g Down a Row You guess is as good as mine on the dark Pictures, SORRY!!!
All of the Plants are starting to go Through their Stretch Cycle, all have started to Flower, even if just a Tiny Bit!!! I one month or So, there will be leg sized Kolas everywhere, I HOPE!!!
As long as all goes Well(LIKE WATER). The temperatures, in the Garden were sooo Hot This Week!!!
It meant a Happy Dance and more NUTES!!!
I was so pleased, with it all, the Plants are eating Prodigious Amounts of Nutes and Water, I am Watering and feeding every other day, FULL STRENGTH NUTES, as well!!!
Everything is Sliding Along Just Fine, For My Bloom I Use Fox Farm Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom, for the first couple of Weeks, To a Month depending on when they Hit full Flower, right Now, They are producing Flwer Sites, and still Vegging a Little as Well. My Bloom Mixture is ATM for one 5 Gallon Container is: 6 TBSP of Tiger Bloom, 2.5 Cups of Big Bloom, 6 TBSP of Sweet(GRAPE), 3 TBSP of CAL-MAG, for all 25 of the MMJ Plants, and the Sativa Survivors, as well!!! COME ON BPN, GET HERE IN TIME, REALLY WANT TO DO THIS BLOOM COMPARISON!!!
then we can all see the Comparison of My Old Method, and the BPN against it, I have even been thinking(Y DOES NOT KNOW,YET!!!) of trying it on one of the REAL Garden Plants!!!
Instead of against My Red headed Step Children, the Sativa Survivors!!! I just feel it would be more fair of a competition that way!!!
I feel You Would All Agree with ME. From what I have read, Curso put a lot of Time and Money into it, and to cheat him by using less Nice plants would be dishonorable on My Part, and if WE want REAL answers, we would do it the Fair and Right way, equally well cared for Plants, any dissenters, I did not think so, We are a fair group of Individuals, no matter how crazy some of us really are(FINGER POINTED AT SELF). And since we are ALL Growers, this kind of info is important to each of US!!! So if they get here in a Timely Manner, The Experiment will Proceed as Planned.
If not, then I guess we are SOL, I hope You all know what that means!!! Back to the Garden, the Temps in there got up to just Shy of 120 Degrees Fahrenheit, top was 118, and it hit 116-17 at least 4 days this week, hot as Hell, and They JUST LOVED IT, PERIOD!!! That is what is Freaking me out about some of You that put Your Plants Outside, and do it really Slowly, and get scared if a a few Leafs get burned, this is Natural!!! Once those Burned Leafs, either acclimate and survive, or wither up and fall off, all the NEW GROWTH on the Plant is just gonna EXPLODE in growth. One thing, always have your Plants Trans planted into 3 gallon Containers when You do this. Reason being, because the roots are not yet used to the Sun and the Heat it produces, need a little room for the roots to acclimate as well, yes roots burn too, and not just from fertilizer!!! With a few extra inches of wet dirt/soil around them, it gives them the time needed to acclimate as well. I would go from transplanting My Plants from whatever smaller container they are in(AND IF THEY ARE ALREADY IN A 3 OR LARGER CONTAINER, USE LOGIC, AND MOVE THEM INTO A LARGER CONTAINER, LIKE A 3 TO A 5 GALLON ONE, ETC. If YOU MOVED YOUR PLANT OUT, and they withered and Burnt like Crazy, it sounds like all of you needed was a larger Container, to Place them in before putting them outside!!! Because Leaf damage is to be expected, not Your Plant withering up and Dying, or Drooping like no tomorrow, I bet if You do a transplant, your Plants that withered, but lived, will make a Dramatic Recovery, if this is done for them. And if you already did all these things to a Tee and Beyond,Sounds like something else is Wrong(DUHH, ON ME), Bad soil, Fertilizers not seasoned and too hot, Root Rot, Stem Rot, a Bug that is eating your Root only, but I doubt all this, I just do not believe it is This, because when YOU put them outside, they were Just Dandy!!! A strong Plant should be able to Go Right Into Direct Sunlight, burn some on it's leaf's, then go into Overdrive, and start acclimating, and Rapidly putting out new, all made in the SUN Leafs, and getting much larger all the while as well!!! If you need too, change your soil, Perhaps it does(YOUR INDOOR MEDIUM) not work outside??? Anyways, you all get my Message, I think
. So Great week in My Garden, as per Norm, and an awful week with My Sweetheart, She has a couple of Good(WELL ONE WAS GREAT, AND THE OTHER ONE, THAT IS REALLY TRYING, ALL WE CAN ASK FOR REALLY) Doctors. On the 15th She does a Barium Swallow, and will also Get an Upper GI done that day as well, BUSY DAY AHEAD OF US!!! The Kind Doctor, gave her a Prescription of ATARAX, for spasms, and that has brought us much relief, Thank Heavens!!! Instead of being up all night long, on the floor, Moaning and crying, and on and off the toilet, as it is the only comfortable seat in the house for her when She feels this way, and in all reality it is not that Comfortable as her legs always fall asleep from sitting there for prolonged periods of time. But back to the GOOD News,we are beginning to get through the nights with more and more SLEEP(UNINTERRUPTED)
!!! That can be a Miracle in it's self. The Mazari Shareefs are really putting in Lateral Growth Now!!! I think the Tallest Plant, might just end up being the Largest, as far as Mass, and final completely Finished Product Goes!!! I am thinking 5-5.5 for this one alone. My DJ SHORT BLUE BERRIES X HEIRLOOM are gonna give a lot as well, I do not care to Speculate ATM, as I cannot be sure, if they are the Indica Dominant, or Sativa Dominant, I think I may have one of each, or two of the Sativa Dominant Phenos, but Hell it would not surprise me if they were both The Indica Dominant ones Either, Their Growth pattern is Strange, and I cannot make the Conclusion just Yet, If they really start to Flower soon, then they are Probably the the Indica Dom Pheno, If not, then they can only Be the Sativa Dom ones, or maybe like I said before, I have one of Each!!! I would Rather have the Indica Dom One,Then I can Can get My Harvest completely in, before the Risk of Fall Rains!!! The Red Romulans are so Damn Nice, and I only Have Two, but they'll Yield well as well. They are really Flowering hard, the picture of the last Stem I am Holding,is Romulan #2, I think. The last two of the numbered plants, Heirloom Kush #3 and #4, are two of My most favorite plants in the garden ATM, well to be Honest, all of them are favorites, I just have a Few I like EXTREMELY well!!! Those being Two of Them, the Heirlooms always have the Nicest and Densest Nugs, all the Heirlooms Do, but I can tell that these 2 are SPECIAL, gonna make seeds from Them(BOTTOM Branches ONLY). My Highland Kushes are all about 9-11 maybe 12ft tall now, and wider by far than they are tall, they are into Bloom as well. In fact all of my shorter plants, under 12 ft, are wider than they are tall, that Highland Kush, is one of the Heaviest yielders. Every year, I can count on at LEAST 4.5 per Plant, and these are Bigger than the others I grew before!!! If I am completely Hand On, with the Watering and Fertilizing, when to Water, How to Feed, because sometimes, I'll look at a Plant and say to myself, She should get a bit more, of this or That, because I really UNDERSTAND HER(THAT WAS FOR SMOKE2Js), and I know what they need extra right off, I then proceed to change the mixture on the Spot, and give Them all the new amount!!! Never Fails, they just eat it up,and want more, no Burn, No crisis, I believe because My Containers are so well set up for Drainage, it allows Me to do this, as I was able to remove unsafe amounts of Nutes Out, then Replace what I have washed away, with a little Bit Stronger Mixture, there still being Nutes left in it anyways, it is not like I FLUSH them, like you would if you had Way over Fertilized, and had to do a serious FLUISHING. No, I just water the Required amount, and good Drainage does the rest!!! The down side of Good Drainage, is that because there are so many Drainage Sites, open to the wind, heat and Air, things dry out Fast at 115 Degrees, like I said, I do major watering every other Day, and the 3 side Plants, that have no Shading for their pots, are usually dry within two Days, I can let them go for 3 Days, but by the time I water, they are all DROOPY, so for them, every two it is. I would also like to say, Do Not Believe Everything you Read,on how to grow Your plants, I have found some info to be so contradictory, to what I know, and have proven to Myself, time and again, I was right, through EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE, I wonder where they got their Info From. I'll give an example, everything, I personally have ever read, said that Cannabis should be Grown in Temperatures Never exceeding 85 Degrees Fahrenheit, Indoors and out, it says that growth slows to a crawl above this!!! I can Personally tell You this is BS, at least Outdoors Anyways, My Plants, do not Reach Their Full Potential, unless they are grown in 90 Degrees Fahrenheit, PLUS!!! They get their best Growth at over 100 Degrees Fahrenheit, Period!!! Maybe these experiments were done with plants in only Small Containers,Root Bound, and needing a Transplant, and some new Soil, to protect the ROOTS!!!
