Sweet Sue your photos are looking sweet indeed. There are several iPhone tripod mounts available online to help you get the photos you seek. Hope you had a great day.

I should look into it. I'm like Canna though, I have this one here and by God, there must be a way to make it work. Haha!

Not a bad idea for a Christmas present to myself. Or a nice idea if someone asks.

I think it's an excellent idea. Thanks Happy Hemper.

Daily Update: Perpetual Tent - Week 17, Day 7

The only thing I did with them other than photograph was to adjust the restraint on AJH x AA. A quiet day in the tent.

Shall we stroll? Forgive the black boarders on these photos. Who knows what that was all about? New phone. :laughtwo:

Dark Devil Auto (Day 60) She's showing signs of beginning the fade. Almost time to get her a CAT drench. I could push it this next drench, since her last was an Energy and she's full on flowering. Decided. First CAT this week.

These leaves fascinate me. They're almost primitive looking. Unlike any of the other DDA specimens I've grown so far.

The Tiny Pots.

Auto Jock Horror x Auto Amnesia (Day 33) Look at her adapt. What a beauty. :laughtwo:

image58.png

I moved the littlest DDA further into the pack. She instantly perked up. Really, it was remarkable. See how even her bottom leaves started to stand out? That happened right after I slipped her into a slot with everyone else.

The colas on the Unknown Seed are amazing! The branches are beginning to show weight stress. We still have a ways to go, so I'll be thinking about creative ways to prop her up while she finishes.

image60.png

A comparison shot of the Afghani blossoms next to one of those monster blossoms climbing up the branches of Carnival. :laughtwo: The tiny one to the upper left is the Afghani, if that wasn't obvious. :battingeyelashes:

image61.png

That drew my eye to what's going on down one of those branches.

image62.png

Oh yeah! :slide: :laughtwo:

image63.png

She's maintained a beautiful canopy all this time. Look at how level it is! She barely stretched after I flipped her, I think less than two inches. She's packing it onto those shorter branches though and I think they're going to be weighty in the end. Her branches are strong and sturdy. I might not need to support her, since she stayed stocky.

image64.png

One last look before I close it up. Not bad for an old woman. :battingeyelashes:

image65.png

That's all I got for the day guys. Made it Before midnight tonight. LOL! :woohoo: Now I can get that body sculpting Callanetics session in. Ahhhh.... A good day all around. My body's going to feel so good after this. I'll catch you later in the yards.

:ciao: :green_heart:

Totally forgot I needed more brownies for tomorrow.

The New Year's Bag Seed is borderline dry, but it's up to bat anyway. Eight grams going in to decarbed now. In 30 minutes I'll mix the brownies. Sweet looking buds, eh? Sticky things. :battingeyelashes:

Soon the place will smell of baking cannabis. Mmmmm....... This is a mouth-watering process from start to finish. :laughtwo:

I reckon I can see some amber in the shots of the Nebula and Delahaze.... Is that a bad thing?
Everything looks great as usual Sue.. I never though so many females in one apartment could get along so well...

The more amber trichomes the more likely to lose the cerebral high I'm shooting for. My personal preference is for almost entirely cloudy. I'm looking for zippy and motivated at all times. :battingeyelashes:

Thank you for the compliment. We respect each other and try not to get into each other's personal space too often. LOL!

I decided to forego Callanetics and try out some of the decarbed. Problem is, I keep getting distracted by conversations and then before I know it, another hour is gone since the last hit. :laughtwo:

I must admit, I'm feeling good. I'm going to smoke until 3 and then see if I can write about it.

Smells divine in here!

That's cool.. Sorry for being sexist but it was an easy joke..!
There is definitely amber trichs in a couple of those photos.. I like lots of amber on mine. Me likes me couch on days off... I assume you are aware but I'm also aware you like the "up" high in your weed..thought a warning was in order just in case..

Smoke Report : New Year's Bag Seed

I'm trying to remember how many hits I got in, because somewhere around the sixth hit I became the music and it was Al Green doing "Love and Happiness" and it became very kinetic. But it's three o'clock in the morning, coincidentally, the same time Al's singing about in my ear right now. Yeah, I threw it back on 'cause it makes me happy. :laughtwo:

Sorry, you lost me again. Whew! At three in the morning I can't dance with abandon because old floors are noisy. Being confined to sitting on the rubber mat in front of the barre turns out to be perfectly suited to dancing closer to the floor. One can get a lot of movement into a small space if you focus. LOL!

Yeah, this one's a keeper, and I think I have a few dozen seeds. It's a happy, bubbly high. I'm looking forward to the brownies. :battingeyelashes:

A clean, smooth smoke. I was expecting harsher, though thinking back to New Year's, I saved these seeds because they were from standout bag weed. So it's a smooth smoke and a quick high. It got me there in about four hits (you've seen those tiny things I call hits) and from there on it was just the challenge to try to keep going. I probably topped off at 8 hits somewhere in the middle of dancing through Grover Washington Jr's "Just The Two of Us" and realized it was after three.

On a scale of 1-10 this one's up around 7 and will probably be better as brownies and definately will improve with a cure. I saved the top of the cola to set aside to cure. I should be able to do that at this point. I have many plants coming down. My brain wants to get back to dancing. Let me finish.

The ash is reasonably light gray to white. It'll change to white as it cures.

image2804.jpeg

Taste - hold on, let me take a bigger one and see.........too small. Let me try again............All I taste is a whisp of grassy. Interestingly, what I thought of when I asked myself "What does this taste like?" was "Clean". The smoothness of the hit reminded me instantly of the Auto Jack Herer I recently harvested.

Smooth hit, clean taste at this early stage, quick hitting, happy buzz. What's not to like? I'll enjoy it for Dale. That's what he'd have expected. :battingeyelashes:  I'm going back to dancing on my knees. Callanetics has made me very limber and my body is enjoying the fluid movement this buzz is inspiring. That suggests it's really good at relaxation, wouldn't you think?

It's bag seed though, so the smoke report is useless except for entertainment value. Hope it entertained. LOL! I'm going back to the music. Al thinks we should stay together. :slide:

It took me 45 minutes to type this. I am blitzed. I just read this and cannot believe I pulled that off.

:ciao:

I love that set up, and them baked goods! Looking tasty

Welcome BpoBrad. That was in my warmest voice Brad. :battingeyelashes:  I've followed you around on a couple of my favorite journals today and how pleased am I that you'd choose to visit us? You caught me in the throes of a serious Sativa high, which makes me dangerously friendly. Have a seat. Pass to the left. Somebody will be there.

This has made me laugh about six time ps as I skimmed past it looking for something else. You're such a hoot! :laughtwo:

I'm going to purchase a cabinet unit that's about 2' deep, haven't decided on width yet, but I want 7' high. I have a wall in the living room where it will sit very discreetly, right next to a window that I can vent through. I believe that will be a space more "me", if you can understand that. The challenges of filling a 4x4 tent are for those who grow big girls in big pots. I'm more drawn to the small taster grow, but I still want to be able to grow two larger specimens. I have a cancer patient I'll be growing for when I return - I'll be meeting him today, as a matter of fact. I'm getting ready to enter an entirely new realm of growing.

I run a 2x4 cabinet for veg and 2x6 cabinet for bloom works great.
Details in my cabinet build thread in my signature. Check it out for ideas for yours.

Thanks for being so kind, I've been peeping this thread for some time and finally decided to pop up. Plus seeing your post elsewhere Sue I can tell your one of the kindest contributors this site has, looking forward to meeting new people seeing new things, and building relationships in this great community. :thanks:

Oh and thanks for the rep points I really appreciated that!

Cheap wooden skewers from the dollar store or grocery stores work great for propping up shorter stems, or tape a couple tightly together for longer stems and use a twist tie or pipe cleaner.

Just a thought.....

Good Sunday Morning to you Sue, and all!

I'm making brownies today, my envy of seeing all you fine folks enjoying them while I drool has overcome me.

:circle-of-love:

I brought coffee to go with the brownies. Just ground Colombian beans put though my gold filter french press. I hope you like it strong. How would you like it? I have half and half if you like. :peace:

You read me well supergroomer. A woman always appreciates companions who actually notice the fine details. I think I adore you. :laughtwo: Yes, I like it strong with some sweetener and half-and-half will be fine, thank you. Your timing couldn't be better. I just finished my brownie and coffee is the final piece of the morning puzzle.

Wake 'n Bake. Pass to your left. The rest of the crew should be floating around. Everybody carries a stash with them here, so it might get crowded. It's a big room

:passitleft:

We can admire the view while we contemplate the wonder of the day. I love Sunday mornings. Ever since college, when I first struck out on my own, there's always been a special warmth to the Sunday morning routine. Looking back I believe that did begin with my first apartment, when I had the first rush of power knowing the space was mine and mine alone.

Let's finish the wake and bake so I can see what the day yields. :battingeyelashes:

Okay, the time lapse thread has been created. The only place I could find to put the thread is in the Plant and Bud photos area.

Here's where we are:

Cannabis Time Lapse Videos

If you know anyone to invite to place their videos there, we would enjoy it!

Now, back to that brownie mix. LOL

Thank you Canna. Exciting! Alright guys, spread the word through the site. I know there're more out there. Let's see how many new ones we can generate. I'm wondering if my nifty new iPhone 6 has time-lapse capabilities?

That's a brilliant idea Canna. The skewers, which I have on hand, are thin enough to not damage roots and I can run the pipe cleaners between them. Great inspiration. :high-five:
