This is B&J's Place - Bill & Janet's Place - Again

Well I got good news anyways,,,,,,,,,,,,,, the Northern Lite's showed. It was about 3 days after the other two. I think I'm going to round this auto flowers birthday to the 10'th. I guess we'll see whats up with her, as far as how many days, she should be able to be all that she can in a 3 gallon pot and the sun we finally been getting. Even got to open the pool. To cold for me yet but Billie wanted to 'check' and see if it was really cold. Welllll it was a quick trip. Well here's the Armageddon, Northern Lites, and Auto Big Bang;

Hey Thanks Partner. I can't say I been falling behind on my inside projects. Tried some BC Sweet Tooth. Wasn't what they claim it to be as far as flowering speed. It took 60 days. And then to top it off, I wasn't impressed at all with the weed's. But here's close to 2 plants isn't a great pic it was cured already and I just pulled afew bud's out for the photo.;;
sweet_tooth5.JPG

She was a pretty plant in flower tho. She yielded OK like 2+ Oz's per. But still a 6.5 on my scale of 10. Hey Pop's found a 16X36 heavy plastic pan at Rite Aid Pharmacy. It has tubular plastic legs that really can support some weight. I can see alot of hydro setup's in the future. Maybe fill it with grow rocks and put 4-6 6" cubes and do a sea of green? But they can hold 2 plants with ease. And you can cut the legs and not lose support;
Shelves.JPG

They only had 2 and I needed 5,,,,,, Bummer. 24.95$ I likem.
Well enjoy ya'll.

Hey Sprout! ;)
Well, the BC Sweet Tooth looks good, but if you give it a 6.5, that means a 6.5 on a hard scale. I won't be buying any of those seeds. On your scale a 9 is killer weed. You ever get a 10? That would be some great smoke.:yummy:

I would like to have that table. Not for the tent, but to use as a work table,
that would be perfect for replanting and so on. Man, I've never heard of Rite Aid Pharmacy. Been too long since I was in Cali. :):)

Hey bro, plants are looking fabulous, but then you and that green thumb were known for that. We could go outdoors here, but this area to the west is known as the "humbolt county" of michigan and to many folks plants "shit" strains out there with male and females. I would be worried about pollen blowing in and seeding my crop. Glad to see someone else appreciates auto's. They have there place. Helped a few friends get started growing with auto's and it is great to see the joy on their faces when they get their first harvest. Besides, it gives them the experience before they jump in on the regular strains. We have sowed all of our auto's on previous grows, and now are concentrating on our regular strains. At last count, we have around 36 strains, almost all are femenised. Well bro, it is a pleasure to see you are still rockin the grow, and I will be stoppin in from time to time to drool over your progress. Keep em green brother.:goodjob:

I'll tell ya something GMT another nice thing bout them auto flowerer's is that they will be done flowering before the males outside flower. You can beat them if ya plant first of spring outside. I did acouple auto's before I got some 'White Russian something' acouple years back, they produced alot more than I expected. If my mind hasn't that old timers stuff' she did like 2 Oz's per and ended up at 38". Was good weed to boot. Wish ya the best over there.
Pop's I love them tables. There are so many things ya can do with them. I'm thinking hard about a small flood and ebb table with a trellis for a SoG. You could run drippers, the uses are endless. Yes rite now I'm using it as a potting table. I have a nice wooden one out back but this is hella movable.
Well I did do something to my garden this week. I just started another plate on the TV. In it are Burmese Kush, Connie Chung, Confidential Cheese, Super Bud, and a Pineapple Express. Miss J got these seeds free in a summer special. She picked up afew trinkets and got the free thingie. Was 12 seeds. Well maybe I'll find afew new strains.
I hear they just raided a major grow here In Oregon. Looks like it was a cartle type grow. Was some 'Border Brothers' grauding it with guns. I think it was 91,000 plants. It's the kind of thing that gives growers a bad name.

Well makes me wonder here I ave like 10 going outside and its enough work for this old man. I can only imagine what these guys had to do out there just to be able to start there grow.
Well everyone keep it green

Hi Sprout! ;)
Good to see GMT back at it. I missed him.
I haven't got my order yet, but I got those same freebies. :yummy:
Will have to try some of them out. The minute I saw those tables, I loved them.:)
91,000 plants! They in big trouble! Guns and all! Someone just lost a whole lotta money and time. Your right bad for the rest of us.! :smokin2::smokin2:

Us old folks need to stick together, if not for anyting else, but to keep our mental faculties straight. :) Our orders arrived a few days ago, between MDVL's order and mine, we received some 25 freebies. I ended up with 4 of the Critical+, as they must have run out of certain freebies. No matter, I like Dinafem. I wouldn't want the headaches of having 91,000 plants to deal with. The folks who control such an operation are still running free. It is the poor schmuck who was hired to do the grunt work who will bear the brunt of the legal troubles. Just another disposable body to the cartels. And you are correct, it makes us look bad.

Old folk's? guess I fit the OG bill anymore. Well still alittle step in my walk but I agree. Ain't alot of Old Timers around anymore. I look back at how many Good Friends I seen planted. Scary. So many I never figured to see there, it scares me anymore. Hey GMT if it was just my mental state, shit I'd care less. Least that's what I preach now. But.. Hey I'm waiting to see ya get a grow going. Be careful alot of drama in this world we live in. Hope ya don't get caught up in it anyways. Critical can be some ripper. SOOOOOOOO Much has to do with the lites and such. But I've researched that strain. Nice plant given someone take care of it and grow it rite. Critical Mass has always been one I've looked at. To me has prospects. I'm pushing this vantage here. Dude it's one sweet little plant. I average 1 3/4-2 Oz's Per Plant. Rock Hard buds and a easy clone hardly plant. No mites or mildew. Finnish,,,,,, 45-50 days, and that works for me well.
Well I had a Super Lemon Haze I started outside. I figure I can't Finnish it out there, but I can get acouple clones from her. And Veg her inside to suit. And flower inside. She has a long typical haze flowering time. And Oregon doesn't allow for that. But I sure want one inside to finish. Hey I'm lucky if I can turn a 8 weeker, outside, with weather like we've had here. Got alot going on here really as far as plants. Acouple I talked about earlier cracked in 24 hours. They still need tomorrow to tell what's up tho.
Well I also cut 4 clones. 2 Super Lemon Hazes, 1 Exodus Cheese, and a Power Kush. I really wanna try at least 1 Super Lemon to term. I planted a Tangerine Dream along with the SLH plant but it's atad faster and I'm really hoping I can get her in come fall. They claim 8-9 weeks. Hey anyone grew SLH? Did they see a strange growth in the serrations of the leaves? Well this leave has always been 'Sharp' but this is opening up like a band saw;
Haze_leaves.JPG

OK enough wind from me. I have a Auto going for anyone who might care to look also. Started 6/10 Just upgraded it's pot to a 1.7 gallon. Grown in Black Gold soil. Amended with Bat and Worm Shit, also alittle Blood and Bone Meal for longer term ferts. But she's started on route;;;
012290.JPG

OK said enough trash. Hope all have a garden thats growing fantastic.
And Keep it Green

Looking good! I'm anxious to see how your version of Big Bang auto goes... Looks like you've got a lot of interesting things going on - can't wait to follow along!

Oh, that Iced Grapefruit is a beauty! :thumb:

Thanks for dropping in XLR. Yes I'm going to be watching your grow there. You sure got a pretty one going. I like the fact you are doing yours 100% the opposite from mine. I wish ya the best with that little monster you got. Looks like she could be a good producer. 'Greenhouse'? Mine is was a freebie they threw in my order. Yes I get alot of strains going. Most are freebies. I just bought some Vantage and Vintage from CH-9. Vantage is one fast solid buddage. On the Auto flower, there is a place and time for them. Take people that have to guerrilla grow, it wood be nice to pull your crop even before Johnny Law starts looking for them. Most lawmen seem to wait till plants get closer to harvest. Makes it easy, plants are bigger and smell, even require more attention. Those trips to a guerrilla grow can be it's death. But as a rule for a inside grow I like the option of starting the flowering mode when I feel the size is rite.
Well here we go again. Dug up the Redneck cloner for another go around;
Cloner14.JPG

