The Perpetual Healing Garden - SweetSue's Joyful Return

One word: hydro. I don't do this to work my ass off. And I don't like bugs. :yikes:
Merry Christmas. :xmas: To you and everyone.
Peace, Hyena

Flush, drench, soil pests, does it need water, does it have too much water, is my soil depleated, runoff, how much, what's the pH, etc........It all sounds like a lot of work to me. I just squirt some liquid stuff into water and pour it in a bucket. Once a week I swap it all out. Yeppers, dwc is the way to go.... for me anyways. :)

Good morning and a very Merry Christmas to ya Sue. Have a great day in your world with your people. Sending lots of good vibes and a bucket of smiles to go around. Cheers to ya my friend and thankyou , for all you do and all that you are!! :circle-of-love::hugs::hugs:

Good morning Duggan. Sweet words to greet this miraculous day. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. :hugs::hugs:

Have a sparkly day filled with loving. :circle-of-love:

Can it be said often enough???

Merry Christmas everyone

Community alert: a chance to lend a helping hand

jamesleemc, one of our family here, recently returned home to find that sanctuary violated by thieves. They cleaned him out, including all 14 plants, lights, equipment..... Every one of us reading that shuddered.

He's started a thread asking for any used equipment and supplies that might be able to find their way to him. I'm posting the link, but know that there are no directives other than a desire to help a member hurting in any way you feel compelled to respond. A kind word of encouragement can be every bit as valuable as a ballast when you've been slighted like this in life.

If nothing else, stop and let him know your positive intentions are bolstering him as he waits to see what wonder the universe holds in store for him next. Shall we surprise him? :battingeyelashes:

Damn! Sounds like what I was looking for when I stumbled in the front gate. You're gonna tempt me to learn to do hydro correctly!! :laughtwo: Nope! The next year is all about focus, and that focus is going to be all about Doc's system of growing the tastiest buds with so little effort it's almost magical.

I sure am easily distracted, aren't I? :laughtwo: SQUIRREL!!!

Spiritual got kicked to the wayside. Speed in plant form won the battle this morning. Time to jump in the shower and wait for the Dark Devil to hit full force. :yahoo: Merry Christmas to me!!!

This is the tray I use to bake the buds in the super decarb. I don't always clean it out between batches. I tossed it in the freezer with the Train Wreck Auto buds I decarbed last night. I freeze them for an hour after baking. It's my hope, despite evidence that would suggest otherwise, that I'm retaining some terpenes and flavinoids. In the methods I use for processing this may be true. For CCO it's a futility I need to come to grips with, but then this is me I'm talking about. I'll continue to believe in the impossible because it feels better to me than the alternative. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Then one day we'll turn around and discover my good feeling was right. :laughtwo:

Back to my meandering story. Lol! The baking pan was looking messy after I'd carefully removed the teeny-tiny buds and gently placed them back in their jar. I got to thinking of all the trichomes that had probably been knocked off in the freezing, all that oil from those last three batches that'd been going through the baking and freezing and baking and freezing and ...... you get the picture. :cheesygrinsmiley:

So I scraped it.

And I smoked the two hits of residue I scrapped off.

Yeah........... All I can do is laugh. :laughtwo:

I certainly hope your Christmas is as delightful as mine. :hugs:

Coffee. This speedy woman needs coffee! :laughtwo: I hear you. Lol!

I still live alone, and this is great fun. Haha. My next husband is going to loooove these brownies. :laughtwo:

I just looked in the mirror and wondered when was the last time the whites of my eyes were actually white? Lol! Oh wait! I know that. Last Feb 3rd, when I came home from Phoenix. Hahaha!

I couldn't torture Carn1:6 any longer. I moved her into the flowering shelf with the rest of the bathroom clones.

Let's see what difference some actual energy will make.

She was working so hard at being cute enough. Look at these darling leaves she's throwing off. And trying so hard to bloom with her neighbors.

The rest of the clones are looking sweet. :slide:

I think she's happier. :battingeyelashes:

I'm still working on the art of planning ahead. Part of my challenge is my determination to complicate my life with so many options running simultaneously. :laughtwo: Before I let myself get lost in the beauty of one of my on-hand strains (I'm thinking Train Wreck again :slide: ) I took the time to get a handle on upcoming drenches and foliars for my varied cast of characters.

The sheet on the left was my latest lesson on why Susan puts liquids on the table, and not the floor. :laughtwo:

Work's done. Time to play. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Happy Holidays Everyone!

Good on you Sue for trying to plan ahead! It's easy to figure flowering times and harvest dates... watering schedules and everything are a breeze if you can hone in into a written schedule. Then before you know it all of your calendars and schedules fade into a few notes and you are doing everything just on intuition...till you get some mites...

...Or at least that what I am dreaming...

Merry Christmas Susan!:circle-of-love:

Merry Christmas Jimmie. :hugs:

Haha! Mites have changed my schedules a little. I'm trying to learn to at least not find myself at 4PM on a busy day saying "Shit! I forgot they needed Brixed AGAIN!" That part's getting old. Paying closer attention to what's anticipated may counter this tendency. It's taken me over two years to begin to notice things like how long a typical pot will hold water during different growing stages.

Whoa! That came out of nowhere! :laughtwo: I better be careful or I'll start sounding like I know what I'm doing. Lol!

Happy Christmas Sue! Sounds like you had a great day! Brownies for everyone!!

Bumble's Humble Hive! It's Alive

Peaceful blazing

Happy Christmas Bumble. :hugs:  I did have a great day. All tuckered out and headed to bed early. I'm glad I was still up to catch you buzzing by. My best to the wife.