Because year after year, it has been the same for me, the Hotter, The Better for The Plants!!! Now I wonder why they keep giving that BS opinion out??? It also says, this Plant is a Nutrient Hog, This Plant Does Not Do Well with extra Nutes, well I have grown some of these Strains that say, do not Overfeed, and you know what, I found out that was BS as well. I would feed them, what I was giving everything else, and they Thrived Too, I think that over time, they just automatically get used to the heavier feeding, and Grow Accordingly!!! But these are things that if you can bring yourself to try, will find it to be True, especially with Outdoor Plants Well I have wasted enough time Prattlin, and no I am Def not a Know it all, I just want some of you to not always believe Everything You read, because it is in paperback, or on a Grow Site, that prints Verbatim, what is in the BOOKS, anyways.Or it was written by someone that followed what was printed On-line, Verbatim Either, if You have not done your Own Experimenting, You'll be stuck with Plants that are Nice, just like the grower said they would look from the Book or from reading On-Line, I am not saying that what You have read won't work, I just Know that everything they say, is not Spot On!!! Even take what I have said with a grain of SALT, but if You ever have the Opportunity, to grow like I said I do, try it, I think You'll be amazed at the results, been doing this off and on for a total added experience in years to be 20, a little more now. And My Method, has NEVER FAILED ME, unless of Course I have had to leave it in the Hands of others, and they even at least, managed to pull at least 2 readied ones off of each Plant, After they grew for Me the first time, Usually, by the SECOND Time around they do it for me, they have more experience under Their Belts, follow My Notes More, and end up with a Third More Per Plant!!! But they never follow everything to the TEE, so I like it best when I am Home, and can do it all on my OWN!!! I have a symbiotic Relationship with My Plants, I give Them Food, Water, Sun, Heat and LOVE!!! And it shows EVERY TIME WE BRING THEM TO HARVEST. I believe LOVE alone adds an extra Couple Of POUNDS Per Plant!!! Take care all My friends, Sorry For The Lateness of My Porn AGAIN. I really do feel like a waiter trying to Juggle Too Many Plates, but with all Your Help, Prayers and Good Vibes and Energy, I know I will make It!!! Do not know if I have the time Tonight to keep Posting and reading, supposed to be UP in the AM, to get started on Placing My Bamboo Poles in the Plants, to secure them to Poles, the obvious arms that are gonna be Heavy and certainly Break if I do Not, Secure the main Kolas by tying line to all of them, then to the Poles, so they do not snap in Half from wind or rain Damage(THE MAIN KOLA CAN SNAP RIGHT OFF, IF EXTRA SUPPORT IS NOT GIVEN IT, IN CASE THE WIND CHANGES DIRECTION), especially if the Plant is used to wind coming only out of the North and South, then suddenly we get a Freak wind out of the East or West, Blowing hard!!! I lost a lot of Main kolas like this, till I came up with the Dual cage Idea!!! The poles also anchor the Cages into place as well, keeping things From Blowing Right over, I use Zip-Ties, and stick the poles into the containers just inside the outside rim, through the dirt to the Bottom of Container, and Zip them tightly to the Cages, this provides solid anchorage for the cages. Take Care Friends, Hope you enjoy My Prattlin!!! SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.
