The Legion Of Doob: Perpetual Chaos

I prefer more complex orchestral music. I want to see Andre Rieu again. I do like most music, except Hip Hop, and Rap. Those do nothing for me. the Stones and Queen have some pretty amazing numbers. I loved the vocals of Shanana. Some music such as modern opera just doesn't lend itself well to a stoned audience.

My favorite orchestral music is Holst, Planets... I love all of it, but Mars Bringer of War is something special
 
I listen to just about everything. I saw Rush and Pink Floyd. Pink Floyd I did drop acid and drank about a case of beer, then spent the second half of the concert looking for my lost friend. Was still a great time. Ahh the good ole days.

I used to go to concerts a lot, I guess as I got older the crowds started to bug me more. I mostly grew up on “classic rock”, reggae, and heavy metal. Now I mostly listen to old folk and country.

Tabs for sure at the 95 show. I've seen Dave and Roger on their various solo tours but only ever once as Floyd and Roger was already gone for the Division Bell Tour.

Waters keeps touring on The Wall. I took my wife to see it at the Coliseum the last go round of that tour. I went to see his solo show at the Staples Center a couple years back, "Us & Them."

My favorite show was The Grateful Dead at Carson. It was a Playing in The Field show. The first day we never made it past the parking lot. All kinds of goodies. Second day was more fun out front, oh yeah the Dead played also.

I've seen The Dead a coupla times and got miracled on my second ticket I believe it was. I puddled up for the first time and saw the sound, amazing.

Best Show I've been to so far? Desert Trip in Southern California. They put that shit up in my backyard ya damn right I went! Awesome line up with Roger Waters up very last.

So many shows missed. I think the last show I saw was Flock of Seagulls at Baby Rock. That's right Doob Flock of Seagulls. Maybe country isnt so bad

We ended up with a small cache of acid from the dead show. It was Summertime, I just finished up high school. My roommate and I dropped and hoped into his Samurai and went to Thousand Steps beach for the day. The waves were way too big to play with but I ended up going swimming. I figured I could always swim underneath waves as they show up. I get to a sand bar and the water is only 10 inches deep, no room to swim. Then a set rolls in. I could never get back to the beach, I had to try to get underneath it before it broke. I didnt make it. It wasnt too bad i wound up in some rocks but i was fine. I always say my favorite day (this day) and my least favorite both happened on acid. Sounds pretty pathetic, and it is, but it doesnt change a thing
 
My craziest acid trip was me and a buddy sitting on his garage roof watching a lighting storm. I’ll never forget that night!

Purple Iguana and/ or Triple Dipped Jesus Christ. Both on paper and some great visuals too! My girlfriend drove us around one night and I watched the trees bleed past the windows, just smears of reality and every car on the road was a cop...

We either had Blue Unicorn or just a white blotter.
It's funny. Where I grew up acid was second only to heroin. I moved to Orange County and the place was crawling with it. So I would bring some with when I went home.

I graduated in 90. I left Orange County and went home. When I went back to visit friends in the OC they were all into speed. Everyone. It was awful.
