JK I've not been on due to left overed feeling I get after a long night watching fireworks. We had a great view from the pool. Water was 90 but the air was 65. Sure got cold getting in and out. Things going great here. Alittle behind on produce tho. Man that Vantage went fast. Everyone got a cunk of it and now my last jar is getting kind of low. I've planing on pulling one from my flower room just atad early. I'll know better in 5 mins. Time to sample that sample and decide it's fate...... brb
It could use acouple more days it seems. Nice high but took me acouple good hits to work. Last stuff was one hit that it for me. This stuff creeps alittle more so it 'could' be used now. I have 3 going that are like a week/10days older. That should help from having to many to trim at once. Well this headache is going back to bed.

Hiya Wood!

Just wanted to echo what OMM said on the Exhale CO2- I've only had the exhale for less than a week, but it does seem like it is helping. Tough to tell for me, because this is my first auto and I'm using a whole new set-up, so to speak, but it sure looks like I've had a bit more growth and bud-mass than I would have otherwise. I'm certainly not disappointed. I'd really like to see someone check PPM levels of CO2 with a meter - before and after Exhale... I'd do it but funds are a bit low at the moment.

That Vantage sounds like some great bud. Sorry to hear about your headache - I'm batting one as we speak, and it sucks!

My wife can smoke ME under the table, which isn't a small feat. She makes me feel like a lightweight. She's also fearless with brownies - she can really down 'em. :)
 
Well I needed to go stumble thru the 'back 40'. The sun was just topping out over the house so I thought a pic was in order. I've been growing in this same soil for years with not much problems. BUT I thing that Big Bang can use some stronger nutrients. I added alittle bat and worm castings when I potted it. Maybe wasn't enough. I use to and have with most my plants used alot of blood and bone meal. Iced Grapefruit and most others have it. But here's what she looked like this morning;

Well I just watered with some good old fashion MG. It's worked for me soo many years. I think ALL my plants outside could use a good dose. I have Sweet Peas that are tall as my house. Tomatoes getting that tall. Only my Bell Peepers want to stay small.
Well I also to a pic of a Power Kush. She's a dainty lady. I've seen some nice bud's off plants like her. All these names blah blah blah,,,,, Find a good strain that works for ya. They all come from 3 strains. Just atad more this or that. I like the 65/35% Indo/Sativa mix. They should flower fast enough for this cooler weather. But here she is peeking out;

Well here's my baby. Shes got a good sized pot, 'half a plastic drum which costs only 10 bucks, it from a food warehouse used for soy products'. Iced Grapefruit;

She loves the mornings. Doing her stretching excises. I can get lost out there with a cup of coffee and a smoke. Got alot of critters running around. Been a raccoon back there also. But no fear, the OG of my guards is still on the ball. Anyone who looked in my first grow I think knows this joker. Here hes hard at work again;

OK here's Star Trek. She has alot of 3 leaflet leaves growing. I sure hope they recover before she flowers out. She had a major color of purple in her last year. This year she's just a plain SHRUB;

Thanks for dropping In SS, Sisco and Pop's. Been out back and everything still running same. My auto BB still looks like crap. It should take a day more or so for the fert's to kick in 'I Hope'. I also gave it alittle cal-mag. And crossed my fingers. Over casted today. As it was yesterday. I crawled out from under my rock. I have a Vantage that I put in the dark for 24 hours ready for Miss J to get to work on. Man I had like 6 Oz's of it and people pounded my door off for refills. It was in flower for 42 days. It's alittle on the early side but not by much. I have 8 of them all ready within the next week. I started them to flower rite after I got back from Alaska. They ARE HELLA FAST. in honesty they are alot faster than any auto flowering plant. You just need a month veg time. Well I hope everyones doing good out there and that They Keepem Green
 
Hey Sisco, Vantage comes from a Vintage plants. Guess it was CH-9's base plant. I got one going of it also. But that Vantage should run at least a 1 1/2? Oz's dried? Maybe. But the plant was only under lites for 42 days and a 24 hour dark to help out, 'I think'. Even the last I grew wasn't loaded with crystals but is oily. I know it needed acouple more days, but like I said, it was needed in a day of two. Here's a descent pic or two of her;

Well I took my B-Bang inside after all this. I hope drying out the soil maybe and the cool blue lites of the fluorescents might help. So she's in my nursery under a
250 Watt CFL 24/7 for awhile. Have to see. I also think with more than one person doing some watering might have helped the problem. Oh Well whatever it is,,,,, it is. Maybe she'll pull thru. Never going to match what you got over there in your B-Bang Auto grow XLR. That's one good looking plant my friend. You should be proud of that one. Is nice to have a back yard with good neighbors. We do have a private yard with a pretty secure perimeter. I really need a dog. Should be a yapper, but I always opt for a Beagle. Had one of them most of my life, and they do like to bark or should I say howl at things that go bump in the nite.

