The Joy Of Growing - SweetSue Goes Perpetual

I'm taking some pictures to post later, but I'm doing Callanetics first today. I keep putting it off and it's been a week again. After Callanetics I'll get to the updates, but this picture of the oldest Dark Devil Auto...... Well, it refused to wait. :battingeyelashes:

She'll be getting her first CAT in about 10 days or so, and she's already covering herself with trichomes. Got some nice shots of her to share later.

Since I'm here, let me take this opportunity to encourage you to fill your day with the wonder of joyful expression. Don't just smile, laugh right out loud. Don't settle for shaking hands when a good hug will do the job better. Stop him/her in his/her tracks today and ask "Have I told you lately how much I love you?" Do it for me. I miss that more than words can express, so celebrate your gift of having that loved one by your side.

I'm going to give myself the gift of a body-sculpting and tune-up session. Gotta keep that trophy wife thing going. Someday. :battingeyelashes:

Her schedule, like almost everyone else's, is Energy drench next and right into the CAT drenches and the home run. This one will probably finish before the end of the month, but you never know.

Auto Jock Horror x Auto Amnesia (Day 34)

Just couldn't resist her sweet little perfect self. :laughtwo:

Great colors and sugar Sue. I can see why you enjoy her so much. Even as a Bonza she has very thick buds with a pretty structure. About 50 of these on a set of multi level curved shelves around a vertical 1000hps would be a neat thing to see.

You should smoke it sometime ShiggityFlip. I'm obsessed with the strain myself, hence the community grow thread.

Someone needs to step up to the plate and start a community grow thread for the blueberry strains. I keep hearing deep longings for such a thread. It doesn't take as much time to maintain as you'd think and the sense of community it inspires is a beautiful thing to be a part of. I thought it was time for a little push, since all that longing is tearing me up. I'll be watching to see who finally takes action on the call.

And Shiggity - a man after my own heart. You got my blood singing with that vision. Not fair! :laughtwo:

WOW Sue that is a dandy there and I literally just discovered this strain not but a few minutes ago over on Mr Am4zins journal. K I know this is gonna sound totally weird, but being who is writing it, maybe it won't. Your Dark Devil is perfect and spotless and simply stunning to say the very least. One of the things I am most attracted to by the MJ plant is the variety of colors the flowers have and how they mix in with my eyes. That being said Mr Am4zins Dark Devil has yellowed leaves and does not looks near as healthy as yours but for some strange reason I find his more compelling. Is that weird? To find a unhealthier plant more attractive then a healthy vibrant one? I just do not know what it is, perhaps it is the yellowing that makes the flowers themselves appear to be more brilliant then they already are. Sorry babbling again :loopy:
Going to have to start looking for that strain to grow myself.

Daily Update: Perpetual Tent - Week 18, Day 1

Sunday is a maintenance-free zone. :laughtwo: The only thing I did was to give everyone a 1/4 turn.

Let's see what's left to explore.

That Desert Rose is getting ready to treat us all to a sweet bloom display.

Treat yourself to a stroll through the community thread. BB's specimens will knock your socks off. I have the three growing and two look like the tiny one (the other is much larger, in the back of the tent). This one is the lankier pheno, but stunted by the limited soil volume and light scheduling.

They're great fun to grow. I know what you mean about his specimen showing the deficiency in th leaves. It results in a stunning display because he's also got the beautiful blue coloration in the flowers.

When you get seeds, please join us in the community thread. It runs continuously, so anyone can join at any time.

Oye, make me feel bad. I have two strains going right now, both 50% blueberry. But their journals are not follow along style.

No need to feel bad. The person meant to start this thread will eventually do so. The call just needed to go out.

Morning Sue. Happy Trees.

Good morning mon ami. Sorry I missed you. I got real popular this morning and I'm still trying to get into the shower. The Phoenix family is getting excited about my homecoming. I'm feeling very special right about now.

Thanks, they are happy, aren't they? They get all the love dumped on them, and they've been good about absorbing the excess. Yours look pretty happy too. Have a wonderful day among the green and frosty. Make them sing to the lights Baby. :battingeyelashes:

It's such a warm feeling to know that I have brownies for the next two days (counting today) and enough dried to bake the next batch, with more coming down within days. Staying ahead. It's a good thing.