Cut acouple Super Lemon Haze, I have one outside, but I don't think shes going to finish up well outside here. TO wet and cold for a Haze. Also cut a Power Kush, and a Exodus Cheese. All these plants got alittle leggy due to a prolonged winter we've had for the last year. We haven't even been able to open the pool. We cleared the water of leaves and fixed the PH and chlorine levels. Just too cold yet. Last nite dipped to 50 degrees. The water temp's are around 65. The Indo's are loving life now. The sun has been peeking out here and there. My Wonder Woman is loving life;

Wonder_Woman14.JPG

BTW it was my bad on a earlier post I referred to a plant with odd leaves, it wasn't a SLH it was Tangerine Dream. The SLH has some real coarse looking sativa leaves. Sharp enough to look like a old 2 man saw blade. Well I do have a pretty Tangerine Dream going. She's going to be a outdoor plant. It might earn a spot in a barrel pot. Shes in a good sized one now that she 'could' finish in unless she really beefs up;
Tangerine_Dream1.JPG

But shes got competion. I grew a clone only strain called 'Star Trek', and got 1 seed outta about a 1/2 lb. She cracked and turned female. Heavy Indo'. She was strated inside and when I put her out, she went into a false flower. Well she is now reverted back to the veg stage. I got a feeling she's going to be a monster. The smoke from her was sweet. Way high on the scale. Like a 8.25.
Star_Trek4.JPG

Yes Iced Grapefruit, shes allready getting rather large. I can see problems with her supporting any 'big' buds. I grew some afew grows back and she had some massive buds. Smoke was good like 7.75-8. The reason shes there is I know she a producer.
Iced_Grapefruit9.JPG

Well I hope all are doing good out there. Things here are good. And everyone Keepem Green

We are on the continuous grow from 2009 yet. We are trying to continue our perpetual grow, with a 2 1/2 month hiccup due to spider mites. Have them under control now. Moved our grow to a new, larger room. Runnin 3 - 1000 watt Canadian CoolStar lamps now. I love that lemon haze bro, save some for me. We had one freebie seed that was feminised and produved 3 1/2 ozs, even with the spider mite problems. Love the smell and the taste, smooth smoke, not to harsh on the throat. Last time I went to Oregon, was to the Eugene area, and came back with some butt whoopin Northern Lights. They Folks we bought it from had another strain even stronger, but I didn't enjoy the super intensity of that, so we bought a pound of NL instead. I would love to go back some day. You have some great lookin plants brother. Keep rockin the grow.:nicethread:

Looking great - I really like that Star Trek plant. She's a beaut! :thumb:

I'm growing my first auto, but I definitely see a place for them. Small spaces, stealth grows -- I like your idea as far as finishing before leo is even thinking harvest time.

I'm really going to enjoy keeping up on your journal - I just love watching outdoor grows. :)

Hey Thx XLR. That star trek was a great plant last year. I think I had 2 going and she was one of them DEEP PURPLE stemmed and leaved plant. She almost turned all purple. But it stayed stem and the leaf axis only. She has been flowering already and had to reveg once. But after the transplant and the days 'are' getting longer, even without the sun, and she knows this.
I agree about the Big Bang, will be interesting. But in all fairness, you got a sweeeeeeet looking plant. She's a bush you got there. Hey IF she stretches alittle rite about now she'll be a pretty girl. Hell she is already. I can only hope this bushes that much. Maybe the open end room for the roots will help mine. I know sunlight wood help. BUT when you live where ya do, or where I do, you can only wish. Hell it's June 23rd and I just for the first time have been able to jump in my pool. Summer done started everywhere else, but here. Best to ya and I'll be driving bye soon.
Hey GMT. I understand them hiccup's. Hell I been dealing with them dam near every year. Only thing I can ever stress is, cleanliness is the ticket. You might know I been doing a perpetual grow forever. But you have to have afew days to 'Clean Up' that grow room. Kill em mite's, mold's,etc, just even rake the leaves.
I hear ya on some weeds. I know some make me nervous. More so than I care to be. I hear that's from alittle more Thc/cbsomethings. Hey they is a candy store out there. And some feel better than others.
Well anyone remember what I call duck feet? It's a curled up mainly 3 leafer plant. All well most of my flower room went into a early flower stage, they started to reveg and acouple weeks later, I started them back on flower. POOR Plants, they don't know what to do. Pretty confused plants. But they have gotten their head out their asses and started to flower in earnest;
Duckfeet.JPG

