TheBlaze's Multi-Strain Grow In Coco & 600W HPS

Thanks Miller! I appreciate the compliment bud, although your plants look amazing. So not sure about the "us mortals" part. LOL

Is Shigg also growing WR??

Looking nice mate.

Pro tip....

Stick with the 1litre daily or just enough that its ready again 24 hours later. Dont feed to run off regularly. once or twice a grow is enough. I only get run off at the start of my final flush. The plants love the oxygen in the root zone. As long as your feeds arent insanely hot they will thank you for it mate, tust me.

Thanks for the tip bud! I will do exactly that then. It makes it easier for me as well then.

Much appreciated.

no problem mate. you will def get more bud this way. I remember someone started a thread here once telling people to never allow coco to dry out. as u can probs imagine i had something to say about that lol.

As long as its not so dry that the plants droop its perfect. Coco is really airy, its my favourite medium. Little and often is way better than drowing the plants.

Your plants look fine. As long as you dont push ec too hard it will be perfect.

No, but he's killing it too. He put some powered sugar on his flowers before he took his shots. Ha, kidding. But you all are getting better every grow. It shows.

Cheers

I've seen your work, and the growers that flock to you when they need help, so I know your advice is legit and I will make sure to do as you say. I've already seen the benefits of letting the medium dry out a bit and not letting it get too damp.

Thanks again bud.

I was sure I was subbed to his journal but obviously not. Will have to go and have a look see.

It's great to have you here bud!

I look forward to your next update.

UPDATE

Day 41 of 12/12

I've got some PM on 2 plants. The Super Skunk and the untopped White Rhino. So I did some defol on them. Will have to read up on PM to formulate a plan of action. I know why it happened. I had the Super Skunk propped up on a wooden drawer. With all the runoff and high humidity issues, that drawer was mouldy under the pot. Only realised this last week. I replaced it with a plastic pot, but too late obviously. So... lesson #966... don't bring wood into the tent.

First 3 pics are in tent shots. The other 4 are of Super Skunk.

Did defol after I took these photos. Removed 3 lower branches on Skunk as well.

:passitleft::sorry:about the pm:passitleft:, humidity is a beast this year, half my energy is being consumed by a dehuey trying to pull it from the air. I use an organic rated spray for the wood I put in my tent. Its a natural fungacide and can be mixed and sprayed from a 1 gallon mister or even smaller, which most gardeners have already. To be clear its a wood treatment not a plant application. I know you already fixed and its not a sponser but pm if you are curious about it, its great for all sorts of applications . :goodluck:

They are looking bomb, great work brother. :cheertwo: You're crushing it, you can see the extra shine they took on since drying out.

Living near the ocean, the RH is often high, an mold is always lurking. I've been mold free since pulling all leaf/bud growth on the lower 1/3, and keeping extra circulation fans going around the base of the plants. Even in high 70+ RH conditions. :wood: Just have to keep everything in there moving at all times. Humidity can be higher down low and around the medium, so those lower sites can become incubators for mold, and then stepping stones thereafter. I also occasionally use Thyme based natural fungicide to spray around the grow, tent, floors, and venting. I will even spray the outside of the fabric pots and top of the soil if high RH is persistent.

Regardless of a few PM spots man, you're going to have a helluva harvest, and the quality is looking top notch. :circle-of-love:

Thanks brother. I'm a bit stoned now, so thinking properly is proving difficult.

Just did a defol on all plants. Just a few leaves I spotted with some pm spots. RH has finally dropped below 50% as well. Still trying to find a fan though.

I will be using the budwashing technique come harvest time. I think it is necessary with all the issues I've had.

4 weeks left for most. Lets hope those buds double in size in that time. They should if I can keep them happy.

Those last shots are crazy. Once those stocks fill out you'll pull lots of crazy good meds.

Cheers

Thanks bud. Im fairly happy with all the plants in the tent. My favourites are still the WR's and the superb og. If I had a tent full of those 2 strains, I would be a happy man.

I think the biggest yielder might be the tall exodus kush. It gets the least light because it's too tall to be directly under the 600w. So has to stay at the back of the tent. Still, it's building some big buds. I have a feeling that plant is going to be impressive in the next 2 weeks.

UPDATE

Day 43 of 12/12. About 4 weeks left for most of the plants.

Today the focus is on the topped White Rhino. Very similar in structure to the other white rhino, although it was always a bit bigger than the other plant. It's main colas aren't as thick as the single untopped cola of the other WR, but that is to be expected. Also, the other one is a bit frostier as well. Not sure if that is because it wasn't topped. They both smell the same as well. That thick, oily smell. Extreme dank.

First 3 pics are in tent shots. The rest are all of the topped WR.

That last shot is a beautiful one. Awesome job on the garden. PH and nutes seem to be on point for this grow.

Cheers

Hey Blaze, I'm all caught up and super impressed my friend. Unbelievably beautiful plants. I knew it from the beginning these were going to be stellar. Can't wait for the chop and some smoke reports. Keep it rockin brother!

Thanks mate. I'm getting some burnt tips now, but that is how I like it. So no problem there.

I need to highlight the 2 EK's next, but it's going to be a mission getting them out of the tent.
