Nice yeah this was stunted due to cold conditions... oops. It's been on 18 6 it a entire life. It may make it to 12 12 in 10 days but I'll need to check trics

Here we grow!!!! Another couple leaves removed from Gloria . 9 or 10 days from flip. Any longer and were gonna end up with more vertical growth than desired.

Abbie got some serious the downs late last night, but bounced back beautifully for her weak genes.
The clone is doing very well . Hoping I can take a mother cutting just after flip
And Ivy. Is spreading her roots I assume...
And lastly Goldie
Feeding strength as been between between 500 and 600 ppm. Tap water at 150 to 170 ppm. Cal mag added between 100 and 150 ppm. Part a 100 to 150 ppm and part B 100 to 150 ppm. A touch of rhino skin once a week and they will get mass boosters with some molasses here for the pre flower.
Hopefully I can order my drivers on Tuesday. And as soon as the new lights are operational, flip time baby! Time to make some nugs .

Cant wait for the flip, my favorite time.
Everyone seems to be enjoying their time in your tub! The open center of the scrog should catch up soon as it's gotta be loving light. Looks good from here

It's getting real over here shed! Should be flipping these suckers here 10 days..could be longer depending on when the drivers show up for the new lights . Alright everything is going swimmingly in the tub .
Just did some pretty heavy training on Gloria some branches are due for a change in course which is tough with her gurth...
I noticed that the spots I snipped fan leaves from are starting to stretch vertically, whereas the ones that I left are not.... Maybe I'm just seeing things . But I was wondering if anyone else had noticed this. (Remeber it's been years since my last grow).
Should have an update in a few hours just want to let Gloria to recover a little so the pictures look better .
On a side not it's amazing how much I fed Gloria yesterday and still saw no runoff that's 2 waterings now... no I'll effects to speak of, but she will get her own gallon of water tomorrow to be sure that thirsty gal doesn't get a salt build up .

I have a theory completely based on nothing but neurons firing in my head and completely biased by my belief that fans should rarely be removed:
Where you removed fans the plant needed to stretch to have room to produce the new ones it needs to generate sugars. Where you didn't, it's happy to just get ready for flower production. The real question will be which of these branches (if there is any difference) produce buds with the most weight! You just may end up with some taller branches than others
Yup i dnt like to remove fan leaves at all just stress the plant

I think it was a total of 4 or 5 that were blocking light to the center.... So I said screw it! Not too worried about height differences since I'm scrog but it will be interesting to see the effects. If all I did was slow down growth then I'm happy because I'm pretty sure I won't be able to tuck through the entire stretch. But who knows? It will be fun either way
Snid used to tell us to remove fans pointed towards the center of the plant and leave all fans pointed outwards.

Yes this is the method I have been using. The screen does most of the work I just Snip here and there where there was too much shade. Don't throw that shade my way.... bye Felicia!!!

Interesting. I may have been doing this subconsciously or something. I remove almost everything below the scrog. Above, I’m selective, but I defoliate quite a bit up to day 25 or so of flower. After that it’s mainly just to make light for the lowers. I try to do a lot of “tucking” rather than cutting depending on strain etc. Having said that, I like to keep fans on as much as I can.
I may be wrong, but I also think Hydro helps in respect to recovery faster. Just my educated opinion.

Sweet! Well I've noticed the clone not needing the same amount of misting today. I'm optimistic she's beginning to root! Tomorrow I will know for sure based on the growth or lack there of. I gave her a little syringe of pure pirhana down her stalk and added some into her runoff cup .
I was also able to remove the tub spout for increased area. I will also likely have to look at extending the watering ring.

Agreed. Hempy is only only slightly "more" hydro than coco alone, for example. But I do notice a next day recovery. Even after the FIM. I can't quite defol below the screen yet or if have no plant . But I will lollipop these babies in flower without a doubt also .

Well here we have it! Still on the come back from the training but already turning upward and onward!!!