You an see the leaves kind of curl like a duck's foot. And they all are like 3 leafer's.;
Duckfeet-1.JPG

I mean she's filling up fine. But It's 'Not' the same Vantage I'm using for a Icon. Hey the herb's are off the chart. People I never knew are my 'best of friends' now. JK I'm not that fool.
Well my thoughts always go out to people that are growing out there. IF ANYTHING I can EVER HELP with, concact me. And peoples that are doing green? Keepem Green

I have seen the "duck's feet" you speak of, when we took a plant from flower and back into veg. It took several weeks for her to readjust and then all new growth was normal. Mighty fine lookin ladies you have there brother. Hope they pay you back tenfold. Keep rockin that grow!

GMT that what's happening here with the 'duck feet'. Even my Star Trek had to go thru a re veg thing. Well I just wanted to update my Iced Grapefruit pic's. She's growing like a 'weed'. Imagine that. She's going to be a handful once she starts flowering and gets some meat on the buds. My Son found some snap together tomatoes cages at Wallies World', that will serve just fine I think. Well here she is;
005558.JPG

Time will tell. Hope everyone Gardens are green. and Keep em Green

Well went outside and took a pic or two I'd thought I'd share. My Big Bang Auto is off and running along with a list of others. One is Shark's breath, possible Warlock, she's from a seed I can't call yet, Tangerine Dream, Super Lemon Haze, Star Trek, a Blueberry,
Exodus Cheese, Power Kush, Iced Grapefruit. Whew that racked my memory. But the Big Bang Auto is also being grown by XLR. His baby put's mine to shame for the min. I hope these are good plants XLR. But here's what she looks like today;
Big_Bang12.JPG

And I'd show those other kid's I got going. I have alot going in my 2X4 also. But here's what I have waiting in the wings outside;
The_Kid_s.JPG

These are in case I run into what happened last year. Besides, I had room on my cards for them. Law here in Oregon allows 6 adult plants over 12" per cards. Plus 12 under 12" per card. I wonder what if I ran sea's of green? Under 12"? Oh well. Oregon does have a good MMJ program. My hats are off to Jack, he instituted a fine MMJ Program here. Well enjoy this beautiful day all and I'm off for a dip.
Keepem Green

Very nice bro, ladies are so healthy. We have a great law as well. It gives excellant protection for patients and caregivers. We can have twelve plants per patient, 2.5 ozs per patient as well. A caregiver can have 5 patients, and a patient/caregiver can have 5 patients as well. Until they have roots, they are not considered plants(viable). The law even states that it supercedes all conflicting laws. Best of all, it was passed by nearly 63% of the voting public. MI also excepts cards from other states. So if a pateint were to come to MI to vidit and require meds, he/she would be allowed to purchase, legally.

Oh man, I love this picture:

The_Kid_s.JPG

:adore:

I so wish I could have plants outdoors - love your pool/patio area!

Thanks for the props on my BBA - she's a pretty little bush, huh? Fun little summer project, and a great way for me to tweak my new grow-space as I get it dialed in.

Yours is off to a great start, and I can't wait to see how it does in soil outside. You really grow nice looking plants.

Wasn't there a strain once called "Wally's Duckfoot"? He bred it to have leaves that didn't quite look like regular cannabis leaves. I remember seeing pictures of Wally's garden once and it was amazing. Is that the duckfoot you were referring too, or just the leaf characteristic?
