The Mars Hydro FC-E4800 Sponsored Grow Journal: 3 Classic Strains In Soil

Lmaoo. In memory of Dave

Anyway seedlings looking super! :) youre about a week ahead of me.
Whats your plan for these plants? Remember they were photos right? Are we going to see some long ass vegging, main-lining, scrogging?
Thanks mate.
Nothing special on these ladies; a little bit LST and a I will flip when I'm happy with the shape and size. Once I find the right plant that helps with the wife's ailments, then i will grow big. So for now, I'm still on the hunt and little plants are more than enough to keep us going..

Thanks mate.

Oh remember u mentioned about that earlier. May I ask what kind of ailments? And have you tried to grow CBD or CBD hybrids?

Hi mate, yeah, we started off growing high CBD plants, but it didnt really hit the spot. We found higher THC plants were good for the pain.
Her ailments, where do i start:hmmmm:

She had a condition called hip dysplasia that caused unreal pain, that is why she is on the opiates.. She has now had the operation to fix it, that's called a periacetabular osteotomy, look it up, its brutal; but the pain is actually worse after the op.
Plus, she has an autoimmune disease which is attacking all her joints with arthritis.
This was caused by a spider bite 10 years ago, which also brought on ME or chronic fatigue syndrome. She's went from being able to swim 3 mile a day, even though she was in pain, to not being able to get down the stairs at all.. She's basically bed bound.. but the cannabis gives her mobility, enough to where she can use the shower unaided. She did get given medical cannabis 8 years ago, through a private pain clinic, but all it did was switch her off into couch lock.
So it wasn't any better than the opiates..
I believe, being on tramadol for 20 years is part of the reason she isn't healing, so that's why I decided to start looking for the perfect plant.
We actually got some street weed years ago, that gave her energy, pain free mobility, but we did not know what strain it was.. so my search continues.

My heart breaks for her Squig. Since the first time I heard her story, this comment just hit me though. God bless the both of you and the hunt to make her better

Thank you Krissi. It's been a tough ride, but I'm determined to fix her. All the doctors do is increase the pain killers, which just switches her mind off.
But when she's had some home grown, the spark is back in her eyes and she is laughing and joking on. It lifts her mood; but the doctors answer to the low mood, is to just prescribe more anti depressants..
Thanks again for the concern mate, really appreciated it

Ah shittt. That must be exhausting and…painful…
And for sure youre the real MAN. Not too many would actually worry and take care of their wives as you do! Huge respect.

I’ve been hooked up on opioids bout 5 to 6 years total in my life. And I do for sure know how it feels when for example having high enough tolerance on tramadol. Could pop like 2g and that wont fix u and not to even mention if you have real pains.
Synthetic or opioids generally are the devil. First it helps for sure, but it is a fast snowball effect.

Stay strong Paul and greetings to her. Hopefully you find a perfect strain for her so maybe one day she could ditch the pills! :)

Oh and PS.. The last round I grew those photo NL’s, u remember right?
I’m not sure which seed bank/brand they were from. But I found out that NL pheno were srsly the best ever for sleeping problems(anxiety) and helps me time to time when I’m suffering from migraines.
So Northern Lights definiely has a LOTS OF medical help. Not a surprise since the strain is 95% indica.
Don’t want to raise too many hopes, at least yet. But I feel like if u ripen NL long enough, that brings up the medical-side even better.
I flowered pheno#3 in total bout 10 and half weeks. Can’t just find the scoped tric pic before the harvest where the trichomes were like +90% amber.
But this one is from flowering week 8 and you can see the trics are mostly milky with amberish hue. (That scope sucks ik..)
So my advice for NL would be; ripen them long as you can, and that possibly brings out even better the medical part of it.

Beautiful little girls
Thanks, it's all down to the FC-E4800. It's awesome.. I'm really impressed at how cold it runs. My last light was a 450 watt light and at 25 % It raised the temperatures in the tent to nearly 30°C. Your light puts out no heat at all.. I love it :cheesygrinsmiley::love:
Looking good, Squiggle!
Sorry for the late reply mate, I really thought I had replied..this sour diesel is a real memory cleaner., so I blame the smoke.. cheers anyway man. Appreciate it
Huge respect
That means alot mate, thank you

Sorry to hear you've danced with the devil too.. I appreciate you taking the time to write that last post. Thanks mate:green_heart:

Howdy do folks, how's it growing with you lot?

I've gave up on the Jack Herer seeds. I've had the last of the 5 seeds soaking for 3 days and it's a dud..
So, I've decided to pop a Blue Berry Photo, a Pineapple gum Auto and a Moby Dick auto.

The Autos will be under the @Mars Hydro FC-E4800 with the Photos.. im going to veg the Photos as long as it takes for the autos to mature.. I'm hoping I have enough room in the tent, but I definitely have enough light :cheesygrinsmiley:

if everything gets out of control, I will just put the Autos on a 12/12 when I flip the others. I grew my last white widow auto on 12/12 and I got 56 gram off it, which is more than enough for us..
Anyway, the girls are still at 25@ 14000 lux. I will be cranking up the power next week..

Anyway, here is the Alcapulco gold

Seedling and whole germination is the real pain in the arse
I believe every part of growing can be a pain. Is it ever trouble free? I always run into issues somewhere along the line. Some of the folks on here make it look sooooo easy.. and I'm like :lot-o-toke:
