Time for bed. I kept falling asleep through this post. :laughtwo: I'll see you all tomorrow.

:Namaste:

Hey.....waz goin on Sue! Some nice lil plants ya got bloomin.:high-five:
The last one is very unhappy Sue. She has issues and is fading fast.Kit soil or los? Cheers.:Namaste:

She's in LOS Duggan. Her new growth is much stronger. These Dark Devil Autos are strange birds sometimes but well worth the effort. I'll keep an eye on her.

She's already improved Duggan. Love, water, light all combined with good soil and we have happy plants. :battingeyelashes:

Auto Jock Horror x Auto Amnesia (Day 32)

image2667.jpeg

Suddenly I thought

" I still have a month to play with. Let's see if I can coax just a bit more out of her."

image2668.jpeg

These little pots I play with break all the rules. They're impossibly small and immediately go into auto expression under the diminished light schedule. So I break the rules further by doing things like bending over a plant already too lanky and into bloom. Watch her respond with bigger lower colas and an explosion along the stem. :battingeyelashes: I figure I have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Are we all having fun today? It's a rainy day here. Anyone else have "It's a rainy day, it's a rainy day. It's raining outside and I can't go out to play. Tell me why do we need the rain, anyway?" run through your mind? Haha! Haunted by Sesame Street all these years later. My favorite is the song for the number nine about the Martian Beauty. :laughtwo:

Let me start the day with a heartfelt wish that your own day overflows with love of life, the affectionate embraces of your most loved ones and one moment in this magnificent day to stop..... and allow yourself to feel the driving force that runs the universe. Take a breath. That force, by whatever name you identify it, is closer than that breath. We are all stardust, formed from the same cauldron, bound to each other by that loving energy. There's nothing beyond our abilities, no challenge insurmountable. That realization always makes me smile. We are invincible. Let's change the world.

You know I have many more pictures to post, so I'll be in and out.

Oh yeah..... Where are my manners??? Good Morning.

Good Morning Sweetie.

Out for the day to take down the outdoor grow equipment and wrap it up. Giving the 3k water tank to Buck for letting us grow there. See y'all down the road.

Carnival (Day 114)

She asked me to pull her out for a quick photo shoot. Who am I to say no to that? :laughtwo:

I agree. She takes my breath away.

Awright! :slide:

She's starting to ramp up the sparklies! :yahoo:

It's great to see another one growing - thank you for choosing it. Apparently, this strain is very stable and reliable.

Dark Devil Auto (Day 59)

A rare opportunity. I had to drag her out for the DeStress, so I hauled her into the doorway to get some natural lighting. She's absolutely stunning. The purples are so dark as to be nearly black.

Sorry for the blurry bits guys. I already had her back in the tent when I realized that. I was just moving too fast, trying to get them all back into the oven to continue cooking.

I won't be able to smoke her until I come home. That means at least a two month cure. Ooooweee!!! This one has my pulse ticking up. :laughtwo:

Drenches: Original Bubblegum (Day 58)

She drank up every bit of her TransWater drench.

image2690.jpeg

image2691.jpeg

image2692.jpeg

She's just packing the flowers onto that tiny stature. Every day she's appreciable thicker. Thick, dense, healthy and beginning to frost up nicely. Doc has me scrutinizing the sugar leaves now. LOL!

Jamaican Dream (Day 59)

I pulled her out to turn her and when I put her back in I wasn't happy about the distance of the reflector. Just too far out for me. Yes, it's bright, but the most efficient CFL light for these plants is within 3 inches.

image2693.jpeg

So I fiddled and fiddled until I had the reflector coming in like the side of a box. So close, but not hitting any leaves. You still singe a few tips, but it's worth it when she starts to frost up. Wait and see. This will be so exciting. :battingeyelashes:

image2696.jpeg

She looks real happy surrounded by light. :blunt:

image2697.jpeg

She has 230 watts on her directly and bleed off from the 80 watts blazing off to her side with the White Widow and any light she's picking up on the edges from the Dorm Grow 450. Not a bad arrangement at all for her. :laughtwo:

Thank you for inspiring me to choose her by growing those statuesque beauties of yours, my friend. I stood and looked at all those filet mignon sugar leaves and couldn't stop laughing. :laughtwo: She'll never look like yours Graytail, lacking your abundance of light, but I'm going to be very pleased with her finish.

Hello Sue,
Always love your photo updates. Cruisin' through quickly today. Lots going on....as usual. LOL

:circle-of-love:

Thank you Canna. Great praise from someone as talented as you girl. :circle-of-love: I'll cruise by your place later. LOL!

Good morning Bear. Always good to see you. :hugs:

Daily Uodate: Perpetual Tent - Week 17, Day 6

Maintenance notes:
- Original Bubblegum got a TransWater drench.
- The middle Dark Devil got her DeStress that I missed yesterday.
- The SWICK under the no-till got topped.
- Root balls got tossed into the appropriate bins and all reserve soils got checked and hydrated. It's easy to forget about. I'll consider some alarm mechanisms. This isn't the only thing that needs that kind of attention, so it behooves me to do more than think about it.

I believe that's it. Let's see who's left.

The Tiny Pots are chugging right along. I'm trying really hard not to look too closely, because what they really need is for me to get out of the way and keep them drenched on schedule, thank you very much.

See? I can learn. :battingeyelashes:

One last look before I close it up. I'm trying not to leave it open. I miss them. I hear ya, and I know it's silly, but there it is anyway. That's why I take so many pictures. Thank you for indulging my photo obsession. You guys are great. :circle-of-love:

image2707.jpeg

Gosh, they're so pretty. They don't hold a candle to what many of you grow, and I know that as well as anyone else, but there's just something about this species. Each one has such delicate beauty in the details. You find yourself thrilling ridiculously at overnight changes or improvements to challenges you were fussing over. They bring a smile to my face every time I turn and they catch my eye. Sometimes I unzip and stick me head in just to say hello and laugh with them. Seriously. I don't make this stuff up. :laughtwo: Are you telling me you don't do the same? I thought so. We're all obsessed with these plants we watch over. Ain't it fun?

* Contented Sigh *

I spent the past hour, sitting on the balcony, visiting with the patient I'll be keeping in meds. That, and the brownie probably explain some of the euphoria that's bleeding through here. :laughtwo: Nice guy. We'll work out some timelines and look at some options. When I get back I'll plant. I think he's a natural candidate for the Afghani though, a great relief to me. I have no use for it. That might carry him, although the guy deals with a lot of pain and I know from personal experience with Dale the price he pays for that relief with narcotics. I'm sure there's something else growing in there that could be put to use. I could probably get by on less than 2 grams of cannabis a day. :laughtwo:

I have some reading on oil to get to. I'll catch up later.

Hey guys, thanks for lighting up my life. :kisstwo:

Absolutely, and good morning to you MysterySeeds. Only 12 more plants to go. :battingeyelashes:

SO.... while you are away and your girls are taking the cure, what is you plan for keeping their humidity stable?

For myself I usually do quart jars or larger with individual small boveda packs (two packs for the big pickle and pasta jars)
For your collection of a dozen smaller harvests, I was thinking of a cigar humidor with bundles wrapped in cheescloth? and a few jars for the larger harvests like that lovely Graytail style Carnival . Might be a bad idea to share a humidor, the aromas would mix.

I've been wondering for a couple of days, but just now caught up the 20 pages until real time again :)
