Enthusiasm and excitement don't spend at the store. I could do with a little more pockets and a little less passion haha. It's just been a lot of delays on when funding is coming through. If I was more patient it would be less of a problem. I tried to increase production before I had the stream to support it.

The biggest ouch is that I'm still waiting for them to do paperwork for my card. That was part of the deal they pay to get me legal. Now they wanna wait till the November ballot and possibly not renew their patient cards. So it leaves me stuck in the parking lot and blocked from most of the industry or atleast with no experience to verify.
 
Yeah my scenario was assuming they both had deep pockets. It doesnt seem like your asking for the world though. They should live up to their end of the deal for sure. My buddy out in cali has been screwed over soooo many times by empty promises. Gotta get that shit in writing. But if your operating in a gray area or even illegally its far more difficult.

Again back to saving and doing it yourself. It can be done and most always it's worth it.
 
It is what it is at this point. Bought a bunch of lights and a couple tents can't complain about that. And the repayment plan is f'ing killer. I have a year after this harvest to return the investment in product.

Yep it is official! Even had to sign a non compete.... man I'm so overrun with joy and excitement! But also still sad cause the wife leaves for a week tonight.

There is some other great opprotunity in the works for me but I'm not sure I want to post about it. Becauae just signed all these contracts so I dont feel at liberty to discuss it. Or at least just want to err on the safe side. But I can say it is not uncommon at all for the "temps" to be recruited by companies we do work for, so long as it's not shady backhanded closed door stuff. Many of the industry pros here are all friends as it is a small community so they just want transparency and not to feel like they are having their employees poached. All I know is it is so much more pleasant than the viscous and cruel ways of the lower 48s canna dealings. Apparently the awesomeness of our Alaskan community at large is just even more awesome in the industry.


I also found out from the wife she will not be allowed to my place of work as it is "blacklisted" lmao... they equate my place of work with the cartel run towns of mexico lmfao!!!! I mean obviously military cant smoke but it's funny they cant even step foot on company property. I hope the holiday party isnt at the office :rolleyes::p.

Okay lastly @Amy Gardner I'm a scorpio. Not sure what that means, but I feel like the description typically matches my personality. Now, I'm not a horoscope person by any means but I think it's fun and interesting to read every so often!

It's just crazy to think I finally did it. I set out to accomplish this goal 2 years ago and I made it! I wont stop here. I spent some time last night helping put ideas and designs together with one of the hightimes cannabis cup sponsors. And next year not only do I want to attend, but enter the cup. That title on my resume would say it all. And I dont mean a win, but just to enter is a big deal.

Well I've gotta get.the house cleaned up. Bitter sweet day today. Sure gonna miss the ol lady! (Young lady? Shes younger than I lol).

Yeah I know nothing about what I signed.... no jk I read it about 1000 times. But I have a non disclosure so probably shouldn't have said anything? Oops no she explained it it sounds more honestly to prevent an employee from leaving and starting the exact same buisness they have kind of a deal.

Yeah I have no clue. But really the direction I want to head isnt conflicting at all with this company. They also provide hiring services and I have a feeling if I do make a transition at any point it will be less of me and more of the 2 owners (and friends) saying okay they're better fit for you and have more opprotunity at your location. Honestly, They want us to move up and go places in the industry, infact their company is kinda set up to do just that. Again I'm not worried. I'm going to just tell the owner everything once I see her again. I made mention of it today, so it shouldn't come as a surprise.

Yeah that's the mosca white widow. It hasnt done much until late. Not overly abundant resin glands like I had hoped. It definitely is doing better late than it was early in flower, but the coloring is kinda fun

Haha have fun with that. Hopefully it's more affordable up there than it is here. I can either work to pay for day-care or stay home with the kids. An opportunity like that is what it takes to make it worth it. :thumb:
