TheBlaze's Multi-Strain Grow In Coco & 600W HPS

UPDATE

Day 46 of 12/12. Roughly 24 days left for most of the plants.

PM is still present on some plants. So last night I just gave them calmag and bennies. Will leave them to dry out a little again, as the pots are getting a little heavy.

Aside from the PM, I am fairly happy with how they are progressing now. Don't think I will get my 500g, but will probably hit 400. That is ok. Will make a little money on the side, and enjoy the fruits of my labour. Then it's straight on to the next grow.

First 3 pics are in tent shots. The rest are all Superb OG. Wanted to highlight the EK's, but they are big and a mission to get out of the tent.

You don't trust your employees to do it for you? What you've described sounds miserable. I get my fiancee and brother to help me out, and then I always find excuses to leave the room for about 15 min at a time. :cheesygrinsmiley:
 
No i dont, not witj the sizes of some of the spaces i have. Of course I have people i trust more than others but Rooms average 20 or 30k each and people get tempted to steal when my eyes arent on them lol. Its a hard life :)
 
Didn't think about theft at all, but obviously that is a very real concern for you. Just one of those things a hobby grower doesn't think about, because that problem never presents itself. That is alot of money you are talking about. I will be happy if I get R30K, which equates to about $2500. LOL! I can't complain though. I'm doing what I enjoy, and it is more than paying for itself.
 
Nice looking flowers. Are you running a dehumidifier? I have a 70 watt one in the tent. No metal ducting in tent either this run since I switched to bare bulb. Good investment for $70 us.

No dehumidifier, although I have thought about getting one. We are approaching winter, and our winters are very dry. Humidity has already dropped significantly. Now hovering between 45 - 50%. It will drop more over the next few weeks.

Here in SA, the MMJ culture hasn't taken root properly. Plenty of people smoking pot, and I'm sure plenty of them use it for medicinal purposes (like myself) but it is not the same as where you guys are. I only sell to a handful of guys, and they just use it to get shitfaced. I would love to help someone out, but there is no network in place for something like that and if you're not cautious you will find yourself behind bars in a hurry. :wood:

I really don't understand the current governments backwards thinking when it comes to cannabis. Especially considering that cannabis has been a part of the native culture for centuries now. This is the ANC doing this. Not the puritanical afrikaaners from the previous regime. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. The rest of the world is moving forward and we're stuck with the bullshit laws put in place by an oppressive regime more than a 100 years ago.

That sucks dude.. Fucking assholes (sorry language peeps, needed) it's so much more than smoke, man. I don't get why small countries or countries with an economic problem wouldn't be jumping on the cannabis and hemp bandwagon and making many different industries out of the one product.. Now is the time...
 
They mention monsanto in the article, and the conspiracy that they are motivating the current government to do this so that heirloom corn crops are wiped out. Monsanto is starting to get a foothold here in SA as well now. Fucking scum of the earth. It wouldn't surprise me considering how corrupt this government is. Just need to grease the right palms, and there is no low they won't stoop to.

They should have to shower in Round-up every day of their lives to prove it has no ill effects!

The countries promoting these practices don't realize that this is an essential part of their economy and they are basically sentencing people to die of starvation.
 
One of the heads, I guess the Australian side of business, he has a farm down our way.. A mate live down the road.. When I first saw the farm, I asked my friend why that property down the road was on dry dead land but everything else around is wet and green. I couldn't work it out, looked like a desert farm on the middle of wetlands, bizarre.. He told me who it was, it's a great advertisement not to use that shit...

I can tell you without any doubt, that the government running this country, do not give 2 shits about the people or the economy. They are nothing more than parasites, and as far as I am concerned, what they are doing is treasonous. As long as they can line their pockets, they will continue to rape and pillage. They do not concern themselves with the consequences. They are like children at the dessert table. They will gorge themselves until they are sick. It makes me mad.

I got so wrapped up with Monsanto I almost forgot to mention your ladies. They look fantastic.. sorry I only got like 7 pages in or so and jumped to the end. Slow reader plus the wife wants to go out for dinner tonight.

Hey blaze plants are looking great btw. Its a shame SA isn't taking a more positive stance towards cannabis yet. But it looks like Zouma might start growing & supplying himself to pay back the money he spent on his big house...was it a bowling alley & cinema he needed lol!!

Did you hear about what that idiot did with the finance minister position? Hiring and firing, like he is appointing the local gardener. It is estimated that the country lost R500 billion in a just a few days because of that fiasco. The man is clinically retarded, and has absolutely no conscience whatsoever.
