Hey Baron garden looks amazing.
How are the girls outside?
We have snow here.
The roof of the greenhouse is covered.
I have an auto outside in the snow, can't wait to see her today.
Hope everything is going well Amigo.
Take care.

Can't beat that.Good day William!
The outdoor girls are still holding on, but it looks like the end is definately coming...sub zero temps at night will have me chopping soon.
That being said, they have made it about 90 percent of the way.
Can't beat that.
Did you see my fruit Punch Auto?
Or the rest of the girls this morning?
Have a great day Baron.

Good morning Scott, sorry about your issue.Hi Bill!
Does frost kill mold?
Been spraying mine with citric acid a few times, keeps coming back. Dish soap is dove, being green and all but I have a small syringe so 1.5 ml is 1.5 ml.
First time dealing with PM and not agreeable.
So what did you do with those plants?
Cheers
Hi Bill!Good morning Scott, sorry about your issue.
How long do you have left?
It may be different in a tent but I never got rid of it.
I spent 2 weeks spraying with citric acid an Sierra Natural Science.
If I had of chopped right away instead of screwing around I'd have doubled my 4 pounds.
But I lost the top of most of the girls.
What I found was the spray didn't get into the center and the hyphae still survived.
I had to dump a lot.
Citric acid is supposed to kill it.
Vinegar any acids.
You can't see inside until you break the bud open.
But you virtually need to dunk her in a tub to guarantee you got the acid into the interior. .
Spray the absolute hell out of them, or if your close enough I'd chop.
It's not to be taken lightly.
Sorry I don't have good news.
Take care.

Don't get complacent , it's no joke.Hi Bill!
I am 8 weeks into flower, for a 10-12.
Not too terrible but still there. Seen impovements. Just soaked them well before lights out.
Sorry about YOUR issues. Losing tops hurt.
So far, I don't see any in the buds. Will be keeping my eye on it, thanks.
Keep up the good work.
Cheers!
Hiya Bill! Hope all is groovy.Don't get complacent , it's no joke.

I wait until the buds are 66ish before I jar them.Hiya Bill! Hope all is groovy.
2 days after drench. Still have a bit5 to deal with but crisis over I believe.
BTW Bill. What in your opinion is the best RH to know when your jars/bags are cured?
Cheers!
Groovy! My grove bags are doing it slowly and are supposed to maimtain them 58-62 RH. I bagged, as suggested, between 65 and 75. The higher ones I burp now and again, though they advertise that it isn't needed. I just had to insure the cure before they dried and 4 pounds kinda got me freaking out a little.I wait until the buds are 66ish before I jar them.
Then burp 2x a day first week.
Then once a day until I get to 62rh.
If they are a little slow I leave the lid off for a couple hrs.
But I aim for 62% before I do anything else with them.
Glad you got it under control.
Take care.

For my 2 cents, when I quadline or more usually hexline, I do so with keeping the plants in veg for 3 or 4 months. I find that topping the plant is more helpful in controlling the growth for a wide canopy that reaches 3 or 4 feet. When I have tried to do the same without topping, just using LST, I find the plant much harder to control. In the clip you posted, the plant is relatively small and much easier to manage for a non topping approach. For my growing I feel there is very little time lost from a single topping. This guy talks about training the plants really early to get a quadlining effect without ever having to top. Since I haven't grown in ages I kind of want to ask, every time you top a plant how much times does it take for the plant to heal from that. How much longer does it add to the veg stage? Essentially what's the fastest way to get a wide canopy without having to lengthen the veg process?
What's nice about quadlining is that it's way simpler looking heh.

I agree, Stunger. My Cafe Racer grew like a beotch in heat last summer. If I didn't top them ahter 3 months they would have surpassed 10 feet and would have never survived the heavy rains that mother nature gives us in August. For my 2 cents, when I quadline or more usually hexline, I do so with keeping the plants in veg for 3 or 4 months. With a quadline you're going to only top it once while it is still small (just above the 4th node) so you don't set it back much and, as Stunger said, it's easier to get a very balance plant quickly that way. This guy talks about training the plants really early to get a quadlining effect without ever having to top. I only veg for roughly 4 weeks which is enough time to get the four main branches established with multiple side branching off of each.
That's the beauty of the quad. It's faster to get to flip than many other training methods and produces nicely balanced and highly productive plants.

Yes, outside, this is my grow today. These have been topped just the one time, then trained out in Quadlining style except they've been hexlined.Thank you guys! Good to know that a minimal topping approach won't affect veg time.
I have to ask... what's up with 3-4 months for veg? Do you grow outside?
Hi Azi and everyone. I just started some Autos for the first time and was wondering if they can also be quaded due to the shorter veg and bloom time. My two strains are 8-9 and 9-10 weeks seed to harvest. With a quadline you're going to only top it once while it is still small (just above the 4th node) so you don't set it back much and, as Stunger said, it's easier to get a very balance plant quickly that way.

@Jon regularly tops and trains his autos, though he doesn't do quadlining specifically. Maybe he can chime in with the specific caveats for autos.Hi Azi and everyone.
