:thumb:

Just give Jimmy C a call, I'll be right over and that trim will become blocks of hash like magic :)

BTW James have you ever flushed a plant for 3 or 4 weeks? I think I started flushing my OG Kush too early.

Getting towards the end ... kinda sad. I wish I were allowed to grow like that.

Have you used dry ice? You can turn that load of leaf and popcorn bud into a mountain of pure kief with little effort. Then it is easy to turn that into a hard product... well with 20 years of growing and a wife who needs hash you must have tried it oh well just try'in :cheesygrinsmiley:

Rock on James.

Oh the no kill zone for deer is fine, just get a paintball gun! It is fun and makes hunters think they are domestic :cheesygrinsmiley: plus it keeps them from a nice cannabis salad

Jim and Yarrow I'm at a loss for words. You know me...that just doesn't happen. Let's just say I am in awe. Congratulations old friend. You worked your butts off and deserve all you have. Wooooo Whooooo!:high-five::bravo:

no worries mate, i leave the auto out all night till i get up the next morning, i just want to see if it will change colour, if it does it does and if it dont it dont, but im willing to give it a try and see what happens, so its going to be outside over night for the next week or 2, in the day it will be under the hps so i should be able to get the temp change about right

Bravo,,, Bravo. I love to see paople get thier crop in. Busy time of the year for the outdoors growers. I love the purples. I need to get a little better strain for color up here. That's one thing here, temp's drop sharply come september here. You get acouple extra weeks sometimes. Congrad's. Keepm Green