Your journal is drooler for me though. I love watching outdoor grows - and you grow some beautiful plants. I can't wait to grow outdoors someday. I have no such neighbors like you, though, and am unable to do so yet. One day I hope!

Sounds like your BBang is struggling a bit? :goodluck: with it. For what it's worth, I had some issues with mine in veg, too, (low RH, roots looked unhealthy, slightly stunted), but I got it corrected, and she is finishing just fine - as you kindly mentioned. Hang in there with her brother! :high-five:
 
I can understand what you mean. To me there isn't anything better than mother nature. Anything people have to use inside is only a imitation at second best of the sun and the elements. But seeing the value's of the product, it, outside growing' will always be chancy at best. I know all to well about how lucky we are to have a great yard and neighbors for growing. I've lived many a year where I could only think about growing outside. Back when I first started growing, we grew a strain we called "Razor Bud". It was back in the river bottoms on the banks of the Mississippi River. That bottoms dirt was some rich dark top soils from every state up north. Fact Southern Ill. has the richest farmland in the states. Farm down from where I use to live once out produced any other in bushels per acre of corn anywhere. We grew some monsters. I remember it like it was yesterday really. But then I've been living places I couldn't grow outside for about 70% of my grows. Sure you can do acouple/afew monsters outside, but that's a once a year harvest. When inside 6 trips per year are possible. Depending on use of your space. To me inside growing will never match a 'Worry Free' outside one, but like we all know there is not such thing as a 'Worry Free' Outside. Hell now a days, no such thing as a 'Worry Free' inside grow. Well I'm not sure XLR of your living situation or for that even where ya are from, but once you start growing, you start to even figure your grows in with where you live. I hope one day you get ya a good private yard in a state that has MMJ. Privacy is the main thing. And either trustworthy friends or even no friends if need be. I hope it's trust worthy friends, but sometimes they are harder to find than a 'Worry Free'. But then the MMJ states have just as many thieves running around, 'if not more' than anywhere. Hey lots of feasible guerrilla sites everywhere. Depends if ya want to work that hard for it. Hey heres a intersting vid for anyone intrested. It's got alot of parts, but after one or two you'll be hooked. Check it out.

Those are 'ROCK SOLID'. Some of the densest shit I've grown in a long time. These are clones that went thru a reg vegging and did it great.
The strain 'mother plant' I see they 'CH-(' uses this plant in most of it's seed. Called Vintage. Well why not?

Well my circus is going full steam. I wanted a N-Lites in the array Well here she is but I forgot the breeder. I know it's a fem tho;

Well XLR I pulled the plug on her. She had a bad deficiency or something was locked out. I tried afew diff things on her. From ebson salt to cal-mag. She didn't respond soo she ended up in the yard waste can. Happens I guess. But to me I have too many things going on it wasn't worth the plant slot. I'm allowed 18 larger plants and some ungodly number of under 12" 's. Well the first vantage I harvested out is cured alittle and smokes real well. Now I'll be pulling a min of one plant a day for the next week to fill back up my stash jars. It doesn't stick around to long tho. Keepem Green All and I'll update soon
 
Well thought I'd do alittle update on what's been happening here. Weather has had acouple sunny days. Not much but you have to make the best out of them. Come on in the waters Great' and the weed's better;

OK enough of the one or two sunny days I've seen lately. I know I don't post much of my interior grows, but I hate the yellow tint on everything. But for the journal here's Vantage at like 46 days for this plant. I made a mistake of topping it to soon as I started it in flower. Sometimes if you don't let a branch get acouple leaf sets out the kind of dead head at the topping site. I strongly recommend anyone let some veg happen after you pinch before you flower. Sometimes it pan's out into something good like this Major 'Knot'. It's four tops growing together into a large bud, or s I call it a Knot;

She's turning orange in the hair department now. Crystals are milky turning atad amber. Myself I'm not harvesting but crystal color anymore. I never have in the past. I always wait till hairs are close to 3/4's of the way dead. This plant has hard as rock bud's. Or as me and mine say bud's of steel.
